Gene expression profile technology is characterized by high automation, high accuracy and large information volume, which provides a new way for the development of individualized therapies and novel therapeutic targets. Some researches have identified sets of discriminating genes by using gene expression profile technology that can be used for the predietion of response to radiotherapy in human cancers. Some studies also have confirmed the therapeutic tagerts of radiation sensitizer.

Objective:To establish an indirect immunofluorescence assay for detection of serum IgG antibody against HHV-6,and to detected antibodies of HHV-6 in Changchun city.Methods:Cord blood mononuclear cells infected by HHV-6 strain GS were used to prepare cell antigen slide so as to establish an IFA and was used detect the HHV-6 antibody level in serum for Changchun city population.Results:An indirect immunofluorescence assay was established for detection of serum IgG antibody against HHV-6,at the same time the HHV-6 antibody level in serum for Changchun city population have been detected,and positive rate of HHV-6 antibody was 65.2%.Conclusion:A specific IFA has been established successfully for the investigation of HHV-6 infection.

BACKGROUND:The mechanical strength of nerve conduits made by chitosan is poor and easy to col apse, which is not conducive to the nerve regeneration. OBJECTIVE:To explore the feasibility of chitosan/polylactic acid complex in the repair of peripheral nerve defects in rats. METHODS:Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were enrol ed to establish models of unilateral sciatic nerve defects, and then randomly divided into three groups:autologous nerve, silicone catheter and chitosan/polylactic acid complex were used for defect repair in the three groups, respectively. At 12 weeks after operation, appearance of bridged nerves, surface adhesion, formation of neuroma were observed;nerve conduction velocity, action potential amplitude and latent period were determined;hematoxylin-eosin staining was performed to observe the number of regenerated axons and area of regenerated nerves;wet weight of the complete triceps surae was measured. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 12 weeks after repair, the regenerated nerves in the three groups al passed through the 5 mm nerve defect gaps, and neuroma only formed in the silicone catheter group. The diameter of regenerated nerves in the three groups was ranked as fol ows:autologous nerve group>chitosan/polylactic acid group>silicone catheter group (P<0.05). High-density regenerated axons neatly arranged in the autologous nerve and chitosan/polylactic acid groups, and the number of regenerated axons was higher than that in the silicone catheter group (P<0.05). Moreover, the nerve conduction velocity, action potential amplitude and wet weight of the complete triceps surae were significantly higher in the autologous nerve and chitosan/polylactic acid groups than in the silicone catheter group (P<0.05), but the latent period was lower than that in the silicone catheter group (P<0.05). These findings indicate that the chitosan/polylactic acid conduits can promote peripheral nerve regeneration.

And it is a principle of syndrome differentiation and a criterion of treatment. Modern physicians give many descriptions on levels of “Three Yin and Three Yang” syndrome differentiation. There are a lot of different opinions on it, including “Yin and Yang”, ”three steps of Cluster analysis”, “one divided into two” combining with “one divided into three”, and “three steps of recognizing symptom, understanding disease and differentiating syndrome” theories. The author believes “Three Yin and Three Yang”syndrome differentiation consists of three levels:differentiating syndrome principle, differentiating syndrome category and differentiating syndrome type. Strengthening research on levels of syndrome differentiation helps to improve accuracy of syndrome differentiation, guide drug description and enhance clinical efficacy.

AIM: To observe the effects of Cidan Capsule and Shenyi Capsule(ginsenoside Rg_3) with intraarterial therapy for advanced primary liver cancer. The proliferation,progression and metastasis of pancreatic cancer are complicated processes caused by muhiple factors.C-X-C motif ligand 5 (CXCL5) can recognize and bind to C-X-C motif receptor 2 (CXCR2),and activate or regulate the expression of signaling pathway by autocrine or paracrine pathway in cells.CXCL5/CXCR2 biological axis plays important roles in proliferation,adhesion,progression,metastasis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer,and is also associated with the angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis of pancreatic cancer.So,direct or indirect regulation of CXCL5/CXCR2 expression in pancreatic cancer can be effective for target therapy of pancreatic cancer.

Objective:To find out the applied value of Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase(GAD)-Ab in diagnosis,classification nad forecast in diabetesy.Methods:GAD-Ab in serum of 45 patients with type Ⅰ diabetes mellitus was measured by ELISA method,compared with 25 patients in type Ⅱ diabetes and 60 normal persons as control groups.Results:The positive rate of GAD-Ab in type Ⅰ diabetics.On the contrary,there is no positive patients in normal persons.Conclusion:There is applied value of GAD-Ab in diagnosis,classification and was 76 64%(33/43),have significantly difference compared with type Ⅱ diabetics prospection on diabetes.

Heroin,methamphetamine and cocaine are the most abused drugs used by drug abusers,which can increase the opportunities of HIV infection.Drugs acting on the corresponding receptors activate the downstream signaling pathway and regulate the expression of DC-SIGN on the surface of DCs,weakening the inhibited effects of immune cells on HIV and promoting HIV infection in many aspects.Given the multiplex effects of drugs on immune function,this article reviews the relationship between abused drugs,DCs and HIV infection,particularly in the signal pathway on immune modulation.
