Objective To investigate the influence of Enalapril Maleate Tablets on serum micro inflammatory indexes and nutritional indexes in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure treated by maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45casesin each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, andthe observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with enalaprilmaleate tablets. After treatment, the levels of the inflammatory markers of high sensitive C reactive protein (HS-CRP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and the nutritional index of plasma albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA) in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels ofHS-CRP, TNF-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The levels of IL-6, IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The indexes of ALB and PA in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment, the clinical effect of using conventional atorvastatin treatment combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets is good, high safety, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
2.Molecular markers of autophagy.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):33-38
Autophagy is a physiological process which delivers the mutant cytoplasmic proteins and dysfunctional subcellular organs into lysosomes for degradation to generate fuel in the deficiency conditions. It is mainly classified into macroautophagy, microautophagy and chaperon-mediated autophagy (CMA), as well as the selective autophagy such as mitophagy and aggrephagy. This review mainly introduces the key molecular markers of macroautophagy, CMA and mitophagy.

3.NF-κB relative signal pathway and pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(4):273-276
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant diseases. With the development of biology, its pathogenesis has become more and more clear. There are a lot of signal pathway aberrant in pancreatic cancer cell including Notch signal pathway,k-ras signal pathway, hedghog signal pathway,NF-κB signal pathway and so on.Because of the widespread of NF-κB signal pathway aberration in pancreatic cancer cell,we think that NF-κB play a key role in the various kinds of aberrant signal pathways. So the NF-κB relative sighal pathways in pancreatic cancer are reviewed in this atticle.
4.The interventional treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity in hemodialysis patients
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2010;19(2):130-131
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous balloon angioplasty for the treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity in hemodialysis patients. Methods Percutaneous balloon angioplasty was performed in 14 hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity. The preoperative and post operative clinical manifestations, the color Doppler ultrasonographic findings, the blood flow during hemodialysis and the angiographic demonstrations were recorded and compared. Results After balloon dilatation, the constricted segment was remarkably dilated and the occluded site was re-opened in all patients. Angiographic findings showed that the degree of stenosis was less than 30%. Conclusion As a simple, mini-mvasive and safe technique with remarkable short-term effectiveness, percutaneous balloon angioplasty is an valuable therapy for arteriovenous fistula stenosis or occlusion in upper extremity in hemodialysis patients.
