Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(10):1538-1541
Objective To explore ductus venous abnormal -looking blood flow parameters and spectrum morphology in the application value of fetal congenital heart disease screening. Methods 210 cases of normal fetal antenatal examination were selected as a normal control group,48 cases of congenital heart disease the fetus, then the component type according to right heart function,to the abnormal ductus venous blood flow spectrum combined with pathologic contrast analysis. Results 48 cases of CHD in the fetus,18 cases of left heart system dysplasia,30 cases of right heart system dysplasia. In order to right heart function change respectively:right heart preload increased 15 cases, right heart load increased after 25 cases,8 cases of right heart function change was not obvious. Conclusion Ductus venous and parameters have abnormal blood flow spectrum, highly suggestive fetal congenital heart disease, especially dysplasia fetal heart right system can serve as an indicators of early screening for CHD.
2.Effect of targeted information support on the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(7):19-22
Objective To discuss the effect of targeted information support on the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention and its instructive significance to nursing work. Methods We randomized 118 patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention whose sense of uncertainty and anxiety were relative intensive into the test group and the control group with 59 cases in each group. We gave routine health instructions to the control group while targeted information support besides routine health instructions to the test group. We investigated the patients in two groups by Chinese version of uncertainty scale and State Anxiety Inventory at 4 time points, that is ,the first day in hospital, night before the operation,24 hours after the operation and 1 day before leaving hospital. Results The anxiety level and sense of uncertainty about illness decreased at the night before operation,24 hours after operation and 1 day after operation compared with the control group. The sense of uncertainty and anxiety level has statistical difference between whatever two adjacent time points except for anxiety level between the time points between the first day in hospital and before operation.Drop of sense of uncertainty at 24 hours after operation was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Supplying targeted information support could decrease the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.
3.Subjective well-being and its influencing factors in the advanced elderly from community
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2012;31(8):716-719
Objective To investigate the subjective well-being and its influencing factors of the advanced elderly in the community. Methods Totally 409 cases aged 80 years and over in five communities of Hang zhou city were surveyed using Memorial University of Newfoundland Subjective Well-bing Scale. Results The subjective well-being of the advanced age people was at a high level. The cases with good hearing, well eyesight, income from own source, monthly income between 1000-3000 yuan, health satisfaction and frequently or occasionally regular interest in the activities had higher subjective well-being(all P<0.05).Subjective well-being was not significantly affected by age, sex, level of education (P> 0.05). Conclusions Subjective well-being of aged people is mainly affected by state of health and economic resources.
5.Histone deacetylase 6: structure, functions and development of selective inhibitors.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):7-14
Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is an unique subtype of histone deacetylases with two tandem deacetylase domains and substrate specificity for non-histone proteins. It is involved in many important physiological and pathological processes and has become a promising therapeutic target in recent decades. Different kinds of potent HDAC6-selective inhibitors have been reported around the world. This paper reviews the progress in the study of structure and functions of HDAC6 as well as the development of HDAC6-selective inhibitors.

7.Discussion on the concerns in paediatric drug taste masking technology and evaluation
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(11):3173-3178
Good palatability of pediatric drugs improves the accuracy of dosing and adherence to dosing regimens. Many active pharmaceutical ingredients have an undesirable taste, so effective taste masking methods need to be developed to improve the palatability of pediatric medicines. This article mainly introduces the commonly taste masking techniques and taste evaluation methods, and puts forward suggestions on the concerns and general principles of the pharmaceutical evaluation of taste masking effects based on cases, in order to provide reference for the development of drug taste masking technology in children.
8.Simultaneous Determination of Fluoxertine and Olanzapine in Capsules by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1975-1977
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of fluoxertine and olanzapine in capsules by re-versed-phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP-HPLC) . Methods:The successful separation of fluoxertine and olanzapine was achieved on a Phenomenex C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with 10 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 4. 0)-acetonitrile-methanol (55 ∶40 ∶5, v/v/v) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wave-length was 227 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:Fluoxertine could be well separa-ted from olanzapine under the chromatographic conditions. The linearity between the peak areas and the concentrations was observed within the range of 5. 0-80. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9) for fluoxertine and 1. 2-19. 2 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9) for olanzapine. The mean recovery of fluoxertine and olanzapine was 99. 9%(RSD=0. 94%, n=9) and 100. 2%(RSD=2. 08%, n=9), respectively. Con-clusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be applied in the content determination of fluoxertine and olanzapine in capsules.

Objective To establish a specific, sensitive and applied method for the detection and differentiation of dengue virus types Ⅰ-Ⅳ,Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus. Methods Based on the genomes sequence analysis,6 pairs of primers were designed. The special capture probes of dengue virus types Ⅰ-Ⅳ,Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus were amplified, cloned and sequenced. Then the microwell plates were precoated using these capture probes, and the forward primers were labeled using biotin. The samples were then amplified using the biotin labeled forward primers and reward primers. The microwell plate hybridization was processed for detecting and differentiating the virus. The precoated DNA concentration, precoated time, hybridization temperature and hybridization time were optimized carefully. Results The A value of positive samples were over 0.5,while the average A value of the negative samples was less than 0.1.The S/N value exceeded 10.0.Sensitivity experiment suggested the method of PCR-ELISA could detect the virus RNA in 107 times dilution, while RT-PCR could detect the virus RNA in only 106 times dilution. The stability experiment of PCR-ELISA using DVⅠ suggested that the within-batch coefficient of variation was 6.21%,the between-batch coefficient of variation was 9.92%;the within-batch coefficient of variation in negative control was 1.92%,and the between-batch coefficient of variation in negative control was 3.68%.No visible changes were found on the performance of the coated microwell plates when stored in 4℃for 6 monthes. Conclusion PCR-ELISA is a more sensitive and specific method than RT-PCR is in the early detection and type identification of dengue Ⅰ-Ⅳ types virus,Japanese encephalitis virus and yellow fever virus.
