1.Analysis on Therapeutic Effects of 209 Cases of Allergic Asthma Treated with Acupoint Application

209 cases of allergic asthma were randomly divided into two groups, which received respectively traditional medicinal vesiculation and drug application based on syndrome differentiation, and their short - term and long - term therapeutic effects were investigated and compared, and the relation between the clinical therapeutic effects of the two application therapies and classification of TCM syndrome differentiation was further analysed. Results show that the total effective rate of the short -term of drug application based on syndrome differentiation is higher than that of medicinal vesiculation, and the clinical thertapeutic effect is closely related to classification of syndrome differentiation, the therapeutic effect of the short -term is the highest for lung -heat type and the worst for Yang-deficiency of kidney.
2.Effect of Biyanqing Granule on Proliferation and Radiosensitivity of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma CNE-2 Cells in vitro

Objective:To explore the proliferation inhibition and radiosensitization of Biyanqing granule on nasopharyngeal carci -noma cell line CNE-2 in vitro.Methods:CNE-2 cells were cultured in vitro.The inhibition of Biyanqing granule on the proliferation of CNE-2 cell was evaluated by MTT assay .Radiosensitization was explored by clone formation assay , and cell cycle and apopotosis were observed by flow cytometry ( FCM) .Results:Biyanqing granule could inhibit the proliferation of CNE-2 in a time-and dose-dependent manner.The IC50 in 24, 48 and 72 h was 70.79, 60.13 and 51.63 mg· ml-1(calculated according to the weight of all medicinal ma-terial), respectively.The colony formation assay showed that Biyanqing granule combined with radiation could significantly reduce the colony formation of CNE-2 cells.With the concentration increase of the main drug , the colony formation of CNE-2 cells was reduced . The number of colony formation in the negative control group , the radiation group , 10 mg· ml-1 and 20 mg· ml-1 Biyanqing combined with radiation groups (calculated according to the weight of all medicinal material ) was significant different (P<0.05).With the main drug concentration increasing , the percentage of G 2/M phase and apoptotic cells were both increased , and compared with the con-trol group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Biyanqing granule can not only inhibit CNE-2 cells but also block CNE-2 cells in G2/M to improve the radiosensitization of CNE-2 cells.
4.Application of mini-laparoscopy in the diagnosis and management of nonpalpable undescended testis in children

Objective To explore the application of mini-laparoscopy in the diagnosis and management of nonpalpable undescended testis in children.Methods 38 cases of impalpabal testes(46 testicular) had been operated by mini-laparoscopy in children with cryptorchidism.Results 38 children with nonpalpable undescended testis (46 testicular) had been operated by mini-laparoscope.Results After laparoscopic exploration,inguinal probe and postoperative pathology,it had been confirmed that 2 testicular were absent,34 testicular were found in high inguinal location,10 testicular were located in intraperitoneal cavity.In addition to the absent testicular,the rest had been performed with mini-laparoscope:one period descent fixation 41 testes,Fowler-Stephens (F-S) installment orchiopexy three testes.Follow-up with side testicular atrophy 2,including one period orchiopexy a testis,F-S installment fixation a testicular; Testicular rebound 1,who had been operated with one phase of testicular descent fixtion.Conclusion For inguinal failed to find the testicular,children with cryptorchidism should be done by laparoscopy because of its positioning accuracy,and most children can do a period drop fixed,but for those really intraperitoneal more exalted person,stage surgery should be needed.Its overall treatment effect is satisfactory and is worth popularizing.
5.Comparability of sensory retinal thickness measured by different OCTs to histological studies in rabbit eyes

Objective To study correlation of the retinal nerve epithelium layer thickness measured with different optical coher-ence tomography (OCT) in vivo with histological measurement. Design Experimental study. Participants 15 rabbit eyes. Methods The retina measurement position of 15 rabbit eyes were marked by laser, and then were scanned by OSE-1800 OCT and Stratus OCT. Reti-nal nerve epithelium layer thickness was measured in retinal histological shdes of rabbit eyes. The results measured with three methods were compared and linear regression analyses were done with SPSS11.5 software. Results The average retinal nerve epithelium layer thickness measured with OSE-1800 OCT, Stratus OCT and histological method were 119.5±7.4, 118.0±5.6, and 116.3±8.8μm respec-tively(P=0.292). Retinal nerve epithelium layer thickness measured with both OCT instruments had the best correlation (r=0.914, P= 0.000), and the thickness measured with Stratus OCT and histological method had the better correlation (r=0.872, P=0.001), and the thickness measured with OSE-1800 OCT and histological method had the significant correlation (r=0.833, P=0.002). Conclusions The retinal nerve epithelium layer thickness measured with different OCTs in vivo correlate well with histomorphometry, and the measure-ment of both OCT instruments are accurate. 6.Medial umbilical ligament in the prevention of recurrence of indirect inguinal hernia with large sac by laparoscopic treatment in children

Objective To study medial umbilical ligament in the prevention of recurrence of indirect inguinal hernia with large sac by laparoscopic treatment in children.Methods The clinical data of 178 cases of indirect inguihal hernia with large sacs in children were retrospectively analyzed.After high suture ligation of the internal ring with pediatric laparoscopy,all of the internal tings were covered with the same side of medial umbilical ligament to further strengthen.Results All cases were discharged from hospital 1~2 days after surgery.No recurrence and no any other complications could be found after following up 3~18 months.Conclusion Pediatric laparoscopic application of medial umbilical ligament to further cover the internal ring could significantly reduce the rate of recurrence for indirect inguinal hernia with large sac.This method of operation waft safe and feasible.It Was worth promoting.

8.Effect of acute hypervolemic hemodilution on myocardial damage in severely burned rabbits

Objective To evaluate the effect of acute hypervolemic hemodilution (AHH) on myocardial damage in severely burned rabbits.Methods Eighteen healthy adult rabbits,weighing 2.0-2.5 kg,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =6 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),burn group (B group) and AHH group.Rabbits were subjected to 3rd degree burn covering 40% of the total body surface area.After the model was established,6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 was infused intravenously,and the target Hct was 25% in AHH group.Before AHH (To) and at 2,4 and 8 h after AHH (T1-3),left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP),+dp/dtmax and-dp/dtmax were recorded,and blood samples from femoral veins were taken to determine the concentration of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) by ELISA.The rabbits were sacrificed at T3,and myocardial specimens were removed for microscopic examination of pathological changes with light microscope.Results Compared with group C,the serum cTnI concentration and LVEDP were significantly increased,LVSP and +dp/dtmaxwere decreased at T1-3 in B and AHH groups,and-dp/dtmax at T1-3 in group B and-dp/dtmax at T3 in group AHH were decreased.Compared with group B,LVSP,+dp/dtmax and-dp/dtm,x were significantly increased at T1-3,and no significant change was found in serum cTnI concentration and LVEDP in group AHH.There was no significant difference in the pathological changes between group B and group AHH.Conclusion AHH can not aggravate the early myocardial damage in severely burned rabbits.
9.Discussion on Research and Development for Chinese Ethnic Medicine Products

Ethnic medicine is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine and excellent traditional culture. New products of ethnic medicine are important application form to play therapeutic advantages of ethnic medicine, whose research and development should focus on the maintenance of characteristics of ethnic medicine. From the perspective of the research and development of ethnic medicine, this article discussed research ideas in the development of new products of ethnic medicine and put forward that attention should be paid to the experience on using the ethnic medicine, related literature studies, and ethnic medicine resource protection and utilization as well. In addition, this article put forward the research tactics in new products of ethnic medicine, such as medicinal materials, effective parts, active ingredients, the secondary development research and so on, with a purpose of improving the level of researching and developing new products of ethnic medicine.
10.Content Determination of Sinalbin in Sinapis alba Decoction Piece by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of sinalbin in Sinapis alba decoction piece. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Sepax HP-C18 with mobile phase of 50% acetonitrile-water solution(contain-ing 5 mmol/L tetraoctyl ammonium bromide)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 227 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range of sinalbin was 0.010 1-0.202 4 mg/ml(r=0.999 7);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%,recovery was 98.51%-104.62%(RSD=1.90%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for determination of sinalbin in Sinapis alba decoc-tion piece.
