Objective To investigate the replantation of complete severed fingertip when vein can't be repaired and only artery be repaired. Methods All 13 cases complete severed fingertips were replantated with only artery anastomosis but vein cannot be repaired.Low molecular weight heparin was applied to prevent blood clotting postoperation. Blood-letting by nail extraction or latero-incision were done in some cases. The survival fingers were observed. Results After 3-12 months followed-up,12 cases survived with satisfactory appearance and locomotion,2-PD of 2-7 mm,but 1 case was failed. Conclusion The replanted fingertip may survival with only artery anastomosis because of fewer tissue and faster recontruction of venous return. It would raise the survival rate of replanted fingertip by blood-letting by nail extraction or latero-incision according to the traumatic condition.

To analyze the polyps in the aspects of distribution, helicobacter pylori ( HP) infection and the use of proton pump inhibitors ( PPI) in different histological types of gastric polyps;to observe the morphosis under endos-copy histopathology and the surveillance situation in colonic polyps. The infection rates of HP in gastric hyperplasic polyps, inflammatory polyps and adenomatous polyps were 31.11%, 45.31% and 58.33%;the using rate of PPI among inflammatory polyps patients was higher. The main histopathological type of colonic polyps was adenomatous polyps;20 cases of colorectal polypectomy surveillance of 2 years had recurrence. The occurrence of gastric adeno-matous polyps may be related to HP infection;PPI had no obvious correlation with the pathological type of the gas-tric polyps. Colorectal adenoma should strengthen the surveillance colonoscopy of postpolypectomy.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(6):764-773
Autophagy is an important homeostatic cellular recycling mechanism responsible for degrading injured or dysfunctional cellular organelles and proteins in all living cells. Aging is a universal phenomenon characterized by progressive deterioration of cells and organs due to accumulation of macromolecular and organelle damage. Growing evidences indicate that the rate of autophagosome formation and maturation and the efficiency of autophagosome/lysosome fusion decline with age. Dysfunctional autophagy has also been observed in age-related diseases. Autophagy disruption resulted accumulation of mutated or misfolded proteins is the essential feature of neurodegenerative disorders. However, in cancers, fibroproliferative diseases or cardiovascular diseases, autophagy can play either a protective or destructive role in different types of disease, and even in different stages of the same disease. The review will discuss the cellular and molecular mechanisms of autophagy and its important role in the pathogenesis of aging and age-related diseases, and the ongoing drug discovery strategies for therapeutic intervention.

8.Research on continuous measurement of blood pressure via characteristic parameters of pulse wave.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2002;19(2):217-220
A new method for continuous measurement of blood pressure (BP) via selecting characteristic parameters of pulse wave pertinent to BP is presented in this paper. In order to validate the precision of the measurement, we have developed a Tonometer. The results of the instrument based on this method are precise if the subjects are at rest. This instrument could be used for BP monitoring of critically ill patients and in common medical researches; it might be applied to BP monitoring during spaceflight and in daily life after movement artifact being restrained.

10. Potential molecular mechanism for Chaiyin Granules against coronavirus infection based on network pharmacology and molecular docking
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2020;51(19):4999-5009
Objective: To reveal the molecular mechanism of Chaiyin Granules in treatment of coronavirus infection based on network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods: The chemical constituents of Chaiyin Granules were collected by TCMSP database. SwissTargetPrediction database and GeneCards database were used to predict the potential targets of active ingredients and coronavirus. The potential active ingredients and its targets of Chaiyin Granules in the treatment of coronavirus infection were found through Venn diagram. The potential active compounds-targets network and the PPI network were visualized by Cytoscape 3.7.0. GO-enriched analysis and KEGG pathways analysis were constructed on STRING database. The molecular docking of potential active compounds and key targets was achieved by autodock vina 1.1.2. Results: Fifty-one potential active ingredients and 14 potential targets for Chaiyin Granules on treatment of coronavirus infection were obtained. KEGG pathways analysis showed that 44 metabolic pathways were involved to Chaiyin Granules effect on coronavirus infection, including MAPK signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathway, Fc epsilon RI signaling pathway and IL-17 signaling pathway. The results of molecular docking showed that baicalin, cubebin, coptisine, daidzein-4,7-diglucoside, linarin, liquiritin, luteolin and wogonin in Chaiyin Granules had strong affinity with NTRK2, PRKCα, TNF, VEGFA, GSK3β. Conclusion: This study elaborated that baicalin, cubebin and coptisine in Chaiyin Granules interacted with NTRK2, PRKCα, TNF, VEGFA, GSK3β and regulated PI3K-Akt/mTOR, ErbB/Ras and IL-17 signaling pathways to inhibit the invasion and replication of coronavirus and enhance immunity to battle against coronavirus infection. This study provides a research basis and theoretical basis for the application of Chaiyin Granules in the treatment of anti-coronavirus infection.
