Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(36):2816-2819
With the deepening of professional nursing, refinement will be the development trends of nursing in the future. This thesis proceeds from the angle of ethical relations, focus on the special characteristics and specific social relations of clients with gynecological tumor diseases on the basis of ethics of Chinese traditional culture and Maslow′s theory. This thesis digs deeper into intrinsic ethical relations from gynecology clinical nursing to seek the key to solving gynecology tumor patients′ humanistic care, position accurately to determine the perspective of health care providers, deepen the connotation of humanistic care.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(30):9-11
Objective To analyze the characteristics of patients involved in identification error events, try to recognize patients group who had high risk of being wrongly identified. Methods 68 patient identification error events in 64 hospitals in Liaoning province from 2007 to 2011 were investigated. The results were analyzed from four aspects, which were education, age, consciousness and sensory disability state of patients. Results 68 identification error events were investigated.Among these events, patients who graduated from middle school or less constituted 79.41% ;patients older than 60 years old constituted 55.88%;patients with hearing and speaking inability constituted 41.18%;patients without clear consciousness constitutes 14.70% Conclusions Patients who graduated from middle school or less, older than 60 years old, with heating and speaking inability constitute the group who has high risk of being wrongly identified.Enhancing the education of patients, promoting the use of wrist band, and decreasing the dependence on hearing and speaking ability during identification process constitute the main reformation aspect of new patient identification rules.

4.Estimation of parameters in stratified cluster sampling on randomized response technique for sensitive question survey
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
Objective:To explore a scientific, complicated sampling method and corresponding formulas for sensitive question survey. Methods:Cochran W.G.'s classic sampling theories, two randomized response technique(RRT) models, total probability formulas, and properties of mean and variance were used in this study. Results:Formulas for the estimation of the population proportion and its variance for dichotomous sensitive questions on Greenberg model in cluster sampling and stratified cluster sampling were deduced.Formulas for the estimation of the population mean and its variance for quantitative sensitive question on the additive constant model in cluster sampling and stratified cluster sampling were deduced. Our survey methods and formulas were successfully applied in surveying the pre-marriage sex and cheating in examination in Soochow University. Conclusion:Our survey methods and formulas on two RRT models for sensitive question survey in cluster sampling and stratified cluster sampling have high reliablility.

10 mm) treated by CBA or BA were retrospectively analyzed. CBA was used in 74 patients and BA in 43 patients. Results Initial success (residual restenosis ≤30% with no major complications) was achieved in 99% of cases in CBA group and 100% in cases of BA group. Follow-up angiography was performed in all patients at (5.8?1.6) months. The diameter stenosis percent after CBA was lower and the instant gain after CBA was larger than that after BA (11.81%?9.17% versus 26.33%?10.04% and 1.96?0.51 mm versus 1.51? 0.54 mm, respectively; P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To explore the effects of oxidative stress in porcine iliac endothelial cells(PIECs) induced by high glucose. Methods After being intervened by high glucose for some time, dihydroethidium (DHE) or dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR123) was used as a reactive oxygen species(ROS) capture. The mean fluorescent intensity(MFI) of above probes which were the products of intracellular oxidation was detected by fluorescent microscopy and flow cytometry, and the level of ROS was thus measured. With lucigenin as chemiluminescence agent, luminescence changes were detected by chemiluminescence analyzer after addition of NADPH to observe the effect of high glucose on activity of NADPH oxidase(NOX). Results Intracellular MFI was markedly elevated with the concentration of high glucose and time of exposure to high glucose. It was revealed by flow cytometry that the NOX activity was significantly activated compared with normal medium treated PIECs(P

Internct has provided abundant resources for teaching, but it also brings two challenges, information overload and knowledge fragmentation.Under the environment of Internct, only by efficient course designs, can teachers deal with these two new challenges, and attract students' attentions and motivate their learning interests.Among teaching designs, the design of teaching ‘opening speech’ is quite important.During the course construction of Epidemiology in China Medical University, design strategies on opening speech were explored;the principles of opening speech design were determined. And the opening speeches were designed and cumulated for the teaching modules of Epidemiology.Furthermore, the skills of opening speech design were summarized.

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on pulmonary infection after acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with pulmonary infection after acute cerebral infarction were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 35 cases each. The control group received routine medication and the treatment group, acupuncture in addition. Pre-treatment and post-treatment National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores and clinical pulmonary infection scores (CPIS) were compared between the two groups. The correlation between the NIHSS score and the CPIS score was observed. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the NIHSS score and the CPIS score in the two groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the NIHSS score and the CPIS score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). The correlation between the NIHSS score and the CPIS score was low in the treatment group after treatment (r=0.417,P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture plus medication is an effective way to treat pulmonary infection after acute cerebral infarction. It can improve the NIHSS score and the CPIS score in the patients.

Objective:To investigate the expression of activin A in paraventricular nucleus (PVN)of the WKY rats and its influence in arterial blood pressure, and to clarify the mechanism of activin A in the regulation of arterial blood pressure by PVN.Methods:The WKY rats were selected. The expressions of activin A,ActRⅡA,ActRⅡB,and Smads mRNA in PVN of the WKY rats were measured by RT-PCR.The expression of ActRⅡA protein in PVN was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The microinjection of exogenous activin A into PVN was used to observe the changes of arterial blood pressure. The primary cultured PVN neurons from the WKY rats were divided into control group and activin A group. The mRNA expression levels of ActRⅡA,ActRⅡB,and Smads in the PVN neurons were analyzed by RT-PCR.Results:Activin A,ActRⅡA,ActRⅡB,Smad2 and Smad3 mRNA were expressed in PVN of the WKY rats. The ActRⅡ A protein expression in PVN was further confirmed by immunohistochemical staining. After microinjection of activin A or angiotensin Ⅱ (AgⅡ)into PVN,the mean arterial blood pressure was increased obviously compared with before treatment (P <0.05).Moreover,compared with control group, the expression levels of ActRⅡA and Smad3 mRNA in primary cultured PVN neurons of the rats in vitro were significantly increased (P <0.05).Conclusion:Activin A can regulate the arterial blood pressure in PVN in an autocrine or paracrine manner, which is related to ActRⅡA-Smad3 signal pathway.
