1.Progress in the national talent training program for inheritance of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine technology

To alleviate the shortage of excellent talents of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has decided to cultivate a group of talents with strong theoretical foundation, rich practical experience and exquisite skills who would like to devote themselves to TCM technology research. The national talent training program for inheritance of characteristic TCM technology is a major breakthrough in the history of new China in the cultivation of high-level TCM technology talents. A retrospective analysis was performed on the national talent training program for inheritance of characteristic TCM technology hold in training bases from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Heilongjiang Province, Yunnan Province, Sichuan Province, Shaanxi Province and Fujian Province. Based on the completion assessment work of 2014 and 2015 national talent training program for inheritance of characteristic TCM technology, and after knowledge exchange and discussion with the training subjects from 30 provinces and some teaching experts in the field of characteristic TCM technology, this paper summarizes the work of the national talent training program for inheritance of characteristic TCM technology. After trained in bases in China, training subjects' theoretical knowledge and practical skills as well as their comprehensive capacity have been greatly promoted. At the same time, there are also some problems and shortages. For example, characteristic TCM technology in some training bases is not prominent enough, some characteristic TCM technologies are not well inherited, and the affiliations of some training subjects do not pay enough attention to it. All of these problems should be solved and improved in future work.
2.Detecting Ketamine analogues in hair samples by QTRAP LC-MS/MS

Objective To develop a method for the determination of ketamine analogues in hair samples by liquid chromatography quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometry(QTRAP LC-MS/MS).Methods 20 mg of washed and dried hair was added to 1 mL extracting solution and then prepared using an ultrasonic extraction with frozen pulverization method.After centrifugation and purification with membrane,the supernatant was separated in a ACQUITY UPLC? HSS T3 column with gradient elution,finally tested with multiple reaction monitoring for the detection of 10 ketamine analogues.The above method was applied for quantitative analysis of ethylfluamine,F-norketamine and tiletamine in 20 positive samples.Results When the concentration ranged from 0.01 to 2.00 ng/mg,there was good linearity for 10 ketamine analogues with the correlation coefficients over 0.99.The recoveries ranged from 89.1%to 106.1%,and the matrix effects were between 88.3%and 106.0%.Among the 20 positive samples,the contents of ethylfluamine,F-norketamine and tiletamine in hair ranged between 0.02~8.35 ng/mg,0.01~0.94 ng/mg and 0.02~10.93 ng/mg,respectively.Their mean values were 1.59 ng/mg,0.28 ng/mg and 2.69 ng/mg.Their medians were 0.40 ng/mg,0.19 ng/mg and 2.11 ng/mg.Conclusion The established method was simple,efficient,reliable and suitable for the determination of ketamine analogues in hair.The data provided reference for the drug control and forensic science practice.
3. Temporal and cheek face lift combined with fat grafting in facial rejuvenation

Objective:
To observe the safety and efficiency of face-lift combined with fat grafting in facial rejuvenation.
Methods:
We performed a retrospective study, which included 23 patients. SMAS suspension and multi-site suspension were combined to correct the nasolabial fold, mid-cheek aging and malar mounds. Structural fat grafting was performed to treat the volume loss in mid-face.
Results:
All patients demonstrated a significant improvement in midfacial appearance. No infection or nerve injury were found in this study. Only three patients did not get primary healing in temple region, which led to temporal hair loss from secondary healing.
Conclusions
This study demonstrates that fat grafting and multiple layers face-lift are efficient method for facial rejuvenation. These approaches appear to be very promising for facial anti-aging techniques.
4.Clinical application of microfat in improving neck wrinkles and its biological characteristics

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of microfat on neck wrinkles and its structure and viability.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted to review the clinical data of 23 patients with neck wrinkles corrected by microfat injection from June 2018 to June 2021 at the Body Contouring and Fat Grafting Center, Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, aged (38.1±10.7) years old. A blunt cannula with multiple side holes of 0.8 mm was used to obtain fat particles under low negative pressure and to prepare the microfat by washing and soft centrifugation. A 26-gauge sharp needle was used to inject microfat with small amount and at multiple points into the intradermal and subdermal layer where the neck lines were linearly depressed. Regular follow-ups were carried out after the operation, and the efficacy of the operation was evaluated from routine neck examinations, third-party doctor′s grade scoring and patient′s scoring towards satisfaction. To clarify the structure and viability of microfat, scanning electron microscope was used to observe the structure of fat particles, Calcein-AM/propidium iodide (Calcein-AM/PI) staining to detect tissue viability and Musecell counting to count SVF cells.Results:All of the 23 patients successfully completed the operation without complications such as infection and fat liquefaction. After a follow-up of 3 to 30 months, the neck wrinkles were effectively improved. The postoperative grade scores of third-party doctor was significantly reduced ( P<0.05). And the satisfaction of patients was high, with 20 cases (87.0%) satisfied. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the fat granule cells were tightly arranged and the structure remained intact. Calcein-AM/PI staining showed that most cells in the granules survived. The number of viable SVF cells in fat particles was (9.34±2.68)×10 5/ml. Conclusions:Microfat is easy to obtain with high tissue activity, which is suitable for neck wrinkle filling. Good effects can be achieved with high patients′ satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
5. Application of autologous fat grafting for facial contouring and rejuvenation—a report of 450 cases

Objective:
Report the experience of autologous fat grafting forfacial contouring and rejuvenation patients.
Methods:
Retrospective analysis the treatment of 450 facial contouring and rejuvenation patients with global optimization autologous fat grafting in Plastic Surgery Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from January 2011 to December 2017. Using low negative pressure liposuction technical and blunt cannula (diameter 2.5 mm and 2.0 mm), different fat particle was harvested and concentrated by a cotton pad. The one-hole blunt cannula was used for fat grafting with multi tunnel and multi-point and two layer(deep and superficial)injection ways, regularly following up and taking picture for imaging evaluation.
Results:
All patients were successfully performed with fat grafting. Grafted fat volume was 15-65 ml. There were 132 cases of local skin bruising after operation, which gradually subsided about 2 weeks, no severe complications occurred. 450 patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Facial contour and skin texture were improved without subcutaneous nodules and irregularity. The outcome of all patients were satisfactory. Of a total of 450 patients, 319 (70.89%) were evaluated as very good result, 94 (20.89%) as good result, and 37(8.22%) asregular result.
Conclusions
Optimization autologous fat grafting can improve the facial contouring and rejuvenation with little complications and satisfactory results.
