Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(4):271-273,277
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of acupuncture at Zusanli point(ST36) in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs). [Methods] A total of 40 Wistar rats were randomized into normal(n=10),model(n=10), Zusanli point(ST36),non-acupuncture point(n=10). FGIDs model was established by exerting the factors of cold-constraint stimulation and hunger disorder synthesis . And the content of rats serum and stomach tissue Gastrin (GAS) and Motilin(MTL) was observed by radioimmuno-assay. [ Results] Compared with the normal group, the content of rats serum and stomach tissue GAS and MTL of the model group was significantly reduced(P<0.01);Compared with the model group, the content of rats serum and stomach tissue GAS and MTL of ST36 group was significantly ascended(P<0.01);Compared with the non-acupuncture point group, the content of rats serum and stomach tissue GAS and MTL of ST36 group had statistically significant differences(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Acupuncture at ST36 had obvious improvement in FGIDs, its mechanism was closely related to GAS and MTL.
2.Development of the relationship of nesprins with some human disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(5):465-467
nesprins are a lately discovered family of ubiquitously expressed nuclear envelop proteins. By now, four genes have been identified, which are nesprin-1, nesprin-2, nesprin-3, nesprin-4. They are thought to regulate nuclear anchorage and organelle migration, and are also localized at the inner nuclear membrane, where they bind with laminA/C and emerin. They are expressing in a variety of tissues, especially in cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, smooth muscle and nerve system. Additionally, they may contribute to a broad range of human disease syndromes, suchas Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy,Meckel-Gruber syndrome. This reviewsmmmarizes the relationship of nesprins with some diseases.
3.Clinical trial of low-dose whole body irradiation "in the non-myeloablative hemtapoietic stem cell transplantation
Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2009;29(1):80-82
Objective To observe the efficacy and acute toxicity in non-myeloablative low-dose tatal body irradiation. Methods From January 2006 to January 2008, 27 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients received non-myeloablative pretreatment program involving low-dose whole body irradiation. Pretreatment program: the total dose of TBI was 2 Gy, once completely. According to primary disease, physical condition, age, organ function and HAL coincide situation, the patients received different chemotherapy, including FUL, CTX, Ara-C, melphalan and so on. To prevent the graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), CSA/MMF was used. Results Hematopeietic reconstruction: the peripheral blood WBC in all 27 cases reduced to (0.05-0.9) × 109/L in 4 to 8 days, with the neutrophil count > 0.5 × 109/L in 8 to 22 days (median + 10.5 days), the platelet count > 30 × 109/L in 11 to 28 days (median + 14.5 days). The transplant rate was 85.2% (23/27). The fever rate was 65% and the infection rate was 37% (10/27). Hemorrhagic cystitis, hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD), and other complications did not occurred. 4 cases developed aGVHD (15 %) and 5 cases developed cGVHD (19 %) out of 27 cases. Follow-up 3 to 22 months, 21 eases are still alive (77.8%). Conclusions Pretreatment with low-dose whole body irradiation of non-myeloablative hematopeietic stem cell transplantation proved to be simple and safe with fewer complications and broad indications. Program of TBI with total dose of 2 Gy (once completely) is a safe, less toxic and effective method. It could achieve the effectiveness of immune suppression.

6.Treatment of Intractable Hiccup with Acupuncture in 56 Cancer Patients
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(5):28-29
Fifty-six cases of intractable hiccup in cancer patients treated with acupuncture in a treatment group were compared with 58 cases treated with routine western medicine in a control group. The result showed that the effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 32.8% in the control group. Ridit was used for analysis. The effective rate in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).
7.Cancer biomarkers and their clinical application for hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(3):212-216
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China because of high incidence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.HCC is diagnosed at a late stage in most of the cases; therefore the prognosis of patients with HCC is generally poor.Early diagnosis and surgical treatment are of great clinical desirable to improve prognosis of HCC.Tumor marker is an effective means for early diagnosis, prognosis assessment and recurrence monitoring. In addition to alpha fetoprotein (AFP),Lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive AFP (AFP-L3),des-γ-carboxy prothrombin (DCP),glypican-3,N-glycome markers,candidate-susceptibility genes, microRNAs and several other biomarkers have been revealed as potential HCC markers and will be applied in clinical laboratory gradually. In this review, the efficacies of novel HCC markers and their possible implications for clinical application are described.
8.Effects of different types of extracorporeal circuits on concentrations of sufentanil in priming solution
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2013;(1):40-42
Objective To evaluate the effects of different types of extracorporeal circuits (ECCs) on the concentrations of sufentanil in the priming solution. Methods The experiment was performed in three groups (n =6 each). Two types of ECCs were used:Xi-jing type 90 oxygenator (group Ⅰ) and Termo Capiox SX18 membrane oxygenator (group Ⅱ),while in control group (group Ⅲ) a glass container was used. The ECC and glass container were filled with the priming solution (succinylated gelatin 1000 ml + lactated Ringer' s solution 1000 ml).Sufentanil 15 μg (concentration 7.5 ng/ml) was then added to the priming solution. The priming solution was circulated in the closed ECC or stirred in the glass container. The concentration of sufentanil in the priming solution was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry at 3,5,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 and 90 min after addition of sufentanil. Results The concentration of sufentanil in the priming solution was significantly decreased at the different time points in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ as compared with group Ⅲ (P < 0.05).The concentration of sufentanil in the priming solution was significantly lower at each time point in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅱ (P <0.05).Conclusion Both the two types of ECCs can absorb sufentanil and the adsorption of Xi-jing type 90 oxygenator is stronger than that of Termo Capiox SX18 membrane oxygenator.
9.Glycosylation and biomarkers in primary liver cancer
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;39(2):73-75
Primary liver cancer (PLC) is the second leading cause of cancer death in China, and is one of the most serious threats to people's health.Early diagnosis and treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of PLC.Abnormal glycosylation is reported to be closely related to the genesis and development of malignant tumors. With the advent of modern proteomic and glycomic methodologies, several alterations in fucosylation, sialylation, and glycan branching have been observed in serum of patients with PLC.Altered glycosylation profiles, glycosyltransferases and glycosylated proteins could be screened and used as potential serum markers for early diagnosis, progression monitoring and prognosis evaluation of PLC.
