OBJECTIVE: To provide reference to the service improvement of Chinese drug store. METHODS: The service in drugstores was classified into basic service, pharmaceutical service, medical service and health information service. Each category was analyzed specifically. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Based on the practice, the drug store should choose the proper combination of service category, which are beneficial to drugstores to shape up their own competitive edge and promote sustainable development.

Object To establish the quality standard for Wuhu Powder. Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis (RAS), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (RAD), and Flos Carthami (FC) were determined qualitatively by TLC. The content of cimicifugoside and 5-O-methylvisammioside were determined by HPLC. Results The linear ranges of cimicifugoside and 5-O-methylvisammioside were 0.370 0—1.850 0 ?g and 0.191 0—0.955 0 ?g. The recoveries were 100.74% and 98.33%, RSD were 0.67% and 1.91% (n=5), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, credibility, which can be used as the quality control standard of Wuhu Powder.

Objective To screen and isolate the radioresistance related genes of IRM-2 mice.Methods cDNA library of IRM-2 mice was constructed by SMART technique.Total RNA was isolated from spleens of IRM-2 male mice.The first-strand cDNA was synthesized by using PowerScript reverse transeriptase,and double-strand cDNA was synthesized and amplified by long PCR.The PCR products were purified,digested with restriction enzyme Sfi I.The ds-cDNA fragment lessthan 500 bp was fractionated and ligated to the Sfi I-digested pDNR-LIB vector.The ligation mixture was transformed into E.coil DH5α by electroporution transformation to generate the unamplified cDNA library.The quality of cDNA library was identified by PCR technique.130 clones from cDNA library were sequenced and compared with GenBank database.Results The cDNA library contained 2.25 x 106 independent clones with an average insert size of 1.2 kb.The ratio of recombination and full-length was 95% and 55%,respectively.21 pieces of EST sequences from cDNA library were not the same as the known mice genes and registered into GenBank EST database,with registered number DW474856-DW474876.Conclusions cDNA library of IRM-2 mice has been constructed successfully.21 pieces of EST implies that radioresistance correlative genes may be in IRM-2 mice,which will lay a foundation for isolating and identifying radioresistance related genes in further study.

Objective To investigate the effect of β-catenin on the osteogenic differentiation of human periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) under mechanical tension.Methods PDLSCs were seperately cultured in vitro from the periodontium attached at freshly extracted teeth.β-catenin-targeting agonist or inhibitor was applied to the PDLSCs to upregulate or downregulate the expression of activity of β-catenin protein.The expression of β-catenin protein and the osteogenetic related markers(ALP,BMP2,Runx 2) under the mechanical tension with different period(0,6,12,24 h) were assessed with Western blot in the PDLSCs irritated with agonist or inhibitor.Results Compared with the PDLSCs without mechanical tension,the expression of osteogenesis related marker proteins,ALP and Runx 2,in PDLSCs were enhanced under the circular mechanial tensile stress (P ＜ 0.05).In the PDLSCs irritated with WAY-262611,the β-catenin-targeting agonist,the expression of osteogenetic related markers ALP in the PDLSCs was improved during the first 12 h period of mechnical tensile load,which was significantly higher than that in the DMSO group.Conclusion Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in the early osteogenesis differentiation of PDLSCs under cyclic tension.The β-catenin promotes osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs under mechanical tension.

OBJECTIVE:To screen and identify endophytic fungi from Schisandra chinensis with antioxidant activity. METH-ODS:The tissue isolation skill was used to isolate endophytic fungi from roots,leaves,stems and fruits of S. chinensis. And anti-oxidant activity of endophytic fungi were screened by DPPH radical scavenging assay and hydroxyl radical scavenging assay. The to-tal DNA were extracted;the 18S rDNA ITS were amplified and sequenced with primer ITS1 and ITS4;the results of sequencing were analyzed comparatively based on homology to confirm the classification of active strains. RESULTS:23 strains were isolated from S. chinensis. GSR-12,isolated from roots of S. chinensis,had strong antioxidant activities. The scavenging rate on DPPH and the hydroxyl radical were 87.96% and 82.31% respectively. GSR-12 strain was identified as Clonostachys rosea by analyzed com-paratively. CONCLUSIONS:1 strain of C. rosea,isolated from roots of S. chinensis,has strong antioxidant activity.

Objective To explore the association between HLA-A and B alleles and alopecia areata.Methods HLA-A and-B alleles were studied by LABTypeTM SSO in 44 patients with alopecia areata and 200 healthy controls.Results The frequencies of HLA-A＊11（χ2=6.08,P 〈 0.05）,HLA-B＊13（χ2=29.80,P 〈 0.01）,HLA-B＊40（χ2=8.04,P 〈 0.01）,HLA-B＊46（χ2=5.86,P 〈 0.05）and HLA-B＊51（χ2=8.82,P 〈 0.01）alleles were significantly increased in alopecia areata patients compared with the control.Conclusion HLA-A＊11,HLA-B＊13,HLA-B＊40,HLA-B＊46 and HLA-B＊51 might be the susceptible alleles of the patients with alopecia areata.

Objective To study the combined effect of interleukin-21 gene transfer and ionizing radiation on the growth of cervical carcinoma HeLa cells.Methods Previously constructed Ad-IL-21 gene was amplified by infecting 293A cells and the titer was measured by TCID50 method. HeLa cells were transfected with Ad-1L-21 and then irradiated with 6 Gy 137Cs γ-rays.The cells were divided into 5 groups,including blank control,Ad-LaeZ group,Ad-IL-21 group,radiation group and Ad-IL-21 combined with radiation group (combination group).The cell growth,cell cycle,apoptosis,and the expressions of IL-21 gene and protein in HeLa cells were detected.Results Ad-IL-21 was successfully amplified and the titer of Ad-11.-21 was 9 × 1010 pfu/ml.Compared with Ad-IL-21 group and radiation group,the cell growth of combination group was significantly inhibited at 96 h after transfection ( F =85.26,72.98,P ＜ 0.05 ).The cells in combination group were arrested in G1 phase and decreased at S phase( F =36.69,34.83,P ＜ 0.05),while the cellular apoptosis increased markedly ( F =28.23,25.57,P ＜ O.05 ). The gene expression of 1L-21 in the combination group was 1.54- and 2.43-fold of Ad-IL-21 group and blank control group,respectively (F=22.31,36.65, P ＜ 0.05 ), while the protein expression of IL-21 in the combination group was 1.62-fold and 2.31-fold of Ad-IL-21 group and blank control group,respectively ( F =27.36,35.86,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Ad-IL-21 gene transfection combined with radiation has synergic effect on the inhibition of cervical carcinoma cell growth.

Data quality management system is essential to ensure accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable data collection in clinical research. This paper is devoted to various choices of data quality metrics. They are categorized by study status, e.g. study start up, conduct, and close-out. In each category, metrics for different purposes are listed according to ALCOA+ principles such us completeness, accuracy, timeliness, traceability, etc. Some general quality metrics frequently used are also introduced. This paper contains detail information as much as possible to each metric by providing definition, purpose, evaluation, referenced benchmark, and recommended targets in favor of real practice. It is important that sponsors and data management service providers establish a robust integrated clinical trial data quality management system to ensure sustainable high quality of clinical trial deliverables. It will also support enterprise level of data evaluation and bench marking the quality of data across projects, sponsors, data management service providers by using objective metrics from the real clinical trials. We hope this will be a significant input to accelerate the improvement of clinical trial data quality in the industry.

Objective To explore the effect of epidural labor analgesia on the prolactin (PRL) levels of parturient.Methods Sixty primipara who delivered in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from October 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research object.The parturient were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The parturient in observation group were given ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for epidural block labor analgesia;the parturient in control group took natural production method without any analgesia method.The pain score,duration of labor,milk yield,serum PRL level before analgesia and 24,48 h postpartum and the number of initial lactation at 30 rmin,24 h,48 h postpartum of maternal were compared between the two groups.Results The active period of the first stage of labor of parturient in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);there was no statistic difference in the latent period of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor of parturient between the observation group and the control group(P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistic difference in the pain score of parturient between the two groups before analgesia(P ＜ 0.05);the pain score of parturient in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the time point of uterine orifice open 3 cm,uterine orifice full dilatation and fetal disengagement(P＜ 0.05).There was no statistic difference in the PRL levels of parturient between the two groups before analgesia (P ＜ 0.05);the PRL level of parturient in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 24,48 h postpartum(P ＜0.05).The condition of initial lactation of maternal in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The milk yield of parturient in observation group was significantly more than that in the control group at 24,48 h postpartum (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Epidural analgesia can reduce the pain of parturient,shorten the active stage of the first stage of labor,increase the level of PRL and increase the milk yield of the postpartum.
