Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2015;28(2):139-142,146
Objective examine the current status of Science and Technology Novelty about Medicine and Health Sciences in the Guangzhou Military Region during 2010 to 2013.Methods Using Microsoft Excel software to conduct statistical analysis on data that including the novelty of the client' s new projects, subject classification, the level of project award application, client unit, type of requested projects, innovative items, etc. Results The total number of applying for project innovation checking showed a decreasing trend in the Guangzhou Military Region;the majority of awarded application was for the third Prize;and the requirested for new project innovation checking is far less than project innovation award checking. Conclusions The center should actively promote the understanding for the innovation of the new projects among the research groups, and improve the class of prize award.
2.Percutaneous absorption of Rg1 in Panax notoginseng in vitro
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
AIM: To study the percutaneous absorption of Rg1 in Panax notoginseng and the effects of some commom enhancer and pH value on it. METHODS: Drug permeation tests were performed through excised rat skin in V-C diffusion cell.Rg1 concentration in samples was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Rg1 could penetrate through excised rat skin with lower permeability coefficient;in the range of concentration 300 mg/mL~60 mg/mL permeability coefficient of Rg1 decreased as its concentration increasd;Among enhancers,10% ethanol,10%,20% and 30% propylene glycol,2% Azone,2% Eucalyptus Oil and 5% Oleic Acid had markedly promotive effect on transdermal penetration of Rg1. CONCLUSION: The research will provide experimental data for skin administration of Chinese medicine containing Panax notoginseng.

Objective To investigate the peoperative information needs of patents undergoing cardiac surgery and their family members.Method Toally 105 inpatients to undergo cardiac surgery and 112 family members were recruited for the survey by preoprative needs scale for patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Results The total scores on the information needs and the concerns of the patients were (39.43± 1.35) and (62.41± 1.40),respectively.The scores on desired information and concerns of their family were (39.13±1.37) and (59.82±2.35),respectively.The needs and concerns of the patients and their families for preoperative information were both at a higher level, but the concerns of the patients were at a higher level than those of their families. Conclusion Health education based on the needed information and concerns of preoperative patients undergoing cardiac surgery and their family members can improve the education effect.

AIM: To study the effect of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) on cytosolic Ca 2+ and Gq protein in pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells of rats (RPMVECS) and the interferring action of anisodamine.METHODS: RPMVECS of Wistar rats were isolated, cultured and identified. The concentration of cytosolic Ca 2+ and Gq protein were measured by Fura-2/AM and flow cytometry, respectively.RESULTS: (1) Compared with the control group, the level of cytosolic Ca 2+ increased and the level of Gq protein decreased significantly at 30 min and 90 min after stimulation of LPS;(2) Increase in cytosolic Ca 2+ and decrease in Gq protein in RPMVECS were inhibited by anisodamine. CONCLUSION: LPS induced the increase in cytosolic Ca 2+ and the decrease in Gq protein in RPMVEC, which was inhibited by anisodamine.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2004;0(05):-
Objective To study the effect of ahylysantinfarctase (AF) on the growth of fetus lens epithelial cells (LECs) in vitro. Methods Fetal lens anterior capsule membranes from the eyeballs of dead fetus delivered by induced labor underwent primary cell culture with the modified method. The second or third generations of fetal LECs were used in this experiment. They were exposed to AF of six kinds of concentrations (2?10~ -4 , 4?10~ -4 , 8?10~ -4 , 16?10~ -4 , 32?10~ -4 , 64?10~ -4 u/mL). Their morphologic changes were observed with the inverted microscope and the value of absorption (A) in each well was tested by MTT assay to examine the effect of AF on the growth of the fetal LECs collected. Results In the experimental groups, especially AF groups of higher concentration, LECs exhibited inordinate shape, less kytoplasm, more cellular endoparticles, wider intercellular space and random disposition, and even adherence failure. After the cells grew in AF of different concentrations for 48h, A value in each group decreased with the increase of AF concentration, and differed significantly between all the experimental groups (P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(7):547-549
The counterpart support by urban hospitals to rural hospitals is an important measure of the healthcare reform and health poverty alleviation, especially useful for reform of county-level public hospitals.A study of the policy development and an analysis on the development status quo of 16 county-level public hospitals following their acceptance of such support in Hunan and Hubei province, confirmed the practical significance of such counterpart support. The authors also found defects in personnel training, technology innovation and policy fine-tuning, in need of improvements.

Clinical Medicine of China 2014;(7):739-742
Objective To investigate the efficacy of sorafenib alone or combination with transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and percutaneous local cryotherapy(PLCT)for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients without operation opportunity. Methods Sixty-four advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients were selected as our subjects, who were underwent treatment of sorafenib alone or combination with TACE and PLCT. Thirty-two cases with sorafenib therapy were served as sorafenib group and another 32 cases with sorafenib in combination with transarterial chemoembolization and PLCT were served as combination group. All patients were followed up for 6 - 32 months. The treatment efficacy and tumor development were recorded. Results All surgeries of the patients were succeed and no death or serious operation complications occurred. Of 64 patients, 11 were achieved a complete remission( CR),31 cases with partial remission( PR),14 cases with stable development(SD),and 8 cases with progressive disease(PD). In the sorafenib group,3 cases were with CR,11 patients with PR,12 with SD,and 6 patients with PD. In the combination group,8 patients were with CR,20 patients with PR,2 patients with SD and 2 patients with PD,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ2 = 14. 028,P = 0. 003). The median periods to tumor progression were 20 and 53 weeks in the sorafenib group and the combination group, and the difference was significant( χ2 = 14. 773,P = 0. 000). Conclusion For hepatocellular carcinoma patients without operation opportunity, sorafenib combined with TACE and PLCT can increase the tumor remission rate and prolong the periods to tumor progression in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective To investigate retina structure and function under the condition of acute continuous hypoxia at high altitude and study on the protective effects of taurine on retina injury. Methods Low-pressure chamber was used to simulate 4 500 m and 5 500 m altitude.A total of 126 SD rats were used in this study, half assigned to the conditions under plain,4 500 m and 5 500 m,the other half before the same assignment fed with 2.4% taurine in plain for a week.At 2,6,12,24,48,72 h after entering the chamber, the eyes of SD rats were taken out, fixed and sectioned.Retina layer structure and ultrastructure of retina M?ller cells were observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The activity of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were detected with enzymohistochemistry. Results INL,IPL and GCL were injured in low oxygen. In the early period, migrating IPL cells increased(P
