Objective To investigate the changes and possible mechanisms of the expressions of metabolic pattern glutamic acid receptor 1(mGluR1) and mGluR3 in hippocampus of juvenile rats submitted to lithium chloride-pilocarpine induced model of epilepsy in 6 h,5 d,60 d after status epilepticus(SE) onset.Methods Seizures were induced in the juvenile rats with lithium and pilocarpine injected intraperito-neally,and behavioral changes and EEG were observed.Eighteen SD juvenile rats with SE were randomly divided into following groups: groupⅠ,in which the rats were killed at 6 h after SE onset(6 h SE),group Ⅱ,in which the animals were killed during the seizure-free period(5 days after SE onset),and group Ⅲ,in which the animals were killed in 60 days after SE induction(period of spontaneous recurrent seizures).And intraperitoneal injection of saline water control groups were divided into: groupⅠa,group Ⅱa and group Ⅲa.The hippocampus tissues after the rats were put to death were collected,the expressions of mGluR1 and mGluR3 mRNA were detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in the hippocampus of juvenile rats.Results EEG of rats in group Ⅰ were abnormal,but normal in groupⅡ,and 5(83%) cases of the juvenile rats in group Ⅲ manifested dissemination of sharp waves,spikes or spike wave.The saline control group did not spontaneously attack.There was more significant upregulation of mGluR1 mRNA expression(Pa0.05).The expressional levels of mGluR3 mRNA were upregulated in groupⅠ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(Pa

AIM: To study the relationship between renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and hypertension in coal miners. METHODS: The coal miners received questionnaire investigation and their blood pressure, height and weight were measured, plasma renin activity(PRA), plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone(ALD) were tested by means of radioimmunoassay in coal miners with hypertension and nor-hypertension. Objective To evaluate the identification and counting effeciency of nucleated red blood cells by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer. Methods Accurancy: nucleated red blood cells were counted from 38 specimens by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and compared with the number counted under microscopy. Precision: 3 specimens with different values were counted for the nucleated red blood cells 10 times by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and compared with the number counted under microscopy. The CV(% ) value was estimated.Results There was insignificant difference between the results obtained from Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and those under microscopy. In the T-test, P >0.05, r=0.9893(P< 0.01).CV(% ) were 8.1% and 15.8% . It means that the Sysmex XE-2100 is more precise in analyzing the nucleated red blood cells than that under microscopy. Conclusion The nucleated red blood cells count by Sysmex XE-2100 is accurate and fast to obtain clinical data.

According to the course character and training objective, we analyzed the necessity of the experiment teaching reform of microbiology examination . The modules of employable Skills (MES) was applied to the experiment teaching of microbiology examination tentatively. On the basis of the needs of microbiology laboratory jobs, the contents of experimental course were integrated and optimized to skills module , comprehensive training module and application module , which include fourteen study units such as basic techniques of identification of bacteria,the separation and identifi-cation of pathogenic bacteria, microbiology examination of clinical specimen etc. Intensive teaching and multiplex teaching methods were applied to each module according to the module's characteristic, teaching objectives and cognitive rules of students. This teaching reform has achieved initial results.

This paper reviewed the emergence process of the subject and methodology of Chinese Medicines' Authentication. Based on the research progress and major achievements acquired in research of each methodology including identification of origin, description, microscopic, physical, chemical and biological characteristics of Chinese medicines, it is expounded that the development process of each methodology combined modem digital technology, information science and its own characteristics. And the development direction is further described for methodology of Chinese Medicines' Authentication towards systematization and informationization.

Objective Helicobacter pylori（ ）， To investigate the infection status of HP and analyze the correlation between HP Methods infection and serum bilirubin in railway drivers. A total of 2 731 railway drivers in Zhengzhou locomotive depot were - selected as study subjects using judgment sampling method. Carbon 13 urea breath test was used to evaluate the HP infection ， status. The metabolic indexes of HP positive group and HP negative group were compared and the relationship between HP Results （ ） ， infection and serum bilirubin was analyzed. The HP infection rate was 42.3% 1 156/2 731 . The older the age the ， （ ）， （ P ） longer the work years and the higher the body mass index BMI the higher the HP infection rate all <0.01 . The infection （P ） rate of HP in married people was higher than that in unmarried people <0.01 . The HP infection rate of smokers was higher - （P ） - ， than that of non smokers <0.01 . Compared with the HP negative group fasting blood glucose and serum levels of total ， （ - ）， （ ） - cholesterol low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL C triglyceride and homocysteine Hcy were increased in the HP （ P ） （ - ）， ， positive group all <0.05 . The serum levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL C total bilirubin direct bilirubin （ ） - （ P ） DBIL and indirect bilirubin were lower than those in HP negative group all <0.05 . Logistic regression analysis showed that （ P ） HP infection was associated with low serum total bilirubin and low DBIL all <0.01 after adjusting for the confounding effects ， ， ， ， ， ， ， - ， - ， of age work years marital status smoking history fasting blood glucose total cholesterol triacylglycerol LDL C HDL C Conclusion ， ， ， and Hcy.
