1.Abnormal ductus venosus blood flow parameters and spectrum morphology in the application of the fetal con-genital heart disease screening
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(10):1538-1541
Objective To explore ductus venous abnormal -looking blood flow parameters and spectrum morphology in the application value of fetal congenital heart disease screening. Methods 210 cases of normal fetal antenatal examination were selected as a normal control group,48 cases of congenital heart disease the fetus, then the component type according to right heart function,to the abnormal ductus venous blood flow spectrum combined with pathologic contrast analysis. Results 48 cases of CHD in the fetus,18 cases of left heart system dysplasia,30 cases of right heart system dysplasia. In order to right heart function change respectively:right heart preload increased 15 cases, right heart load increased after 25 cases,8 cases of right heart function change was not obvious. Conclusion Ductus venous and parameters have abnormal blood flow spectrum, highly suggestive fetal congenital heart disease, especially dysplasia fetal heart right system can serve as an indicators of early screening for CHD.
2.Subjective well-being and its influencing factors in the advanced elderly from community
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2012;31(8):716-719
Objective To investigate the subjective well-being and its influencing factors of the advanced elderly in the community. Methods Totally 409 cases aged 80 years and over in five communities of Hang zhou city were surveyed using Memorial University of Newfoundland Subjective Well-bing Scale. Results The subjective well-being of the advanced age people was at a high level. The cases with good hearing, well eyesight, income from own source, monthly income between 1000-3000 yuan, health satisfaction and frequently or occasionally regular interest in the activities had higher subjective well-being(all P<0.05).Subjective well-being was not significantly affected by age, sex, level of education (P> 0.05). Conclusions Subjective well-being of aged people is mainly affected by state of health and economic resources.
3.Effect of targeted information support on the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(7):19-22
Objective To discuss the effect of targeted information support on the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention and its instructive significance to nursing work. Methods We randomized 118 patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention whose sense of uncertainty and anxiety were relative intensive into the test group and the control group with 59 cases in each group. We gave routine health instructions to the control group while targeted information support besides routine health instructions to the test group. We investigated the patients in two groups by Chinese version of uncertainty scale and State Anxiety Inventory at 4 time points, that is ,the first day in hospital, night before the operation,24 hours after the operation and 1 day before leaving hospital. Results The anxiety level and sense of uncertainty about illness decreased at the night before operation,24 hours after operation and 1 day after operation compared with the control group. The sense of uncertainty and anxiety level has statistical difference between whatever two adjacent time points except for anxiety level between the time points between the first day in hospital and before operation.Drop of sense of uncertainty at 24 hours after operation was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Supplying targeted information support could decrease the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.
5.Histone deacetylase 6: structure, functions and development of selective inhibitors.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):7-14
Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is an unique subtype of histone deacetylases with two tandem deacetylase domains and substrate specificity for non-histone proteins. It is involved in many important physiological and pathological processes and has become a promising therapeutic target in recent decades. Different kinds of potent HDAC6-selective inhibitors have been reported around the world. This paper reviews the progress in the study of structure and functions of HDAC6 as well as the development of HDAC6-selective inhibitors.

7.Discussion on the concerns in paediatric drug taste masking technology and evaluation
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(11):3173-3178
Good palatability of pediatric drugs improves the accuracy of dosing and adherence to dosing regimens. Many active pharmaceutical ingredients have an undesirable taste, so effective taste masking methods need to be developed to improve the palatability of pediatric medicines. This article mainly introduces the commonly taste masking techniques and taste evaluation methods, and puts forward suggestions on the concerns and general principles of the pharmaceutical evaluation of taste masking effects based on cases, in order to provide reference for the development of drug taste masking technology in children.

Objective To evaluate the effects of aerobic exercised on patients with depression. Methods Patients with depression according to the Chinese classification of mental disorders criteria were recruited during January 2011 to December 2012.Patients were divided into exercise group and control group randomly. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the depressive symptom of patients.Patients in exercise group were divided into low intensity aerobic exercise,3 sessions per week and 5 sessions per week, and high intensity aerobic exercise 3 sessions per week and 5 sessions per week.Stretching exercises worked as a control. The four exercise groups were compared with stretching exercise group with efficiency. The control group was treated with pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy. The HAMD scores of aerobic exercise group with different intensity and frequency were compared with the scores of control group after the 1,2,4and 6 weeks of treatment. Results High-dose exercise was more effective in treating depression compared with stretching(P < 0.05),but low-dose exercise did not produce the desired benefits. The scores of patients with high intensity aerobic exercise 3 sessions per week were significantly different from scores of control group after 6 weeks treatment, and the scores of HAMD were (10.72 ± 2.45) and (15.22 ± 4.13).The scores of patients with high intensity aerobic exercise 5 sessions per week were significantly different from scores of control group after 4 weeks treatment, and the scores of HAMD were (14.15 ± 3.25)and(18.31 ± 3.32).Conclusion High intensity and high frequency aerobic exercise could significantly reduce depressive symptoms.

Objective To quantify the effect of gradual respiratory functional training on the lung function and quality of life (QOL) of patients convalescing from Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). Methods Thirty-two GBS patients were randomly divided into two groups a control group which received routine nursing and a respiratory function training group. The training was in three stages:thoracic or/and abdominal respiration, deep breathing and respiratory exercise. After 2 and 4 months of treatment, the 16 min walk test and the SF-36 health questionnaire were used to evaluate the subjects' lung function, motor capacity and QOL. Results After 2 and 4 months of treatment, vital capacity (VC),forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and maximal ventilatory volume (MVV) had all improved significantly in the training group.Their 6 min walk distances and QOL ( in all 8 domains) had also improved significantly. The average VC.FVC.FEV1 and MVV in the control group all decreased slightly but the decreases were not significant.Their 6 min walk distances had improved significantly, however,as had the physical function, mental health.psychological role, physical pain and integrated health domains of their QOL. Conclusion Training the respiratory functional of GBS patients during convalescence can prevent the lung function decay due to muscle weakness, and can also improve motor ability and QOL.
