2.Dedifferentiated liposarcoma in proximal tibia accompanied by angiosarcoma: One case report
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(20):-
One case with dedifferentiated liposarcoma in proximal tibia accompanied by angiosarcoma was analyzed. The dedifferentiated liposarcoma was further analyzed by imaging, clinical and pathological features. One 51-year-old male patient was suspected to bone tumor due to space occupying lesion for 6 days in left proximal tibia and admitted in Changhai Hospital of Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA in May 2007. The clinical features, including onset features, physical examination, blood routine, imaging alterations, pathological characteristics, operation approach, and follow-up period were retrospectively analyzed. The tumor was treated by curettage and inactivation, iliac grafting, bone cement filling, tibial plateau T type plate and screw internal fixation and tumor tissue biopsy. However, tumor relapsed 40 days postoperatively, and the patient was treated by amputation surgery. Two weeks after surgery, the patient developed emptysis and died due to multiple organ failure. Dedifferentiated liposarcoma accompanied by angiosarcoma displays no noticeable characteristics in imaging, clinical manifestation, and laboratory examination, which make it difficult to diagnose it. This tumor is highly malignant, and has short disease course, and poor prognosis.
3.Comparison of the effects of epinephrine and Vera Pammy coronary injection on the slow flow during myocardial infarction PCI
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):240-242
Objective To explore the effect of intracoronary injection of epinephrine and Vera Pammy in patients with myocardial infarction with slow blood flowduring percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).MethodsFrom January 2013 to October 2016, 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction with solw blood flow in Shanghai Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during PCI were randomly divided into the epinephrine group(37 cases) and the verapamil group(31 cases). The two groups were treated with conventional drugs before surgery. The epinephrine group were injected into the coronary artery of 50 micrograms of epinephrine, the Vera Pammy group were injected into 200 micrograms of Vera Pammy. The coronary angiography, blood flow dynamics, as well as biochemical indexes in the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter the initial medicine, the ratio of TIMI flow grade 3 in the epinephrine group 81.80% was significantly higher than that in the Vera Pammy group 64.52%(P<0.05).The ratio of TIMI flow grade 3 after three times treatment, CTFC value after initial and 3 times treatment between the two groups have no significance. The blood pressure in the epinephrine group was (82.67±10.87) mmHg, which was significantly higher than that in the Vera Pammy group (70.46±9.54) mmHg(P<0.05).NT-proBNP, cTnT, LVEF in the two groups have no significance.hs-CRP in the epinephrine group was (7.68± 0.76) mg/L, which was significantly lower than that in the Vera Pammy group (9.25±1.05) mg/L.ConclusionThe effect is different which epinephrine and Vera Pammy were used in the patients with myocardial infarction with slow blood flowduring percutaneous coronary intervention. The use of epinephrine can significantly increase blood pressure, and the effect of initial medication is better.

5.Study on Making the Animal Model of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Due to Liver-Spleen Disharmony
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(06):-
Objective To explore the animal model making method for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) caused by the disharmony of liver and spleen in TCM.Methods In order to define the period of the animal model making, the 32 neonatal rats were divided into 3 days group,6 days group,9 days group and control group. In order to determine the weight of the experimental rats, the 48 rats with different weight were divided into lower weight model group, lower weight control group, medium weight model group, medium weight control group, higher weight model group and higher weight control group. In order to decide the method of causing diarrhea, the 32 rats were divided into lactose enriched diet group, restraint stress group, lactose enriched diet plus restraint stress group, and a control group. The body weight and diarrhea rate of all groups were compared respectively. After the method of model making was decided, the 16 rats were divided into a model group and a control group, and 5-hydroxytryptamin (5-HT),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aquaporin 4 (AQP4) of the two groups were compared for model-proving.Results Based on the results step by step, the best method was decided:the period of the animal model making was 6 days, rats with higher body weight should be subjects, and the lactose enriched diet combining with restraint stress should be used to induce diarrhea.Model-proving test:compared with the control group,5-HT and LDH decreased (P
6. Comparison on HPLC fingerprints between fraxini cortex and its eye drop
Chinese Herbal Medicines 2014;5(4):301-306
Objective: To compare the HPLC fingerprints of Fraxini Cortex and its eye drop. Methods: Using esculin and esculetin as reference substances, HPLC method was established for fingerprint chromatography of Fraxini Cortex and its eye drop. The similarity was analyzed by similarity evaluation and system cluster analysis. Results: For Fraxini Cortex, eight peaks were separated, among which four common peaks were obtained; for eye drop, eleven peaks were separated including six common peaks. Similarities of both fingerprints were good. Cluster analysis further showed that different sources resulted in the variance of ingredients in crude drug. Both materials and eye drop had some common peaks such as esculin and esculetin, on the other hand, they had some different peaks which might be caused by extracting process. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint chromatogram could be applied for the quality control of Fraxini Cortex and its preparations; the pharmaceutical process may be responsible for the variance of ingredients. © 2013 Tianjin Press of Chinese Herbal Medicines.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2021;37(4):327-332
Once uveal melanoma (UM) has distant metastasis, the median survival time of the patient is less than 12 months. There is currently a lack of standard treatment for metastatic UM. In recent years, immunotherapy is splendid in the field of oncology. Immune checkpoint therapy, cancer vaccine therapy and T cell adoptive therapy have been applied to UM therapy. However, most of the clinical effects are limited and the survival benefit is not high. The recent early research results of the new immunotherapeutic drug IMCgp100 are encouraging.

fang, WANG ; rui, XI ; guo-ping, LU
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(04):-
Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor for arterial and venous obstructive vascular di-seases. Raised plasma homocysteine concentrations are caused by genetic and non-genetic factors. The pathogenic mechanism is not clear. It may be associated with endothelium dysfunction, abnormal lipid metabolism, hypertrophy of intima media, increased platelet aggregation and several clotting factors interfered, etc. The metabolism and pathogenic mechanism of homocysteine are reviewed in this article, which provides theoretical foundation for the treatement of hyperhomocysteinemia.

rui-zhu, HAN ; an-cun, HOU ; fang, LV
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(16):-
180 U/L.CK-MB raised in only 5 cases(15.6%),and the highest was 28 U/L.Of the 218 MPP patients, only the 5 patients(2.3%) with raised CK-MB levels could be diagnosed as myocardial damage complicated with MPP.Conclusions The abnormal ECG is more important than myocardial zymogram in the diagnosis of myocardial damage complicated with MPP.Only higher level of certain myocardial zymogram without abnormal ECG can not be diagnosed as myocardial damage if lack of clinic and other objective evidences for myocardial damage. In watching out for myocardial damage, excessive examinations and treatments shall be avoided if possible.
