Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(8):1206-1209
Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasonic speckle technique on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 30 patients with AMI were selected as observation group,30 healthy people were selected as control group, and they were all detected by ultrasonic speckle technique. The differences of measurement indices of cardiac function with ultrasonic speckle technique were compared between the observation group and control group. The difference between ultrasonic speckle technique and its measured value was observed with single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) as the gold standard. The correlation between the results of three-dimensional speckle ultrasound and SPECT in patients with AMI was analyzed. Results The parameters of LVEDV [(62.2 ± 6.4) mL vs.(80.3 ± 7.5) mL],LVESV [(21.7 ± 5.6) mL vs.(35.4 ± 7.2) mL] and LVEF [(62.6 ± 5.9)% vs.(72.8 ± 5.6)%] in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the IVSTd [(1.1 ± 0.2) cm vs.(0.9 ± 0.2) cm] and LVPWd [(1.2 ± 0.2) cm vs.(0.8 ± 0.1) cm] were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t =8.431,9.865,3.651,8.798,6.654,all P < 0.05).In AMI patients, there were no significant differences in left ventricular parameters LVEDV,LVESV,LVEF measured between ultrasonic speckle technique and SPECT(all P > 0.05).With SPECT as the gold standard,in AMI patients, the ultrasound parameters LVEDV,LVESV and LVEF were positively correlated with SPECT parameters(r =0.912,0.903,0.899,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound speckle technique can well evaluate myocardial function in patients with myocardial infarction.

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2013;(12):1488-1490
Objective To monitor lung growth rule of normal middle-late pregnancy fetal. Methods 599 cases of 18 and 40 weeks normal singletons were grouped by every two weeks. The length of right lung in the sagittal plane and the cross-sectional plane were measured, and the growth curve was described. The ratio of right lung area (RLa) and head circumference (Hc),chest circumference (Tc) and of the chest area (Ta) in different gestational ages was calcalated. The correlation coefficient was obtained by applying statistical analysis. Results There was a linear relationship between RLa/Hc and RLa/Tc and growth of gestational age;the regression equation was:(RLa/Hc: ?Y= 0.948X-1.221, r2 =0.898, the RLa/Tc: ?Y=0.944X-1.800, r2 =0.894). RLa/Ta in different ges-tational age was in constant range:0.42~0.55. The length of right lung in the sagittal plane and the cross-sectional plane increased along with the gestational age, and the growth speed was:before and after diameter(the cross-sec-tional plane) > upper and lower diameter (sagittal plane) > about size (the cross-sectional plane). Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can evaluate the growth rule of normal fetal lung and provide the basis for assessment of fetal lung maturity.

ve To establish a method for determination of arsenic in drinking water. Methods The contents of arsenic in water samples were determined directly by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotome-try with masking agent of palladium. The working conditions were defined as wave length of 193.7 nm, slit width of 1.3 nm, current of hollow cathode lamp of 12.0 mA; drying 40 sec at 80℃~140℃ ; ashing 20 sec at 1100℃~1200℃; atomizing 5 sec at 2 300℃; purifying 4 sec at 2 600℃ . Results The linear relationship was 10~200?g/ L ar-senic. The average recovery rates of water samples at concentrations of 50 ?g/ L and 150?g/ L arsenic after being added arsenic standard solutions were 100.7% and 103.6% respectively, and sensitivity reached 10?g/ L. The cor-relation coefficient were 0.9954~0.999 7 obtained from 6 randomly repeated determination of standard curve. The metal ions coexisting in determined water samples didn't interfere the determination of arsenic under the application of common uncoated graphite tube. The 0.2% aluminum didn't disturb the determination of arsenic also. Conclusion This method could be applied in the determination of arsenic in water, especially could be applied in the direct deter-mination of arsenic in more clear water samples.

Objective To explore the effect of focused nursing model on negative emotions and subjective well-being of lung cancer patients. Methods Eighty-six lung cancer patients hospitalized from November 2014 to November 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of admission in equal number. The control group was treated with routine care, and the observation group was with focused nursing model. The two groups were compared in terms of anxiety by SAS, depression by SDS, subjective well-being. Results The scores by SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of objective support, subjective support, self-evaluation and subjective well-being index of the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Focused nursing model can effectively relieve negative emotions, improve subjective well-being of lung cancer patients, worthy of clinical promotion.

0.05). According to the logistic regression, the OR of age was 1.128 which showed that when age increase 1 year, the possibility of contracting CP was higher. The OR of genotype was 0.187 and 0.421, which showed that people with XX genotype were also more susceptible than those with Xx and xx genotype, when the other conditions were invariable. Conclusion:Specific relationship is found between the susceptibility of severe CP and the ER gene-XbaI polymorphism. People with XX genotype are most susceptive to CP.

Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine(5-aza-dC) on breast carcinoma xenografted in nude mice. Methods The model of breast carcinoma xenografted in nude mice was established.Ten mice were randomized into the treatment group(treated with 5-aza-dC) and control group(treated with PBS).The mass of the tumors before and after treatment were measured in the two groups, and the inhibition rate of the tumor was calculated and the growth curve was drawn.Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were employed to detect the expression of normal epithelial cell specific-1(NES1)gene. Results The inhibition rate of the tumor in the treatment group was 57.44%,which was significantly different from the control group(P

Objeetive To explore routine magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of newborn bilirubin encephalopathy(NBE).Methods MRI features and clinical data of 17 patients with Newbern bilirubin encephalopathy were retrospectively analyzed, globus pallidus (GP)and subthalamic signal intensity was evaluated. The increase of GP signal intensity and serum total bilirubin peak value were analyzed using pearson correlation analysis.Serum total bilimbin peak value between patients with high signal in the subthalamic nuclei on T1 WI and patients without high signal in the subthalamic nuclei were compared statistically. Results The main MRI presentation in the NBE group Was abnormally increased signal intensity in the GP on T1 WI,which was not apparent on T2 WI One patient showed abnormal high signal intensity in the postemmedial part of GP.Nine patients had high signal in the subthalamic nuclei on T1 WI and normal signal on T2 WI Four patients showed hiigh signal in the brainstem with sparing of dorsal pontine. The increase in value of GP signal intensity was 249.0-423.8 in 12 patients and their serum total bilirubin peak values were 366.0-983.3μmol/L A positive correlation Was found between increase of GP signal intensity and serum total bilirubin peak value. The serum total bilirubin level of abnormal subthalamic group and normal subthalamic group were 660.7±192.4 μmol/L and 513.3±107.5μmol/L respectively. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=1.914,P>0.05).Conclusion The routine MRI has some characteristics and is useful in the diagnosis of newborn bilirubin encephalopathy.
