1.Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of the novel trehalose derivatives.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(6):725-732
Using brartemicin as the leading compound, fifteen novel trehalose derivatives were designed and synthesized, and the structures were determined by 11H NMR, MS and element analysis. Inhibitory effects of the target compounds on the proliferation of A549, HepG2 and HUVEC cells were detectec by MTT assay. The abilities of adhesion, invasion and migration of A549 and HepG2 cells inhibited by the synthesized compounds were evaluated through Matrigel experiment and Transwell assay. The results showed that, the target compounds had no significant cytotoxicity (compared with the control, P>0.05) to A549, HepG2 and HUVEC cells at the dose range of 1-32 µmol.L-1. At the above dose range, the inhibitory effects of A549 cells adhesion, invasion and migration and HepG2 cells adhesion and invasion by compounds 79 and 82 are better than brartemicin.

3.Regulatory effects of hippocampus extracts on PI4-K activity
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective The hippocampus has been used in Chinese medicine for a long time.Although it has the anti-decrepitude,anti-fatigue and anti-tumor effect, the molecular mechanism is not yet known.PI4-K,the first protein kinase in the PI pathway, should be the target molecular for drug screening. Methods We prepared antigen protein IOV-PI4-K through inside-out ghost, then the antibody-antigen reaction between IOV-PI4-K and its antibody A6D was tested by ELISA.Results Two different function groups, which could increase or decrease the binding affinity of PI4-K to its antibody, were screened out from the extracts of hippocampus. This fact indicated that there might be two different components to up-regulate or down-regulate the activity of PI4-K respectively. Conclusion Derivatives of the components could be developed into anti-tumor or anti-decrepitude drugs.Meanwhile,a new way for performing drug screen through ELISA was established.
4.Prevention and treatment of urethral stricture after hypospadias repair in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(11):805-807
Urethral stricture is one of the common complications after hypospadias repair, and it is related with the blood supply of materials used in urethra formation. The more severe and proximal hypospadias is,the higher possibility of stricture is.The patients with urethral stricture have the symptoms of stranguria and urinary retention, and they usually need re-surgery.The repair with well vascularized flap can decrease the occurrence of urethral stricture after hypospadias repair.
5.Perioperative Use of Antibacterials in Patients with Caesarean Section:Analysis of 360 Cases
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preventive use of antibacterials in patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 360 medical records of patients undergoing cesarean section were randomly sampled in 2006(30 cases per month)for an analysis of the correlation between choice of antibacterials, combination rate and course of treatment etc and curative effects.RESULTS:Of the 360 cases,86.8% used second and third generation cephalosporins,6.3% fourth generation cephalosporin(cefepime),3.8% cephradine.CONCLUSION:No positive correlation was noted between choice of antibacterials and course of treatment and the curative effects in the prevention of postoperative infection.
6.Comparison of APACHE Ⅱand APACHE Ⅲ Prognostic System in Estimating Risk of Hospital Mortality of Critical Patients in Abdominal Surgery
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To compare the reliability of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) and APACHE Ⅲ to estimate mortality of critical patients in abdominal surgery. Methods Two hundred and sixty-one critical patients in abdominal surgery were included in this study. The clinical data of the first day in ICU were collected and evaluated with both APACHE Ⅱand APACHE Ⅲ prognostic systems and statistical analysis were performed. Probability of survival (Ps) was compared with actual mortality. Results The scores of APACHE Ⅱ and APACHE Ⅲ of death group were significantly higher than those of survival group respectively (P
8.Causes of job burnout in medical professionals and relevant intervention strategies
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2008;24(7):482-485
Job burnout has been a common problem in modem society, and medical professionals are vulnerable to it. The causes of burnout in medical professionals involve factors of social environment and system, institutional factors, occupational factors and personal factors. The intervention strategies at multiple levels are put forward, including to advocate concerning about the well-being of others and attaching importance to cultural value orientation of qualitative life-style, to construct harmonious doctor- patient relationship and good working environment, to enhance social public relations and establish good media image, to improve management system and operational mechanism at organizational level, and to enhance the coping ability at individual level by training.
9.Application of digital medical technology in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatolithiasis
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2012;11(2):104-107
Hepatolithiasis is a common disease in China with a high rate of residual stones up to 30%-90% after surgery.Patients often require re-operation because the high rate of residual stones and stone recurrence.Because the calculi are deeply distributed in the liver, and the condition is often accompanied by anatomical variations, distortion and biliary strictures, traditional preoperative imaging examinations do not easily locate the lesioos precisely, making diaguosis and treatment difficult. In recent years,three-dimensional computed imaging and visual simulation have provided a novel preoperative diagnostie method for hepatolithiasis, and have offered a clearer radiologic basis for surgical planning. The value of digital medical technology in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatolithiasis is discussed in this article.
10.Meta-analysis of predictive factors of interstitial lung disease in patients with polymyositis and dermatomyositis
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2011;15(9):588-591
ObjectiveTo systematically review and evaluate the predictive factors of interstitial lung disease(ILD) in patients with polymyositis and dermatomyositis (PM/DM), and provide evidence for early clinical diagnosis. MethodsThe predictive factors of PM/DM-related ILD from 23 published papers were analyzed by Meta-analysis. Analysis of heterogeneity and sensitivity were performed and pooled odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval(95%CI) were calculated using either fixed or random effects models by Rev-Man 4.2 software. Stata 10.0 software was used to identify publication bias. ResultsMeta-analysis was performed to analyze seven factors including anti-Jo-1 antibody, fever, arthritis/arthralgia, Gottron's sign, antinuclear antibody(ANA), and dysphagia Raynaud's phenomenon. Factors correlated with ILD in patients with PM/DM and their OR values and 95%CI were as follows: the presence of anti-Jo-1 antibody 6.94 (4.74~10.16), fever 4.90(3.82~6.29), arthritis/arthralgia 3.93(3.21~4.80), Gottron's sign 2.52(1.24~5.14), and the presence of ANA 1.59( 1.02~2.47 ). Raynaud's phenomenon and dysphagia were not correlated with ILD in patients with PM/DM with OR values and 95%CI as 1.40 (0.97~2.01), and 1.21(0.94~1.56) respectively.ConclusionThe presence of anti-Jo-1 antibody, fever, arthritis/arthralgia, Gottron's sign and ANA are major predictive factors for ILD in patients with PM/DM.
