Isolated fallopian tube torsion is an uncommon diagnosis. It is particularly rare in the paediatric and post-menopausal age groups. It lacks pathognomonic symptoms, signs and imaging findings, yet each of these diagnostic steps plays a crucial role in early diagnosis. We describe two cases of isolated fallopian tube torsion in prepubertal females.

Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube are very rare and account for approximately 0.1-1.0% of all gynecologic malignancies. The risk of managing a fallofian tube carcinoma during laparoscopic surgery is an extremely rare situation, We have experienced a case of unsuspected primary tubal carcinoma during operative laparoscopy and so report with the brief review of the literature

This case of primary fallopian tube adenocaricinoma was confirmed postoperatively on the basis of the pathologic examination of resected specimen. Isolated torsion of the fallopian tube is an uncommon event. It is a difficult condition to evaluate clinically before exploration. But once happened, promt surgical intervention may allow for preservation of the tube.
