2.Research progress of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor in hematological malignancies
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(11):697-699
Signaling pathways of growth factors and their receptors not only diversify the biological behaviors in normal cells, but also play important roles in regulation of tumor cell proliferation, differentiation, transformation and migration.Aberrant expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) has been observed in multiple hematological malignancies including multiple myeloma, lymphoma and leukemia. The existence of IGF-1R signaling pathway is a potential therapeutic target of hematological malignancies. This review summarizes recent findings of the aberrant expression of IGF-1R and therapeutic intervention in hematological malignancies.
3.Clinical Effect of Combination of Kurarinone and Thymosin ?_1 on Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To study the clinical effect of combination of kurarinone and thymosin ?_1 for injection in treating chronic hepatitis B.Method One hundred and fifty-six patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into two groups, additional KR combined thymosin ?_1 for injection was given to treated group, and KR to control group. The therapeutic course for them was 6 months. We compared the serum ALT、 hepatitis B virological markers、T lymphocyte response before and 6 months after treatment. Results After treatment, the results showed that the levels of CD_3+、CD_4+、CD_4+/CD_8+ T cell in CHB patients of treatment were much higher than control groupnt. The ratio HBeAg and HBV-DNA loss were increased, the difference was significant(P
4.The curative effect of Chinese medicine fumigation bath combined with acupuncture and hemorrhoids on improving pain edema in elderly patients after anorectal pain
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):164-166
Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation bath combined with acupuncture and hemorrhoids on improving the pain edema of elderly patients after anorectal pain.MethodsA total of 168 elderly patients with anorectal surgery were enrolled in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the group (n=84) and the conventional treatment group (n=84) N=84).Routine treatment group given conventional Western medicine and potassium permanganate solution bath treatment, fumigation acupuncture group on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment to give Chinese fumigation bath and acupuncture hemorrhoids treatment, compared the two groups of clinical efficacy, pain, Wound recovery and skin adverse reactions.ResultsThe total effective rate, no pain rate, edema disappearance time and wound healing time were 94.0%, 38.1%, (5.13±1.59) d, (16.47±4.06) d, respectively, compared with those in the conventional treatment group 84.5%, 22.6%, (6.74±1.23) d, (19.38±3.75) d, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionChinese medicine fumigation bath combined acupuncture hemorrhoids acupuncture points can improve the local blood circulation, anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory pain, relieve senile patients after anorectal pain edema symptoms, speed up the rehabilitation process.
5.A psychological behavior problem detection of children with permanent tooth injury
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2015;24(11):1023-1025
Objective To explore the relationship between dental trauma for children and their psychological behavior characteristics. Methods By using the method of case-control study,7-11 years of age children accepting oral health examination in our department were asked to fill in the questionnaire. The children without dental trauma were selected as the control group and the children with permanent tooth injury were selected as the injury group. Each group has 57 cases. All children finished the Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) and their parents finished the Achenbach child behavior capacity list (CBCL).Results (1) The average CBCL score (32.51±20.41) and scores of P and N branch capacity lists in EPQ (44.72± 11.67,48.05± 12.39) of the injury group were all higher than those of the control group (17.19± 11.67,37.64± 8.17,41.40± 8.78) (P<0.01).(2) The detecting rate of behavior problems in injury group was also higher than that of the control group (33.33%,7.02%,P<0.01),OR=6.63,95% CI =2.09-21.05.Boys of the injury group had higher scores than those in the control group in seven factors (depression, social withdrawn, restlessness, violation of discipline, attack, compel and social problems) (P<0.05),and girls of the injury group also had higher scores than those in the control group did in three factors (depression, social withdrawn and attack) (P<0.05).(3) In the injury group, boys had higher scores in the factor of schizoid anxiety than girls did (P<0.01),risk factors were depression (OR=0.529,95% CI =0.292-0.959),social withdrawn (OR=2.274,95% CI =1.311-3.944),restlessness (OR=0.426,95% CI =0.213-0.852),violation of discipline (OR=0.426,95% CI =0.213-0.852) and attack (OR=0.644,95% CI =0.459-0.903).However,girls had higher scores in the factor of depression than boys (P<0.05),their risk factor was depression (OR=0.573,95% CI =0.357-0.919).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between tooth injury and their psychological behavior characteristics of children.
6.Concern points and considerations for pharmacodynamic study design of new traditional Chinese medicines.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(6):1136-1139
Pharmacodynamic (PD) studies play an important role in research and development of new traditonal Chinese medicines (TCMs). Phamacologic and toxicologic studies that aim to research drug ability can provide supporting data for the clinical trials and reduce the risk of clinical trials. In recent years, PD studies in TCMs are developing and progressing, but there are still some problems affecting the value of PD studies in the development of new TCMs. The value of PD studies depends on scientific and rational study design. This article summaries some defects in PD study design of new TCMs that are common in the application data, including defects in study type, testing targets, dosing, duration of administration, control group, testing time. This article also discusses some points of concern and specific requirements for PD study design of new TCMs.

7.Treatment of chronic total occlusion of coronary artery
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2001;21(2):101-103
The occurrence of total chronic coronary occlusion is about 10% in patients undertaking coronary angiography. These patients are often asymptomatic, but can have angina pectoris after exercise and in other conditions increasing oxygen assumption,a few have cardiac insufficiency. The most effective therapies are coronary arterial bypass grafting (CABG) or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) plus stenting. The clinical manifestation can be alleviated and cardiac function improved after successful intervention.

10.Toll-like receptors and tumor microenvironment
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(8):567-569
Toll-like receptor (TLR) plays a crucial role in innate immune response and the subsequent induction of adaptive immunity. TLR is expressed on immune cells as well as epithelial cells and tumor cells. When endogenous and exogenous ligands bind with TLR, TLR signaling pathways are activated and a large number of inflammatory cytokines are released, creating an inflammatory microenvironment and leading to tumor formation, invasion and metastasis.
