On the base of the character of TCM itself,both the independent founded col-leges of TCM,or a TCM specialty in western medical college should follow the objective rules of the TCM education to exerst most of the advantages,and the outstanding features and to train the qualified TCM talented persons,in order to develop the TCM education healthily.
