2.Discussion about Health Management and the Ethics in Health Examination
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
Health management is developing very fast as a new subject. The ethical problem in which there is rare in reports.Discussion about the ethical problems appears in health management and health examination, such as privacy protection, sex morality, excess service, healthy morality, humanities concern, cooperation between each section and so on,has a important actual significance.
3.Application of cardiac troponin I to the diagnosis of myocardial injury following CPB
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemic injury. Methods Twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups: group I (cold crystalloid cardioplegia, n=10) and group Ⅱ (cold blood cardioplegia, n=10). The central venous blood samples were taken at various times during perioperation to measure the serum levels of cTnI,CK MB and CK . Myocardial samples were obtained 10 min before aorta clamping and 30 min after aotra unclamping, to observe myocardial ultrastructure .Results cTnI,CK and CK MB levels were normal before operation, increased markablely following aotra unclamping ,reached the peak 1 h after aorta unclamping to 24 h after operation, and decreased progressively to be normal in two groups. The serum cTnI level was significantly lower in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ 24 h and 48 h after operation. The serum CK MB activity was lower in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ 1 h after aorta unclamping. There was positive significant correlation between aorta cross clamping time and cTnI peak level. Conclusions cTnI can be used to evaluate the degree of myocardial injury and myocardial protective effect in open heart surgery during CPB. As indicators for reflecting the myocardial injury, the sensitivity and specificity of cTnI are more valuable than those of myocardial enzymes.
4.Prevention and management of hypertension in the patients with renal diseases
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2003;0(01):-
Effective management for hypertension in renal diseases should be carried out according to the principles of 2007 ESH-ESC Practice Guidelines for the Management of Arterial Hypertension. The important role of kidney in the classification of hypertension, the corresponding therapy, the set of the target blood pressure, the choice of antihypertensive agents and combination therapy should be focused.Comprehensive approaches should be used for the treatment of hypertension in renal diseases to protect the target organs(including the kidney).Appropriate prevention and management strategies for hypertension in renal diseases should be disseminated and optimized.

6.Ribosomal DNA-ITS sequence analysis and molecular identification of Morinda officinalis and its counterfeit species
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(06):-
Objective To compare the rDNA-ITS differentiation and its regulation between Morinda (officinalis) and its counterfeit species, and provide DNA molecular markers for the fingerprint identification of them. Methods The rDNA-ITS regions of M. officinalis and its counterfeit species were amplified and sequenced, then analyzed by means of CLUSTRAL X and MEGA softwares. Results The internal transcribed spacers (ITS) including ITS1, 5.8S, ITS2, and partial 18S and 26S were determined. In DNA DIST analysis, the range of diversity among M. officinalis and M. shughuaeusis, M. umbellata was (2.9%-)5.8% and 2.9%-4.2% based on ITS1 and ITS2; the range of diversity between M. officinalis and Damnacanthus indicus was 21.2% and 18.9% based on ITS1 and ITS2. Phylogenetic tree based on ITS and 5.8S sequence data indicated the M. umbellata and M. shuanghuaensis were closely related then with M. officinalis, while D. indicus was monophyletic group. Conclusion The rDNA-ITS sequence is a better molecular marker for idertification of M. officinalis and its counterfeit species.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(8):63-66
After the specific tools and process to mine and collect subject hotspot information from papers pub-lished in English journals,Chinese journals and patents were summarized in order to standardize, schematize, simplify and clarify information collection, mange information service and insure subject hotspot information quality, the push methods and contents of subject hotspot information were described with measures proposed for the solution of problems in subject hotspot information service.
8.Effect of preoperative sleep disturbance on the consumption of propofol during general anesthesia and postoperative sleep quality
Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(6):822-825
Objective To evaluate the effects of preoperative sleep disturbance on the consumption of propofol during the period of general anesthesia and postoperative sleep quality. Methods Sixty-five patients scheduled for elective thyroidectomy surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled in the study.According to the preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, the patients were divided into sleep normal group (n =33) and sleep disorder group (n =32).Anesthesia was induced and maintained with propofol given by closed-loop target-controlled infusion (CLTCI).The consumption of propofol during the period of general anesthesia, postoperative sleep quality in the evening of surgery and at 24 h after operation, and the painful levels of the patients at 1 d and 2 d after operation were compared between two groups. Results The totalconsumption of propofol in sleep disorder group [(1 024.33 ±213.02)mg] was more than that in sleep normal group [(892.25 ± 242.30) mg] (P < 0.05),and the dosage of unit surface area per minute of propofol in sleep disorder group [(4.94 ± 0.80) mg/(min · m2)] was also more than that in sleep normal group [(4.45 ± 0.96) mg/(min · m2)] (P < 0.05).Each group suffered from bad sleep quality in the evening of operation, and got improvement one day later (P < 0.05).The sleep quality in sleep disorder group was improved after general anesthesia (P < 0.05).Conclusions Preoperative sleep disturbance increased the consumption of propofol in the general anesthesia.General anesthesia can improve the sleep quality of the patients who suffered from sleep disorder.

10.A clinical research of endoscopic sinus surgery to treat noninvasive fungal sinusitis
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(3):405-406,407
Evaluation methods of chronic sinusitis ( Visual Analogue Score and Lund-Kennedy Score) were recom-mended by the 2009 Chinese Medical Association otolaryngology head and neck surgery to nasal Science Group, and retrospective analysis of the functional endoscopic sinus surgery for noninvasive fungal sinusitis treatment effect of 143 patients. VAS of preoperative was 5.8±1.0,postoperative score was 3.9±1.0, 2.4±0.9 after 3 months,6 months, respectively (P<0.01). Lund-Kennedy Score of preoperative was 7.7±2.1, postoperative score was 3.7±1.9, 1.6±1.4 after 3 months,6 months respectively (P<0.01).
