Objective To study the clinical effects of postpartum haemorrhage and the clinical effects of psychosocial intervention. Methods Choose 88 cases, patients treated in our hospital, it can be divided into two groups, respectively using oxytocin combined conventional nursing mother, yan pei combined psychological intervention treatment, analysis its therapeutic effect. Results The curative effect of observation group of patients, postpartum haemorrhage amount and quality of life, each index significantly better than the control group, the changes of its data through comparison between groups, differences, statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with postpartum haemorrhage, with the treatment of the psychological intervention and the treatment of the psychological intervention, the effect is good.

To investigate the mechanism of macrophages apoptosis induced by stressed Salmonella typhi,macrophages were co-cultivate with inhibitors caspase 3,8,9 and anti-TNF-α antibody and then S.typhi was added to construct the infection model..The rate of macrophage apoptosis was assayed by flow cytometry and the contens of caspase 3.8 ,9 and anti-TNF-α antibody as well as NO were then determined respectively.It was found that the apoptotic rates of macrophages were significantly inhibited by caspase 3 and caspase 8 inhibitors and antibody against TNF-α respectively (P<0.01).A significantly enhanced generation of caspase 3 and caspase 8 activities during macrophage apoptosis induced by S.typhi correlated with the increased generation of TNF-αand NO (P<0.01).These results indicate that the inactive NO and TNF-α mediated inhibitors caspase 3 and caspase 8 participate the exogenous apoptotitic pathway of macrophages induced by S.typhi.

Objective This study evaluated the effects of combined procedure of surgical treatment and cell transplantation on dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Eight patients (5 men and 3 women) with moderate to severe mitral regurgitation from end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy underwent surgery. Four patients were in functional class (FC) Ⅳ, six were in FC Ⅲ. There age ranged from 15 to 56 years. The preoperative ejection fraction (EF) ranged from 0.15 to 0.32 (mean 0.26 ± 0.08). Mitral valve replacement was performed in 5 patients and mitral valve repair in 3. Auto-bone marrow monenuclear cells were harvested, isolated, washed, and resuspended for direct injection after surgical procedure. Results All patients survived and were discharged from the hospital. After a mean follow-up period of 18 months ( 12 - 42 months). Echocardiography showed postoperative ejection fraction and wall movement velocity increased after 6 months. Radionuclide ventriculography showed myocardial perfusion improved significantly. Conclusion Combined procedure of surgical treatment and cell transplantation led to significant improvement in cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.

Aim To investigate the Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Oral Liquid(YYQ) on insulin resistance in hyperglycemic fatty rats.Methods The model of hyperglycemic fatty rats was induced by intravenous injection with a low dose of streptozotocin(STZ) and a fed high fat and high caloric diet.The YYQ was given via gavage for a period of 4 weeks.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),oral glucose tolerance(OGT),serum insulin(INS),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),free fatty acid(FFA)levels,glucose infusion rate(GIR) by euglycemic hyperinsulinemic clamp technique as well as erythrocyte insulin receptors(INSR)of rats were tested when the experiment was finished.The weight of the epididymal fat pads and the perirenal fat pads were measured.The IR,IRS-1mRNA expressions in liver tissue were measured by RT-PCR technology.Results YYQ treatment decreased the levels of FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,FFA and increased the level of HDL-C in hyperglycemic fatty rats.As compared with the model rats,glucose tolerance was improved and body weight was reduced in hyperglycemic fatty rats treated with YYQ.Moreover,YYQ treatment upregulated IR,IRS-1mRNA expressions in liver tissue and increased insulin receptor amounts on the erythrocytes surface as well as GIR in the hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp experiment.Conclusions YYQ ameliorated insulin resistance in hyperglycemic fatty rats,and its mechanism might be related to increment of INSR and stimulation of insulin pathway.

Objective To identify the existence of chromosome 9 open reading frame 72 (C9ORF72) intermediate hexanucleotide (GGGGCC) repeat expansions as well as the mutation-related clinical phenotypes in familial amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (fALS) population from mainland China.Methods DNA samples and clinical data of 62 fALS cases were collected,then the pathological GGGGCC repeat expansions were detected.Haplotype analysis for 20 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) was performed finally.Results The C9ORF72 intermediate repeat expansions were found in one fALS patient (1.61％,1/62),and repeat number was 24.In addition,2 siblings of this fALS patient also had a 24 repeats allele.These 24 repeat alleles were associated with the pathogenic founder haplotype.Conclusions This study illustrates the existence of the C9ORF72 intermediate repeat expansions in fALS population from mainland China for the first time.An intermediate repeat length in C9ORF72 is related to fALS in mainland China.

Objective To understand the schedule and effectiveness of water-improving defluoridation projects comprehensively in control of fluorosis in drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis areas in Shaanxi Province,and to provide a scientific basis for making strategies in prevention and control the disease for the next step.Methods The progress of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis water-improving defluoridation projects and operation condition were investigated in Shaanxi (fluoride content of drinking water was greater than 1.2 mg/L in the endemic areas) in 2014,and children aged 8 to 12 in 32 epidemic villages of six counties including Jingbian,Dingbian,Dali,Jingyang,Qian and Liquan were selected to survey dental fluorosis.Results In Shaanxi Province,the number of villages with water fluorine content of more than 1.2 mg/L was 5 005 and water improvement rate was 83.42％ (4 175/5 005),water-improving projects operated normally rate was 85.05％ (3 551/4 175),and scraped was 37,accounted for 0.89％ (37/4 175).There were 830 epidemic villages without water-improving projects in Shaanxi Province,and high fluoride exposed population was 579 400,mainly distributed in Yulin,Xianyang,Weinan and Yan'an cities.A total of 1 849 children aged 8 to 12 in the 6 counties were examined,the detection rate of dental fluorosis was 56.57％ (1 046/1 849),the index of dental fluorosis was 1.11.Conclusion In drinking-water-borne fluorosis epidemic areas of Shaanxi,the improved-water rate is generally high,and the normal operation of waterimproving projects is overall good,but the measures for water-improving defluoridation must be reinforced and improved.

Objective This study aims to explore the application value of tuberculosis T lymphocytes enzyme-linked immune SPOT test (T-SPOT.TB) on early diagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods The TB infection in 189 inpatients suspected tuberculosis in pneumology department of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital was detected with T-SPOT.TB,fluorescence RQPCR,tuberculosis (TB-Ab)protein chip and PPD methods.Results The sensitivity of four methods was 91.54％ (119/130),73.85％(96/130),63.08％(82/130) and 57.69％ (75/130) respectively and the specificity of those was 89.83％ (53/59),86.44％(51/59),67.79％(40/59) and 66.10％(39/59),respectively.The sensitivity of T-SPOT.TB method was statistically higher than those of other three tests,respectively (P＜0.05).The specificity of T-SPOT.TB was significantly higher than those of TB-AB and PPD (P＜0.05),but there was no statistical difference between RQ-PCR and T-SPOT.TB (P＞0.05).The positive predictive values of T-SPOT.TB,fluorescent quantitative PCR,TB-Ab and PPD assays were 95.2％ (119/1250),92.3％ (96/104),81.2％ (82/101) and 78.9％ (75/95) respectively while the negative predictive values of those were 82.8％ (53/64),60％ (51/85),45.5％ (40/88) and 41.5％ (39/94),respectively.The false-positive rates (misdiagnosis rate) of four assays were 10.2％ (6/59),13.6％ (8/59),32.2％ (19/59) and 33.9％ (20/59) respectively and the false-negative rates (rates of missed diagnosis) of those were 8.5％ (11/130),26.2％ (34/130),36.9％ (48/130)and 42.3 ％ (55/130),respectively.The negative likelihood ratios of T SPOT.TB,fluorescent quantitative PCR,TB-Ab and PPD assays were 0.11,0.16,0.48 and 0.51 respectively,meanwhile the positive likelihood ratios of T-SPOT.TB,fluorescent quantitative PCR,TB-Ab andPPD assays were 9.0,5.4,2.0 and 1.7,respectively.What' s more,the diagnostic accordance rates of the four assays were 91.0％ (172 189),77.8％ (147 189).64.6％ (122/189) and 60.3％ (114/189),respectively.Conclusion T-SPOT.TB test is a more sensitive and specific method and of great significance to the early diagnosis of TB,which has more clinical value in different stages of tuberculosis diagnosis.

ObjectiveTo determine the utility of the simple body weight support training apparatus used to improve ambulatory function in patients with hemiplegia or paraplegia.Methods38 cases with hemiplegia or paraplegia were randomly divided into control(C,n=10),regular body weight support treadmill training group(R,n=14),simple body weight support training group(S,n=14).All the patients received comprehensive rehabilitation for 6 months.Function Independence Measured(FIM),10 meters ambulatory velocity,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Barthel Index(BI) were used to evaluate the effect of training.ResultsThe FIM scores and ambulatory velocity of the patients in group R and S improved significantly compared with that of group C.There was no difference of FIM scores and ambulatory velocity between group R and S.ConclusionThe effect of simple body weight support training on improving the ambulatory function is similar to regular body weight support treadmill.

Objective To study the prevalence of food intolerance and to explore its related factors among adult health check-up receivers.Methods A total of 863 adults who took physical examinations in our hospital from April to October 2011 were enrolled in this investigation.Height,body weight and blood pressure were measured,and serum IgG level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The total positive rate of food intolerance was 73％,and the leading intolerance items were crab (40.1％ ),egg (29.8％ ),cod fish ( 21.6％ ),milk ( 20.0％ ) and soybean ( 14.4％ ).Females showed significantly higher prevalence of food intolerance than males.Various positive rate of milk or soybean intolerance was found in different age groups.No correlations of serum specific IgG with body mass index and systolic or diastolic blood pressure were observed.In logistic regression analysis,the odds ratio of food intolerance of women was 1.67 ( 95 ％ confidence interval 1.190 to 2.607 ).ConclusionsThe prevalence rate of food intolerance was high.The risk for food intolerance was significantly increased in women.Specific IgG antibody detection may help to early prevent and diagnose food intolerance-related diseases.

Objective To investigate the effect of Tip60 on the cellular radiosensitivity,and to explore the related mechanism.Methods siRNA and anacardic acid (AA,an inhibitor of Tip60 acetyltransferase) were used to inhibit Tip60 expression and its acetyltransferase activity,respectively.Radiosensitivity was analyzed by colony-forming ability assay.γ-H2AX foci were detected to analyze the DNA double-strand break (DSB).Immunoprecipitation was used to determine the interaction of proteins.Results siRNA-mediated silencing of Tip60 led to enhanced sensitivity of U2OS cells at 1,2 Gy after γ-ray irradiation,but had no significant effect at 4 Gy post-irradiation ( t =3.364,3.979,P ＜ 0.05 ).γ-H2AX foci detection indicated that Tip60 silencing resulted in a decreased capability of DNA doublestrand break repair at 1,4 and 8 h after irradiation( t =3.875,3.183 and 3.175,respectively,P ＜ 0.05 ).The interaction of Tip60 and DNA-PKcs was prompted by ionizing radiation.Anacardic acid largely abrogated the phosphorylation of DNA-PKcs at T2609 site induced by irradiation.Conclusions Tip60plays a role in the cellular response to ionizing radiation-induced DNA damage through,at least in part,interacting with DNA-PKcs and regulating its phosphorylation.
