Objective To investigate the effect of jejunal infusion of amino acids on secretion of gastrointestinal hormone in healthy dogs.Methods Six healthy adult dogs were treated with jejunal fistulas and femoral vein intubation.Twenty-four hours after the operation,solution of 8 different amino acid monomers (experimental group) or normal saline (control group) were infused into the jejunum of the dogs every 24hours.The levels of cholecystokinin (CCK),motilin,and gastrin in the peripheral plasma were measured using radioimmunoassay at the start of infusion (0 minute),and 30,60,90,and 120 minutes after infusion.Results Compared with the control group,the serum CCK level in the phenylalanine group was significantly higher 30 and 60 minutes after infusion [(1.25 ±0.19) ng/L vs.(0.66 ±0.14) ng/L,(1.23 ±0.12) ng/L vs.(0.80 ± 0.03) ng/L,both P ＜ 0.01],while that in the tryptophan group was significantly higher 30 minutes after infusion [(1.08 ±0.26) ng/L vs.(0.66 ±0.14) rig/L,P ＜0.01].The other measurement results showed no statistically significant differences.Conclusions Jejunal infusion of phenylalanine or tryptophan may stimulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormone to some extent.Aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine and tryptophan) is more potent in triggering the release of CCK than aliphatic (leucine,isoleucine,and methionine) and charged amino acids (aspartic acid,arginine,and glutamate).The mechanism may be related to the properties of the amino acids.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of aminophylline on bronchiolitis in children.Methods One hundred and twen-ty-eight children with bronchiolitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the experiment and treated control group,in the meantime,and divided into the severe and mild group according to their condition.The children in control group were treated with traditional methods,in experiment group were treated with aminophylline(2 mg/kg,every day one time),as well as used traditional methods.All patients in 2 groups were checked by volume (VT), inhale time and exhale time ratio (Ti/tE),time to peak expiratory flow and expiratory time ratio(tPTEF/Te),time to peak expiratory flow to total expiratory time and volume ratio(vPTEF/vE) respectively. Social network analysis has been a study hot spot in academic circle in recent years and is applied in several fields.After a brief description of its basic theories and study methods, its application in domestic medical and health field were analyzed with its key study hot spots summarized and its problems pointed out, in order to provide the methods that can learned in domestic medical and health studies.

BACKGROUND:At present, there are many researches about repairing articular cartilage defects. In particular, the microfracture technique has been widely used. OBJECTIVE:To observe recovery of knee joint motor function and morphological changes in tissue repair during articular cartilage defects with different directions (coronal position and sagittal position). METHODS:Articular cartilage fracture models with 2 mm-thick medial femoral condyles of rabbit knee joint were established. According to incision directions, models were assigned to coronal and sagittal groups. At 5, 10 and 20 weeks after model induction, general observation was performed. Specimens were sliced into paraffin sections, and subjected to hematoxylin-eosin staining and col agen staining. Tissue repair at the articular cartilage defects was observed using optical microscope and immunohistochemical method. After model induction, range of motion of rabbit joints was regularly examined in the two groups.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A white line was seen across the femoral condyles at defects in the two groups. Articular surface at defect repair was at the level of in situ cartilage, and reached a bone union. Knee joint treated by operation did not affect function. Under light microscope, partial reconstruction of subchondral bone was seen in the two groups, mainly fibrocartilage repair. The level of bony remodeling was lower than tidal line of adjacent in situ cartilage. Immunohistochemical method exhibited that type I col agen staining gradual y reduced at defects of specimens, but type II col agen staining gradual y increased. These results suggested that there was no significant difference in the recovery of motor function of knee joint and the repair of articular cartilage with different directions (coronal and sagittal position).

AlM:To explore the effective method for the treatment of complicated ocular trauma accompanied with cyclodialysis.METHODS: Sixty - eight cases of complexity ocular trauma with cyclodialysis in different degrees were undergone vitrectomy and ( or ) combined with ciliary body reduction.RESULTS:All patients were followed up for 10 ~36mo (mean 17. 0±5. 7mo). The postoperative visual acuity was better than that of preoperation (P<0. 05). Compared with preoperative, intraocular pressure was significantly increased ( P < 0. 05 ). Successful rate of ciliary body restoration was 91%. CONCLUSlON: For the complicated ocular trauma accompaniedwith cyclodialysis, vitrectomy and ( or ) ciliary body reduction is an effective treatment method.
