2.Methods of acquiring tumor antigens
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(10):750-753
How to acquire new tumor antigens is a hotspot in cancer research currently.According to the nature of antigen epitope binding its ligand,we can identify and get unknown antigen epitope even its amino acid sequence through some analytical techniques and experiments, from T lymphocytes and monoclonal antibody levels. So the molecular mechanisms of tumor immunity will be more distinct.
3.Clinical value of combined detection of autoantibodies in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(4):339-341
Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of antiperinuclear fac-tor (APF) ,anti-RA keratin antibody (AKA) and anticyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP) in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Totally 119 RA pa-tients,101 non-RA rheumatisants and 39 healthy controls were enrolled in the study. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to quantitately detecting anti-CCP antibody; immunofluo-rescence method was applied to quantitately determining AKA and APF. Then the quadruple tabular form was used to calculate the sensitivity and specificity. Results In RA group, the sensitivity of APF, AKA and anti-CCP antibody was 48.8% ,32.3% and 83.5% respectively; the specificity was 92. 2%, 93. 1% and 94.1 % respectively. Conclusion Three autoantibodies, including APF,AKA and anti-CCP antibody have high specificity in early diagnosis of RA. Combined detection of the three antibodies con-tributes to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
4.Relationship between self-concepts discrepancies and mental health in college student
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(16):212-213
BACKGROUND: The discrepancies of the ideal self and the actual self (called as type A in this article), the objective self and the actual self(called as type B), the looking glass-self and the actual self(called as type C) are important study subjects and closely related to health psychology.OBJECTIVE: To probe into relationships between the discrepancies of type A, B, C self-concepts and mental health about Chinese college students, and try to provide scientific basis for mental health education of college students.DESIGN: Sampling investigation and cross-sectional study design based on the college student SETTING: Department of Psychology of Capital Normal University. PARTICIPANTS: From January to March 2002, in Beijing, we randomly chose 337 undergraduates who were of grade 2-3 from 9 classes in China University of Political Science and Law University(97 students), Universityof Petroleum, Beijing(85 students), China Public Security University(103students) and Capital Normal University(52 students). In Shanghai, Shanghai University(150 students from 7 classes in grade 2): In Changchun, Northeast Normal University(120 students from 4 classes in grade 1 -2).The total of participants were 607, but 51 participants were excluded for all kinds of reasons, at last, 556 valid participants took part in this study.METHODS: The self-concept-scale questionnaires was used for this study, including four subscales of the ideal self, the actual self, the object self and the looking-glass-self which were used to measure Chinese undergraduates'self-concept-discrepancies of A, B and C types; symptom checklist-90 scale (called SCL-90) was used to measure undergraduates' mental health. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The self-concept-discrepancies of three types(A, B, C), mental health and their relationships of Chinese college students. RESULTS: ① The descriptive statistics about the discrepancies of self-concepts of three types(A, B, C) of college students: type A (65.0±39.2)discrepancy was bigger than type B(-30.1± 28.2); type B was bigger than type C (-0.11± 24.7); ② Compared to the adult normal of symptom checklist-90(SCL-90), the college students responded to SCL-90 was normai, showing majority of college students were mental healthy; ③ Type A and B discrepancies of college students significantly correlated with 10 factors of SCL-90(P<0.01), whereas the correlation between type C discrepancy and 10 factors of SCL-90 was not significant; ④ Regression analyses predicting SCL-90 showed that A type(β=0.32) discrepancy contributing to SCL-90 was more bigger than type B (β= 0.24), type B was more bigger than type C (β= -0.14).CONCLUSION: The correlation of the discrepancies of the ideal self and the actual self, the discrepancies of the objective self and the actual self withmental health were statistically significant; but the correlationof the discrepancy of the looking-glass-self and the actual self with mental health was not statistically significant.
5.Investigation of the value in clinical diagnosis of two dimers (D-D), fibrinogen (Fbg) and platelet parameters (PLT, MPV, PDW) level induced by postoperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with severe trauma
Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(z1):11-14
Objective To investigate the D-in patients with severe trauma in two dimers (D-D),fibrinogen (Fbg) and platelet parameters (PLT,MPV,PDW) level induced by postoperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the formation of value in clinical diagnosis. Methods Eighty cases of healthy people as control group, were compared before and after operation and level and 321 severe traumatic patients were measured before surgery, after 1 days and 3 days of D-D,Fbg and platelet parameters, trauma were divided into fracture, traumatic brain injury, multiple injuries in three groups. Results Different trauma patients with D-D,Fbg concentration and platelet index compared with the control group increased obviously significant (P < 0.05),especially the brain trauma and multiple injuries in two group increased significantly (P <0.01),the positive rate of D-D was 22.8%,35.2%,40.9%.Postoperative 1D in addition to brain injury group, trauma group D-D levels compared with those before operation were significantly increased with significant (P < 0.05),other indicators compared with preoperative changes little, the positive rate of D-D increased slightly, but without statistical significance.Levels of Fbg 3D after the trauma group decreased significantly,D-D increased significantly, decreased the number of PLT,MPV,PDW value increases, the value of preoperative has the remarkable significance (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).The positive rate of D-D was increased up to 41%,59.2%,62.3%,compared with those before operation by chi-square test was significant (P <0.01).Conclusion The patients with severe trauma patients after two D-dimer concentration should be alert to the occurrence of DVT,contribute to the clinically as soon as possible to take measures to avoid, there is an important clinical significance in the treatment and prognosis of trauma patients.
