Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)have inherent tumor-trophic migratory properties and low immunogenicity,which allow them to serve as vehicles for delivering effective,targeted therapy to tumors.MSC plays an anti-tumor role by releasing some cytokines,which can be strengthened by oncolytic virus,antiangio-genesis agent,tumor necrosis factor guided apoptosis ligand,IL,IFN and pro-drug.In addition,there are some advantages in combination treatment of MSC and others therapies.

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention combined with aspirin on the quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and surgical treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing operation in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,39 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin.The experimental group was treated with aspirin and aspirin and psychological intervention.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The experimental group ECGST recovery rate was 82.05%, the pain relief rate was 94.87%, chest X-ray improvement rate was 71.79%, the control group of ECGST segment recovery rate was 61.53%, the pain relief rate was 71.79%, chest X-ray improvement rate was 48.71%, the recovery rate of clinical symptoms of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance the difference between the two groups (P<0.05);the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), experimental group after treatment, mean platelet volume and platelet count before treatment was significantly better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with myocardial infarction treated with aspirin and ticagrelor and psychological nursing, found that patients with symptoms change obviously, and the quality of life has improved, is conducive to the recovery of patients, worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Objective To explore the effect of 25% insulin lispro( Mix 75/25) intensive treatment on plasma glucose and pancreatic function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabets. Methods Sixty patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were treated by 2 months 25% insulin lispro(Mix 75/25) treatment. The level of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ,2 hours postprandial glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), the fasting insulin and Cpeptide, insulin resistance index (HOMA-A), insulin secretion index (HOMA-B), insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and the ratio of fasting insulin to fasting glucose(FINS/FPG) were compared before and after 25% insulin lispro(Mix 75/25) treatment. Results After the treatment,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c and HOMA-A were significantly decreased( all P＜0. 01 ) ;the fasting insulin and C-peptide,FINS/FPG, HOMA-B and ISI greatly increased( all P＜0. 01 ). Conclusion 25% insulin lispro( Mix 75/25) intensive treatment can effectively improve plasma glucose and pancreatic function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect and insulin dosage of insulin pump in type 2 diabetes. Methods 63 hospital patients with type 2 diabetes(FPG≥12mmol/L), who had poorly controlled blood glucose, were treated by insulin pump for 14 days, without hypoglycemic agents. The treatment days when blood glucose was well controlled and the insulin dosage at that time were observed. FPG, CBG, HbA1c, FINS/FPG, ISI, Homa-B and Homa-IR were measured before and after insulin pump. Results When blood glucose were well controlled, the mean time was (5.4+1.6) days, the insulin was (0.6+0.2)U/kg, the basal insulin was 38%. The dosage of insulin was decreased after blood glucose were controlled. Reaction of hypoglycemia was (0.6+0.2). After 2 weeks insulin pump intensive treatment, the result of FPG, CBG, HOMA-IR and HbA1c were significantly decreased (all P<0.01); FINS/FPG, HOMA-B and ISI were incleased (all P<0.01). Conclusion The excellent glycemic control and improvement of beta-cell function can be induced by short-term insulin pump intensive therapy in diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with severe hypoglycemia.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of qepA, quinolone efflux protein, among 41 unique clinical strains of K. pneumoniae producing ESBLs and to study the qepA-bearing isolates using the Diversilab system. Methods Identification and antimicrobial susceptibility were performed by Vitek-2 Compact System. Screening of qepA was carried out by PCR amplification. The NCBI BLAST program was utilized for sequence comparisons. qnr-bearing strains was evaluated by the Repetitive-sequence-based PCR(Rep-PCR) employing the Diversilab system. And the existence of rmtB was detected among these qepA contained isolates. Results qepA were detected in 5 isolates( 12.2% ). The Rep-PCR profiles produced by the Diversilab system showed that 2/5 of isolates were indistinguishable. And 60% of qepA-positive isolates were detected to harbor rmtB gene. Conclusion The data suggest the emergence of qepA-borne K. pneumoniae.

Objective 　To search the relative factors of cerebral damage, rebleeding, delayed cerebral ischaemia(DCI) and hydrocephalus after subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) by CT scans and clinical findings in acute phase. Methods　To analyse the relationship between cerebral damage after SAH and clinical findings: CT scans resulte, age, sex, blood pressure, hyponatraemia, therapeutic methods. Results　Cerebral damage were related to the pattern of distritution of SAH on brain CT and hyponatraemia. The high attack rate of rebleeding and DCI is related to presence of blood in the surface of brain, collection of blood in the ventricle, saccula aneurysms or cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM) (P＜0.01). Conclusions　To forecast of cerebral damage after SAH by study of CT scans showing and clinical findings have clincal significance. According to these findings, we may take some therapeutics to prevent the cerebral damage after SAH.

BACKGROUND: Our previous studies have demonstrated that cryopreserved bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) still maintain high survival rate, cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation potentials after thawing. However, this result needs confirmed in vivo environment. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of cryopreserved BMSCs and collagenic membrane BME-10X complex on type Ⅰ collagen synthesis in vivo. METHODS: Beagle dog BMSCs were cultured in vitro and cryopreserved for 12 months, which were thawed and prepared complexes with collagenic membrane. The complexes were cultured with mineralization induction medium or normal medium for 5 days, followed by implanting into nude mice. The specimens were harvested and analyzed by gross observation, histopathological and immunohistochemistry at 4 weeks after implantation. The collagenic membrane cultured with mineralization induction medium served as controls. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the control group, the boundary of collagenic membrane was distinctly, without cell growth around boundary or intra collagenic membrane, additionally, there was little type Ⅰ collagen. In the non-induction group, cells grew into collagenic membrane, trabes-like collagen formed, and type Ⅰ collagen distribution increased at 4 weeks. In the induction group, scaffold degraded, more cells grew, and plenty of collagen formed osteoid-like tissues. The distribution of typeⅠcollagen was obviously increased than that of other groups. The findings demonstrated that cryopreserved BMSCs possess strong osteogenic differentiation potentials after proliferation and induction combined with collagenic membranes in vitro.

The contents of cholesterol in a number of vegetable oils were determined by saponification-gas chromatography ( FID) . There was quite a large possibility that cholesterol peak was seriously interfered by saponification-gas chromatography ( FID) , so it was difficult to set a cholesterol content value to differentiate vegetable oil from waste oil. Solid phase extraction ( SPE) sample pretreatment was chosen and the process conditions were optimized. The optimal conditions were as follows:0. 25 g of oil samples, 20 mL of 0. 6%ethyl ether-hexane ( V/V) as eluent ( get rid of fatty acid glycerides) and 20 mL of 15% ethyl ether-hexane ( V/V) as eluent ( obtain cholesterol) . An obvious cholesterol-content-difference between vegetable oils and waste oils was found by SPE-GC. The detected cholesterol contents in 84 vegetable oil samples were all less than 50 μg/g and the contents of 11 waste oil samples among the 13 waste oils were greater than 50 μg/g. Therefore, cholesterol content in vegetable oil of more than 50 μg/g could be determined as suspected waste oil, not vice versa by SPE-GC. The correlation coefficient R2 was 0. 9999 in 0-760 mg/L concentration range, and the detection limit was 6. 0 μg/g. Relative standard deviations at two concentration levels of 17. 7 and 695 mg/L were 1. 6% and 1. 5% respectively. The recovery was 103%.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior internal fixation plus vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of ulnar and radial fractures of Gustilo type Ⅲ.Methods Twenty-eight patients with open ulnar and radial fracture of Gustilo type Ⅲ were managed from April 2007 to March 2014,and were divided into four groups(n =4).Group A were managed with external fixator and conventional changing dressings.Group B were managed with internal fixation and vacuum sealing drainage.Group C were managed with external fixator and vacuum sealing drainage.Group D were managed with internal fixation and conventional changing dressings.Result Twenty-eight cases were adopted telephone follow-up for 6 to 27 months.The soft tissue recovery time of each group respectively was (20.5 ± 2.37) days,(14.7 ±2.16) days,(15.6 ±2.17) days and(19.7 ±2.18) days.The hospital stay of each group respectively was (9.7 ± 2.54) weeks,(4.7 ± 1.46) weeks,(5.2 ± 2.34) weeks and 8.6 ± 2.16) weeks.The fracture healing time of each group respectively was (19.6 ± 2.74) weeks,(13.1±1.84) weeks,(18.1 ±2.54) weeks and (14.7 ± 1.74) weeks.There was significant difference of these data between the two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Anterior internal fixation plus vacuum sealing drainage is a better way to treat ulnar and radial fractures of Gustilo type Ⅲ.The technique has short period,less complications,less painful and less expense.

OBJECTIVE:To study the antiulcer action of norfloxacin zinc(NF-Zn) METHODS:Acute and chronic gastric ulcer models were established in rats and the in vitro action of neutralizing hydrochloric acid and the MIC for Hp of NF-Zn were determined RESULTS:NF-Zn could inhibit the formation of acute gastric ulcer induced by ethanol,stress and salicylic acid in rats,accelerate the healing of chronic gastric ulcer produced by acetic acid,inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and increase the pH in gastric juice In vitro,NF-Zn could neutralize HCl and inhibit Hp with MIC50 of 0 5?g/ml CONCLUSION:The results suggest that the antiulcer action of NF-Zn may be related with its protection of the gastric mucosal barrier,neutralization of acid and inhibition of Hp
