Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Aim To Study the inhibition mechanism of edelfosine on cytokinesis in Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Methods To observe the inhibition of cytokinesis and growth, the experiments of inhibition of cyto-kinesis and parallel growth were carried out. To explore the inhibition mechanism of edelfosine, the experiment of retransfection of yeast genes was carried out. Results Edelfosine inhibited the cytokinesis of S.pombe in low dosage and cell growth in high dosage. The mid2△、spm1△ and pmp1△ strains were resistant to edelfosine in high dosage. However, these strains retrieved the sensitive to edelfosine in high dosage by retransfected the relevant genes, respectively. A reciprocal action, which was the Mid2p induced the phosphorylated Spm1, while the Pmp1 dephosphorylated Spm1, existed among the Spm1、Mid2 and Pmp1 in S.pombe treated with edelfosine. Conclusion The inhibition of edelfosine on cytokinesis and cell growth due to the effect of Spm1、Mid2 and Pmp1.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):240-242
Objective To explore the effect of intracoronary injection of epinephrine and Vera Pammy in patients with myocardial infarction with slow blood flowduring percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).MethodsFrom January 2013 to October 2016, 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction with solw blood flow in Shanghai Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during PCI were randomly divided into the epinephrine group(37 cases) and the verapamil group(31 cases). The two groups were treated with conventional drugs before surgery. The epinephrine group were injected into the coronary artery of 50 micrograms of epinephrine, the Vera Pammy group were injected into 200 micrograms of Vera Pammy. The coronary angiography, blood flow dynamics, as well as biochemical indexes in the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter the initial medicine, the ratio of TIMI flow grade 3 in the epinephrine group 81.80% was significantly higher than that in the Vera Pammy group 64.52%(P<0.05).The ratio of TIMI flow grade 3 after three times treatment, CTFC value after initial and 3 times treatment between the two groups have no significance. The blood pressure in the epinephrine group was (82.67±10.87) mmHg, which was significantly higher than that in the Vera Pammy group (70.46±9.54) mmHg(P<0.05).NT-proBNP, cTnT, LVEF in the two groups have no significance.hs-CRP in the epinephrine group was (7.68± 0.76) mg/L, which was significantly lower than that in the Vera Pammy group (9.25±1.05) mg/L.ConclusionThe effect is different which epinephrine and Vera Pammy were used in the patients with myocardial infarction with slow blood flowduring percutaneous coronary intervention. The use of epinephrine can significantly increase blood pressure, and the effect of initial medication is better.
8.Research progress of IQGAP1 in the pathogenesis of ARDS induced by sepsis
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2017;29(7):647-650
Sepsis is one of the main cause of patients' death. Lung is the most vulnerable target organ during sepsis, and sepsis patients are often complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), of which the main mechanism is vascular leakage caused by cytoskeleton rearrangement and cell-to-cell connection changes. IQ-guanosine triphosphatease-activating protein 1 (IQGAP1) has become the key component of cytoskeleton dynamics regulation in recent years. At present, the relationship between IQGAP1 and ARDS induced by sepsis is not yet clear. In this article, we will review the mechanism of the interaction between IQGAP1 and pathogenic microorganisms, changes of pulmonary micro vascular barrier function and cyto-skeleton at the molecular level.

10.Total knee arthroplasty-associated factors in 39 cases
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(43):-
Data of 39 patients (51 knees) undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in the Department of Orthopaedics,Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between October 2001 and March 2008,were analyzed retrospectively, including 6 males (6 knees) and 33 females (45 knees) aged 59-72 years. Among the 39 cases, there were 35 cases of osteoarthritis,2 of rheumatoid arthritis,1 of osteoarthritis and pigmented villonodular synovitis, and 1 of advanced tuberculosis. Different degrees of pain, swelling, genu valgum, genu varumand and functional impairment of knee joints were found in all cases. The prosthesis adopted included 3 knees of DePuy,10 of Stryker,3 of Link,5 of Zimmer,7 of Taiwan Unite, and 23 of Pulus (made in China). Among all the cases,47 knees were treated by posterior stabilized prosthesis, and 4 knees were treated with posterior cruciate ligament-retaining TKA. Careful medical examination and evaluation were performed to control blood sugar level before operation; the operation duration was shortened as possible. Reasonable proposals were formulated to prevent the postoperative infection and deep venous thrombosis. Clinical data were analyzed using the HSS score standard. All patients were followed up for 6-57 months. No deep infection, prosthetic loosening or death was found. Postoperatively,2 patients (2 knees) developed cutaneous necrosis at incision margin,of which 1 patient (1 knee) was cured by changing dressings, and 1 patient (1 knee) was healed after incision of skin and relaxation suture. The range-of-motion of 51 knees all exceeded 90?. The motion of knee joint were increased from 65?(32?-95?) in average preoperatively to 96?(90?-110?) after the operation. The preoperative pain of all patients disappeared instantly after operation, beside one case (2 knees) and the other had a little pain. The Harris knee joint scores were increased from 39 points (25-53 points) in average preoperatively to 91 points (82-97 points) after the operation at the final follow-up; 25 cases (34 knees) were excellent,12 cases (15 knees) were good,2 cases (2 knees) were fair and the excellent and good rate was 96%. Although TKA has a satisfactory surgical effect, associated factors should be paid more attention.
