1.EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE AND ANESTHESIA ON VARIOUS EXCITABILITY INDEXES OF SCIATIC--PERONEAL NERVE IN TOADS
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
Effects of temperature and anesthesia on various excitability indexes of sciatic—peronael nerve were observed in toads. The results show that standard electrical quantity(a) changes regularly with the change of excitability. The higher excitability, the less the "a" value. But "b" in Weiss's fomula, chronaxie (Chr), rheobase (Rh), and intensity-duration curve do not indicate excitability. The time constant (RC)of the cell membrane is not related to the changes of excitability. Thus, "a" is an actual index of measuring excitability.
2.Review and prospect forecast of photodynamic therapy which is kind of generational treatment for choroidal neovascularization
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2011;27(6):506-509
Photodynamic therapy is the first treatment confirmed to be effective in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration in 2000,which had been introduced to China in the same year. The pathological new vessels were destructed by the singlet oxygen and oxygen free radical released by activated photosensitizer. In the next 12 years,it has been widely applied for the treatment of subfoveal and parafoveal choroidal neovascularization caused by all kinds of chorioretinal diseases.More than a treatment,it also help us to explore the pathogenesis of fundus disease, the capability to embolize the capillaries within the treating area let us not only understand the mechanism of central serous chorioretinopathy and polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, but also make it a effective cure for them. However, there are still a lot of unsolved questions such as the mechanism of photodynamic therapy, the relationship with human genomic difference, and even the development of angiogenesis.Besides with the more novel medications and strategies available,we also face the appropriate application for indications, selection of combined therapy and optimization of treatment regimens.Further investigations about the photodynamic therapy and disease and their relations from both basic and clinical study will guide us the treatment in clinic and also reveal the truth of related fundus diseases deep under the surface.
3.Dietary factor and colorectal cancer
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common tumors with a high prevalence of cancer-related morbidity and mortality.Several environmental factors, especially dietary factors, can affect the initiation and development of CRC.Recent studies have shown that adjusting nutrition components in diet, such as folate, calcium, vitamin D,selenium and fibre, may help to prevent the development of CRC.The objective of article is to review mechanisms of these nutritional components in the process of preventing CRC.
4.Research on the interactions of job embeddedness with the psychological capital, organizational commitment, and intention to stay of nurses
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2016;32(11):839-842
Objective To explore the interactions mechanism of job embeddedness of nurses with psychological capital, organizational commitment, intention to stay and their influencing factors. Methods By convenient sampling method,722 nurses were investigated with Job Embeddedness Questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Nurses′Intention to Stay Questionnaire.Path analysis was made on relations between the variants. Results Night shift intervals pose positive influence on nurses′psychological capital, organizational commitment and intention to stay.Psychological capital can influence job embeddedness by both directly and indirectly, and can influence their intention to stay indirectly.Organizational commitment can influence job embeddedness strongly and directly (r = 0.494 ),and their intention to stay both directly and indirectly.Job embeddedness can influence their intention to stay directly (r=0.453 ).The model fitting is found desirable. Conclusions Nursing managers can enhance nurses′organizational commitment by developing the psychological capital to enhance nurses′organizational commitment effectively.Nurses with higher level of psychological capital and organization commitment will embed into their workplace more deeply, then increasing their intention to stay ultimately.
8.Relationship between Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction and the Level of Preoperative Hemoglobin in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2014;(5):141-142,146
Objective To investigate the correlation of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD)and the preoperative he-moglobin (HbA1c)in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods 82 patients with T2DM who were underwent non-cardiac surgery were included in this study, group A had 37 patients with POCD after surgery, group B had 45 patients with non POCD,the patients in two groups used the same anesthesia method, compared the general data and pre-operative HbA1c,fasting blood glucose levels of two groups, compared the incidence of POCD in patients with HbA1c in dif-ferent levels. Results There was no significant difference in gender composition, age, body mass index, preoperative MMSE score, hypertension rate, operation time and bleeding volume in operation, and there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose of patients in two groups.Fasting blood-glucose (FBG)of two groups were 7.1±2.6 and 6.7±1.8 mmol/L (t=0.821,P=0.424),it was no significant difference;HbA1c of two groups were (7.2±1.3)% and (6.3±1.0)%,the group A was higher than the group B (t=3.543,P=0.001),there was significant difference. The incidence rate of POCD of the group AH was 58.1%(25/43),while the group AL was 30.8% (12/39),the group AH was higher the group AL(χ2=5.131,P=0.024),there was significant difference. Conclusion Preoperative determination of HbA1c in elderly patients with T2DM after surgery has forecast values for the occurrence of POCD,to control HbA1c in the low level can reduce the occurrence of POCD in elderly patients with T2DM.
9.Clinical observation of gemcitabine in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):323-324
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 50 patients in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group of 25 patients each. The patients in the control group were treated with special therapy, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with gemcitabine. The clinical indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment, the experimental group of 25 patients, 12 cases of patients with complete remission, 8 cases partial remission, 3 cases were stable, 2 patients progressed, the effective rate was 75%, clinical benefit rate of 92%.In the control group, 4 patients had complete remission, 2 patients had partial remission, 9 patients were stable, 10 patients progressed, the treatment efficiency was 24%, and the clinical benefit rate was 60%.The effective rate and the clinical benefit rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).1 years later, the survival rate of patients in the experimental group was 22, the survival rate was 88%, and the number of patients in the control group was 14.The survival rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Gemcitabine monotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the therapeutic effect to a great extent, good safety, low incidence of adverse reactions, high survival rate, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
We use chitosan and n -acetyl -d -glucosamine to inhibit fibroblast proliferation which was cultured in vitro. The result shows that n - acetyl - d - glucosamine: ID50=16. 35mg/L, chitosan: ID50=69. 59mg/L. We also plant the chitosan membrane to the rabbit body to test its bio-degradation. The result shows that the molecular weight of chitosan drops 17% and 6% after 25 days and 18 days, respectively. On the basis of these results, we have obtained a conclusion that we can probably use chitosan to continuously release n-acetyl -d-glucosamine which can inhibit fibroblast proliferation effectively.
