1.Mental health care and health education of perimenopausal syndrome
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Menopause is inevitable physiological process of women in the process,per-imenopause syndrome is a common physical and mental diseases in middle-aged women. However, most of the middle-aged women lack health knowledge and are prone to depression, anxiety, paranoia, and other psychological problems. This has seriously affected daily lives and work. Nurses should give perimenopausal syndrome patients mental health different care and education.
2.Value of microRNA-21 in diagnose of early gastric cancer
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2015;(11):827-829
Objective To explore the diagnosis value of expression level of peripheral blood microRNA-21 in early gastric cancer patients. Methods In 52 patients with Tis gastric cancer and 40 healthy subjects, expression levels of microRNA-21 in peripheral blood were quantitatively detected by real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR),and diagnostic value of expression level of microRNA-21 in peripheral blood were evaluated by receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. Results Relative quantity expression level of microRNA-21 in peripheral blood in gastric cancer group and healthy subjects group were 2.286±0.592 and 1.318±0.357, and there was statistical significance (U=136.500, P=0.000). ROC curve analysis showed that ROC curve area of expression level of microRNA-21 in peripheral blood in diagnosing gastric cancer was 0.934(95%CI 0.887-0.982, P=0.000), and the best diagnostic boundary point value was 1.912. The sensitivity of expression level of microRNA-21 in peripheral blood in diagnosing gastric cancer was 86.5%, and the specificity was 95.0%. Conclusion Expression level of microRNA-21 in peripheral blood has important diagnostic value in early gastric cancer.

0.05).Conclusions New criteria of plasma lipid values in 2 to 6 years old children in Beijing are established by our investigation.Criterion of borderline and high of TC and LDL-C levels are settled.Cut-off of hypertriglyceridemia and hypo-high density lipoprotein cholesterolemia are also established.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(02):-
Objective To study the incidence of malignant tumors in renal allografts and explore the mechanism of increased incidence. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 1 120 renal allografts under at least 0.5 year immunosuppression from 1978~2000. Results 47 cases of malignant tumors were found in 1 120 cases undergoing renal transplantation with the incidence being 4.2?%. 40 cases had intact medical history and 34 cases were demonstrated pathologically. Most patients accepted operations, additional therapies including chemical or radiological and immunological therapies. 25 cases survived and the longest survived time was 4.5 years. Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumors in renal allografts was higher than normal persons. Besides the outcome of immunosuppression, the effects of transplantation itself, such as oncogene chimera, transition of carcinogenic virus and so on, can not be neglected.

[Objective]To explore LIU Wansu's methods in treating fire and heat disease from depression of yang qi.[Methods]To analyse LIU Wansu's understanding of fire and heat disease and highlight its treatment from depression of yang qi through reading his works like Exploration to Pathogenesis in Plain Questions,Yellow Emperor's Plain Questions on Xuanminglun Formulae and so on.[Results]LIU Wansu had profound medical knowledge, rich clinical experience and initiative spirit.Under the guidance of nineteen items of pathogenesis from Huangdi's Canon of Medicine,he expanded fire and heat disease and put up six exogenous pathogenic factors can transfer to fire theory. To be specific, excessive wind, cold, dampness and dryness would block Xuan Fu and depress yang qi,causing fire and heat disease. He regardeddepression of yang qi as a key link in six exogenous pathogenic factors' transferring to fire and put up cooling combined with ventilating method to dissipate depressed yang qi,including relieving exterior syndrome with pungent-cool drugs, clearing depressed heat, relieving exterior and interior syndrome, eliminating dampness and relieving depression as well as combination of cold and warm drugs.[Conclusion]LIU Wansu treated fire and heat disease from depression of yang qi,providing new methods in treating fire and heat disease for later generations as well as guiding significance in current clinical work.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):850-853
Objective: To explore the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus (OLP) by examining the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-la and RTP801 in OLP. Methods: To determine the expression levels of HIF-la and RTP801 in 24 OLP tissues and 12 normal oral mucosa tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results; The expression of HIF-1α in OLP was higher than that in normal oral mucosa(P <0.05), while the expression of RTP801 in OLP was lower than that in normal oral mucosa( P <0.05). Conclusion; The abnormal expressions of HIF-la and RTP801 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus. HIF-1α might be a potential molecular target for the treatment of OLP.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3DCRT) in combination with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for stage Ⅱ primary liver cancer. Methods Eighty-one patients were retrospectively analyzed, including 36 received 3DCRT combined with TACE (Group A) and 45 received TACE alone (Group B). The short-term therapeutic effects and 1-, 2-, 3-year survival rates, average survival time of the dead patients, and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The follow-up rate was 100%. The numbers of patients finished 1-, 2- and 3-year follow-up were 55,19 and 6,respectively. The reponse rates were 72% in group A, and 60% in group B, which were not significant different (χ~2= 1.32, P > 0.05). The 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rates of the dead patients were 83%, 63% and 25% in group A and 75%, 37% and 8% in group B. The corresponding average survival time was 21 months and 16 months, respectively. The differences of 2- and 3-year survival rates were significant between group A and B. (χ~2= 4.87, P < 0. 05 ). The incidence and se-verity of side effects did not differ significantly between the two groups. Conclusions In patients with stage Ⅱ primary liver cancer, 3DCRT combined with TACE, being more effective than TACE alone, can prolong the long-term survival without increasing the toxicities.
