Chongqing Medicine 2014;(16):1972-1974
Objective To study the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in laryngeal carcinoma and their clinicopathological significance. Methods The immuno-histochemical technique was used to detect the expression staining results of MMP-2 and VEGF in 54 cases of laryngeal carcinoma,23 cases of polyps of vocal cord and 1 5 cases of normal laryngeal mucous tissues verified by clinicopathology under the automatic image analyzer. Results The ex-pression rates of MMP-2 and VEGF were 72.22%(39/54)and 70.37%(38/54)in the laryngeal carcinoma tissue, which were sig-nificantly higher than 47.83% and 39.13% in polyps of vocal cord and 40.00% and 46.67% in the normal laryngeal tissues respec-tively,the differences between them had statistical significance(P<0.05).The expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF had certain corre-lation with the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and.infiltration depth of laryngeal carcinoma. Conclusion MMP-2 and VEGF may jointly participate in the process of infiltration and metastasis in laryngeal and have certain relation with the tumorous invasive growth.
7.Survey of medication compliance status and its influencing factors of patients with Parkinson disease
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(13):983-987
Objective To understand Parkinson disease (PD) medication compliance, and analyze its main influencing factors. Methods The questionnaire method was adopted to survey 130 cases of Parkinson disease patients general information, disease, drug, psychological status, social support and so on. Results The two average score of Parkinson patients medication compliance were (2.36 ± 1.16) points and (9.96 ± 2.60) points. Its influencing factors had personal monthly income, medication concept, PD drug adverse reaction, social support, mental state and anxiety disorder. Conclusions Parkinson patients medication compliance behavior overall is good, but these patients who can be in strict accordance with the doctor′s advice has very few. And the influencing factors are in the majority. According to the influencing factors of medication adherence, medical staff should implement targeted medication guide, in order to improve the medication complianceand their quality of life.

9. Influence of different heating degrees on color of Chinese materia medica pieces
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(16):2252-2256
Objective: To study the relativity between the heating degree and color value of Chinese materia medica pieces. Methods: The effects of heating temperature and time on the color value of Gardeniae Fructus and Crataegi Fructus were investigated by spectrophotometric technique. Results: The color value curve of Gardeniae Fructus after processing under the mid-and high-heating showed the better rules that the stationary phase of L* and δE* appeared in 7 min and stationary phase of a* and b* appeared in 4 min. However, the color value curve of Crataegi Fructus showed the stationary phase of L*, a*, b*, and δE* appeared in 5 min after low-heating process. After the mid-heating process, the stationary phase of L* and δE* appeared in 6 min, stationary phase of a* and b* values appeared in 5 and 8 min, respectively. After the high-heating process, the stationary phase of L* and δE* appeared in 8 min and the stationary phase of a* and b* value appeared in 5 min. Conclusion: There is the correlation of processing degree between the measurement results and the perusal observation, and the result of color measurement could provide the reference for confirming optimum parameters of processing technique.
