1.Effect of Asarone Injection on Airway Inflammation Factor in Asthmatic Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effect of asarone injection on terms of airway inflammation factor in asthmatic children.(Metho)ds Sixty asthmatic children were chosen and divided randomly into methotrexate group and control group. In the methotrexate group, intravenous injection with 2 times per day was given. The concentration of the injection solution was 0.01%,which was mixed by(0.5 mg/kg) asarone injection and 10% glucose injection. In control group, intravenous injection once per day was given. The solution consisted of 4-6 mg/kg aminophyline injection and 100 mL 5% glucose injection.Every 7 continuous days was taken as one process stage. Two process stages were observed during the experiments. Results After two weeks, the eosinophils and the macrophage were changed significantly(P
3.Effect of celecoxib on endometrial carcinoma cell proliferation and expression of COX-2 mRNA
Cancer Research and Clinic 1997;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effect of celecoxib on endometrial carcinoma cell HEC-1-B and expression of the COX-2 mRNA.Methods To investigate the inhibition of different concentration Cele- coxib on the growth of human endometrial carcinoma cell HEC-1-B by the method of cell culture and MTT experiments.Detect the changes of expression of the COX-2 mRNA by RT-PCR.Results Celecoxib could effectively inhibit the growth of the HEC-1-B cell in dose and time dependent manner.Celecoxib could inhib- it the expression of the COX-2 mRNA.The inhibition ratio of expression in COX-2 mRNA of 20?mol/L and 50?mol/L Celecoxib is 25.92 % and 50.81% respectively. Conclusion Celecoxib may inhibit the growth of endometrial carcinoma cell by degrading the expression of the COX-2 mRNA.

7.Exploration and Practice on the Teaching Reformation of the Course of General Microbiology in the Plant-productive Specialities
Microbiology 2008;0(08):-
According to the cultivation objectives of the plant-productive specialities, the teaching contents and methods, testing forms and experimental teaching of the course of General Microbiology have been re-formed. The reformation includes integrating, retrenching and updating the teaching contents, strengthening the fundamental knowledge, improving the classroom teaching methods and communicating in and after class in order to arouse the student’s interest and greatly spurs student’s initiative. The testing forms were also reformed to comprehensively evaluate the student’s ability of mastering and managing the knowledge. Through the reinforcement of the basic technical and scientific research training in the experiments, good teaching results have been achieved.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
To improve the quality of the pediatric education in clinical clerkship and to bring us more in line with international practice,we applied the PBL bedside teaching in the clini-cal clerkship of the pediatric education.Compared with the traditional bedside teaching, better re-sults could be obtained with improvement in the consciousness of study, communication skill, the combination of basic and clinical knowledge, and the establishment of the clinical thought and evi-dence-based thought.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
The paper analyzes the current situation of domestic second-tier hospitals from such perspectives as the allocation of nursing human resources, professional titles, the time needed to complete nursing tasks, and the actual number of nurse hours. It puts forward suggestions on the appropriate size and work load of the nursing force in domestic second-tier hospitals in the hope of providing empirical basis for revising the size of the nursing force in such hospitals.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
Objective To observe the clinical effect of peripheral facial paralysis treated by the external stylomastoid foramen and acupoint injection of Mecobalamin combined with acupuncture. Methods 144 cases of patients selected were randomly divided into three groups: group A( the acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture) ,group B(the external stylomastoid foramen and acupoint injection of Vitamin B_(12) combined with acupuncture) ,and group C( the external stylomastoid foramen and acupoint injection of Mecobalamin combined with acupuncture). After A two - month treatment course, the subjective examination and scale assessment were carried out. Results The healing time was (42.47 +6.29) days in group A with (37.41 +4.18) days in group B and (26.78 +2.66) days in group C. After A two - month treatment course, the obvious effective rate was 81.84% in group A with 89.76% in group B and 97.86% in group C. Conclusion Three kinds of treatment methods are all effective against the third and the fourth grade of peripheral facial paralysis. Mecobalamin injection combined with acupuncture group can shorten the course evidently.
