1.Comparative Study of Plain CT and High Resolution CT in Diagnosis of Sarcroiliitis in Ankylosing Spondylitis
Journal of Practical Radiology 1991;0(03):-
0.05).Conclusion HRCT is surperior to plain CT in grading, especially in the evaluating early lesions of sacroiliac joint, but for the moderate and serious inflammatory changes of AS, both CT and HRCT are equivalent in the diagnosis of sacroiliitis.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(3):153-155
Objective To investigate expression of 7 kinds of immune related human cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-12, IL-13, IFN-γ TNF-α, MIP-1α) in CML patients. Methods Pure monoclonal antibody on the prepared NC membrane glass slides under certain environmental condition to make human eytokines protein microarray were spotted and serum samples (25 patients, 25 the normais) were collected. Cytokines concentration in the serum with the protein microarray were tested by ELISA. Results IL-4 and IL-12 serum concentration in CML patients are lower than that of the normal (P <0.05). However. No statistic difference of MIP-1α was found between CML patients the normal. Conclusion Cell mediated immunity and humoral immunity of CML patients are both inhibited in some extent and the expression of MIP-1α may be inhibited by p210 in CML patients.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(6):521-523,528
Objective To study the relationship between serum level of homocysteic acid(Hcy)and type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM),and to explore the influencing factors serum for Hey level in T2DM patients. Methods Totally T2DM 122 patients(T2DM group),67 patients with chronic kidney diease(CKD group)and 50 healthy controls(CON group)were enrolled in the investigation. The variation of serum Hcy of all groups was observed, and the correlation of serum Hcy level with estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),fasting serum glucose,HbA1C,Urea and creatinine was analyzed.Serum Hcy was measured by enzymatic cycling assay;HbA1C was measured by high-pressure liquid chromatography assay;and eGFR was calculated by using the Levey-modified Modification of Diet in Renal Disease formula. Results There was no significant difference in serum level of Hcy between T2DM group and CON group(P>0.05).The serum concentration of Hey was significantly higher in CKD group than that of T2DM group and CON group(P<0.01).There was only 8.20% exceeding the upper limit of 95% of CON group in T2DM group, while 64.18% exceeding the upper limit of 95% of CON group in CKD group. There was no significant difference of Hcy level between patients with eGFR≥90 mL·(min·1.73 m2)-1 in T2DM group and healthy controls(P>0.05),but the Hey level was significantly higher in patients with eGFR<90 mL·(min·1.73 m2)-1 than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).In T2DM group and CKD group, serum Hey level was negatively correlative to eGFR(P<0.01).positively correlative to Urea and creatinine(P<0.01);but serum Hcy level did not correlate with fasting serum glucose,HbA1C,total cholesterol and triglyceride(P>0.05).Conclusion Renal function is an independent risk factor for serum homocysteine level in type 2 diabetes rather than diabetes itself.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):75-79
The history of Western Pacific Region Index Medicus (WPRIM), and advances in its journal selection, retrieval service platform construction and data acquisition were described. The daily record of users showed that WPRIM is of certain international influencing power, but is not a matured regional international index medicus. Suggestions were put forward for its popularization, project development funds, journal review and data acquisition.

China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
Background and purpose:Epirubicin is one of the fi rst line chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of breast cancer, and liposome doxorubicin is a new antitumor drug that has been reported to have less cardiotoxicity and myelosuppression compared to free doxorubicin. Dentritic cells (DC) play important roles in tumor immunity. Our experiment investigated the impacts of epirubicin and liposome doxorubicin on different human breast cancer cell lines and dentritic cells, and evaluated their roles in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods:Human breast cancer cell lines, Bcap37 and MDA-MB-231, along with human dentritic cells isolated and induced into maturation, were cultured with epirubicin and liposome adriamycin at different concentrations (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 10.0 ?g/ml), respectively. The inhibitory effects were detected by MTT method after 24, 48, 72 h. Results:Epirubicin and liposome adriamycin could inhibit the proliferation of Bcap37 cells, MDA-MB-231 cells, and human dentritic cells. Liposome adriamycin exhibited a lighter inhibition on dentritic cells than on human breast cancer cell lines (Bcap37 and MDA- MB-231) (F=22.208, P

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To explore the correlation of the ER and HER-2 expression status with the short-term effect of paclitaxel and epirubicin (TE) chemotherapy advanced breast cancer. Methods Past Immunohistochemical data of 42 advanced breast cancer patients after paclitaxel combined epirubicin treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Patients were divided into four sub-groups: ER +, HER-2-group; ER +, HER-2 + group; ER-, HER-2-group; ER-, HER-2 + group. All affecting patients with complete clinical and pathological data were observed for the factors short-term effect of TE chemotherapy and for chemotherapy adverse. Results The whole 42 patients completed at least two cycles of chemotherapy, and then got efficacy evaluation. Recent response rate of the patients who got TE chemotherapy was 23 cases (54.8%).RR with different metastatic sites (P=0.038) and the number of metastasis (P=0.036) were significantly different. The mainly adverse events of chemotherapy were alopecia for 36 cases (85.7%), myelosuppression for 29 cases (69.1%), Peripheral neuritis for 10 cases (23.9%). ER,HER-2 expression in the Different sub-groups and the RR showed linear distribution (P= 0.027).RR values (83.3%) in patients of ER-, HER-2 + group was significantly higher than that of the ER +, HER-2-group (25.6%) (P=0.045). Conclusion Advanced breast cancer patients with ER-, HER-2 + were more sensitive to TE chemotherapy.ER and HER-2 expression status was a predictor of efficacy of the chemotherapy. It may be helpful to consider ER and HER-2 expression status in choosing reasonable chemotherapy.
