BACKGROUND:In recent years, bacterial celulose modified by nano-composite technology has been endowed with new properties. OBJECTIVE:To review the combination of bacterial celulose and nanosilver to prepare wound dressing. METHODS: A computer-online search was performed in PubMed (2013-01/2015-04) and CNKI (2007-01/2015-04) databases to retrieve studies on bacterial celulose, nanosilver and their compound method and application using the key words of “bacterial celulose, nano-silver” in English and Chinese, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Bacterial celulose/nano-silver compound can be prepared by three methods: solution impregnation, in situ composite and biocomposite. Solution impregnation method can lower the concentration of nanosilver ions in the fiber matrix to highly control the release of silver ions, but the genetic toxicity and biocompatibility are unclear.In situcomposite method can reduce the damage to the mesh structure of celulose on which silver ions can be bonded firmly to reduce the toxic damage to cels, but the reducing agent used has a higher toxicity, which is difficult to remove. Biocomposite method cannot produce toxic substance, which is friendly to the environment, and the synthetic biomaterials have less harm to the human body and can be controled highly.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the serum cell-free DNA on early diagnosis and prognostic value of patients with cervical carcinoma. Methods Forty-five patients with cervical carcinoma and 50 healthy women from May 2012 to February 2014 were selected from the Central Hospital of Ezhou. Serum cell-free DNA(cf-DNA),carbohydrate antigen125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9), squamous cell carcinoma antigen( SCC ),β-human chorionic gonadotropin( β--HCG ) were detected by electrochemiluminescence analyzer. Results The levels of serum cf-DNA,SCC,β-HCG of patients in the cervical carcinoma group were(178. 8 ± 43. 4)μg/ L,(0. 7 ± 0. 3)μg/ L,(1. 3 ± 0. 4)kU/ L respectively, higher than those in health women((1 354. 7 ± 267. 2)μg/ L,(1. 4 ± 0. 4)μg/ L,(5. 2 ± 0. 6)kU/ L),and the differences were significant(t = 30. 690,9. 709,37. 614;P < 0. 001). Serum cf-DNA level of patients with Ⅱ-Ⅲperiod cervical carcinoma was(2 538. 8 ± 775. 3)μg/ L,higher than patients with Ⅰ period((1 244. 7 ± 253. 6)μg/ L;t = 8. 191,P < 0. 001). The area under the curve of ROC of serum cf-DNA,CA125,CA19-9, SCC,β-HCG were 0. 951 6,0. 638 2,0. 614 4,0. 805 7,0. 753 1 respectively and the AUC of serum cf-DNA was the largest. The sensibility,specificity,accuracy of cf-DNA were 75. 56% ,99. 13% ,93. 36% and 28. 32% , 93. 24% ,64. 26% in terms of CA125. Meanwhile,the sensibility,specificity,accuracy of CA19-9 were 19. 75% , 94. 47% ,67. 28% and 38. 87% ,88. 53% ,80. 16% in terms of SCC. The sensibility,specificity,accuracy of β-HCG were 43. 28% ,86. 21% ,77. 83% respectively. Conclusion Serum cf-DNA has high sensibility, specificity and accuracy in early diagnosis and prognostic value of patients with cervical carcinoma and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To analyze the etiological results and clinical characteristics in infants with acute pneumonia at the age of 0 ～ 1 years and to evaluate the rationality of the use of antibiotics.Methods Thirty-four infants hospitalized during Dec 2010 to Nov 2012 were selected.The throat swabs were sent to the Beijing Disease Prevention and Control Center for rapid nucleic acid test for influenza; the sputum was sent to the bacteriological laboratory of the hospital for the bacterial culture.Children drug utilization index (cDUI)was used to assess the rationality of the medication amount of antibiotic drugs.For defined daily dose statistic (DDDs),the larger the value of DDDs,the more frequent the clinical use of the drug.Results In the confirmed cases of acute pneumonia,21 cases were of viral infection,9cases were of bacterial infection and 4 cases were of mixed infection.The probability of bacterial pneumonia (4/9) was higher than that of viral pneumonia(5/21) in the case with underlying disease (P ＜0.001) ;the virus detection rate(12/21) of children with contact history with respiratory tract infection patients was higher than bacteria detection rate(4/9)(P =0.01).In case of no risk of cross infection,the infants were more susceptible to bacterial infection (P =0.006).The sputum culture of 25 cases of positive virus detection showed 13 cases of colonization of conditional pathogenic bacteria and 4 cases of pathogenic bacteria.The ratio of combination use of antibiotic drugs in case of bacterial infection (4/9) was higher than that in mixed infection (1/4) (P =0.001).The durations of the use of antibiotic drugs for every group showed no statistical difference (P =0.29).This research involved 7 antibiotic drugs.The medication frequencies and durations of ceftriaxone (DDDs =1813.45,total medication duration =187 days) and cefuroxirne (DDDs =1513.73,total medication duration =162 days) were higher than those of the other 5 antibiotic drugs.The cDUI of all drugs ≤ 1.0.The decreasing order of drugs by cDUI was amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium (cDUI =1.0),cefuroxime (cDUI=0.89),ceftriaxone (cDUI =0.87),azithromycin oral agent and cefepime (cDUI =0.80),midecamycin oral agent (cDUI =0.75) and penicillin injections (cDUI =0.50).Conclusion Virus is the main pathogen of the acute pneumonia in children in this research.Virus provides preliminary conditions for bacterial colonization.The overuse of ceftriaxone aggravates the pathogenic risks of conditional pathogenic virus.Some children are treated by antibiotic drugs for a long time or by the combination use of drugs,which are irrational mediation.

Objective:To study the significance of QT dispersion(QTd) changes in electrocardiogram(ECG) after coronary artery bypass graft. Methods:Forty eight patients scheduled for elective coronary artery bypass graft were studied. Objective To investigate the relationship between pulsed radiofrequency voltage and therapeutic effect on idiopathic trigeminalneuralgia. Methods 22 idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with standard pulsed radiofrequency ineffectively and other 22 patientswith satisfactory effect were included. The pulsed radiofrequency voltage, electric resistance, stimulating voltage and postoperativecomplications were compared. Results Pulsed radiofrequency voltage in the effective group was more than that in ineffective group (P<0.01). More patients suffered from mild numbness in the pulsed radiofrequency effective group (P<0.01). Conclusion The pulsed radiofrequencyvoltage is an important factor affecting the therapeutic effect.

The deltacoronavirus is a new member of the subfamily Coronaviridae of the family Coronaviridae. Deltacoronaviruses can infect birds and mammals. Deltacoronaviruses were detected in early 2007 in Asian leopard cats and Chinese ferret badgers. In 2014, porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) infection spread rapidly in the USA. Moreover, cell culture-adapted PDCoV has been obtained from infected piglets. Animal experiments have confirmed that the isolated PDCoV is highly pathogenic and causes severe diarrhea in piglets. Thus, the PDCoV can be considered to be a good model to study the deltacoronavirus. In this review, we discuss the etiology, epidemiology, pathogenicity, culture, and diagnostic methods of the PDCoV.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between prolactin (PRL) cleavage and the occurrence of hypertension, heart failure (HF) in post-menopausal female patients.
Methods: A total of 216 post-menopausal female subjects were enrolled in our study and they were divided into 3 groups: Hypertension group,n=80 patients with essential hypertension, Hypertension + HF group,n=76 and Control group,n=60 post-menopausal women form regular physical examination. The full length (23 kD PRL), 16 kD PRL fragment, lipid peroxide (LPO), total antioxidant status (TAS), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), NT-proBNP, creatinine, uric acid, fasting blood glucose (FBG) and BMI were examined and compared among different groups.
Results:①There were no real differences in age, creatinine, uric acid, FBG and BMI among groups,P>0.05.②Compared with Control group, Hypertension group had increased LPO and decreased TAS; compared with Control group and Hypertension group, Hypertension + HF group had increased LPO and decreased TAS.③Compared with Control group, Hypertension + HF group showed lower level of 23KD PRL, higher level of 16KD PRL and the higher ratio of 16KD PRL/23KD PRL,P<0.05-0.01.④Pearson correlation analysis indicated that LPO was negatively related to 23KD PRL (r=-0.784,P<0.01), positively related to 16KD PRL (r=0.807, P<0.01); TAS was positively related to 23KD PRL (r=0.768, P<0.01), negatively related to 16KD PRL (r=-0.777P<0.01); 23KD PRL was positively related to LVEF (r=0.852, P<0.01), negatively related to NT-proBNP (r=-0.832P<0.01); 16KD PRL was negatively related to LVEF (r=-0.850,P<0.01), positively related to NT-proBNP (r=0.814,P<0.01).
Conclusion: PRL cleavage was highly related to the occurrence of hypertension and HF in post-menopausal female patients.

Platelet count (PC) and plasma prothrombin time (PPT) of sixty- six patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease (cyanotic CHD) were determined, and linear relationship analysis was made between PC, PPT and hemoglobin (HB), Hemotocrit saturation of blood (SaO2).
