1.Hospital Infection Management in 32 Grass-roots Hospitals:Problems and Countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the hospital infection in 32 hospitals throughout the county,in order to reduce hospital infection. METHODS According to new Hospital infection administration regulations and medical service hospital infection control quality evaluation requirements,we had investigated and analyzed and guidanced to improve the hospital infection management in 32 hospitals of the county for a two-years. RESULTS The monitoring, surveillance and management of hospital infection in grass-roots hospitals as a quality evaluation index of hospital medical service still had many problems,After two years,it had been more improved the quality in the field of administration management, sterilization and disinfection, surveillance and sevage treatment. CONCLUSIONS According to Hospital infection administration regultions it is important to strengthen the hospital infection management for guaranteeing the grass-roots hospital medical service quality and medical care safety.
2.Causes and treatment of gastrointestinal complications following anterior approach to thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1993;0(06):-
Objective To explore the causes and treatment of gastrointestinal complications after anterior approach for thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 153 cases with thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation undergone anterior approach from Jan- uary 1999 to October 2003.Postoperative gastrointestinal complication was seen in 15 cases including sev- en with dynamic intestinal obstructions, three with stress ulcer, three with intestinal bacteria imbalance, one with tuberculosis peritonitis resulted from dissemination of primary tuberculosis, and one with acute relapse of chronic appendicitis. Results All patients were effectively cured by using corresponding methods in regard of different causes.Conclusions(1)Gastrointestinal complications following ante- rior approach for thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation are mainly resulted from following causes,ie,se- rious primary trauma, primary gastrointestinal vegetative nerve injury or that caused by surgical operation, intraoperative contusions of abdominal viscera, postoperative retroperitoneal hematoma, acute lesion of gastric mucous membrane as well as imbalance of intestinal flora.(2)Correct treatment of primary trau- ma,meticulous operation, reasonable utility of antibiotics and appropriate management can effectively prevent and control gastrointestinal complications.
3.Research on the Stress Resistance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Industrial Strains for Molasses
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
The stress resistance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae industrial strains for molasses to high-concentration ethanol, high temperature, high osmotic pressure, furfural toxicity, phenol toxicity, acetic acid toxicity and G418 toxicity were analyzed by the spot dilution growth assays in this paper. The results showed that the stress resistances among these industrial strains were obviously different. The strains AS2.1189 and AS2.1190 are more resistant to the tested stress factors than any others .The strain 396 is the most resistant to the acetic acid toxicity and G418 toxicity, and the strain 2610 is the most resistant to the high temperature.

To clarify the origin and development of the traditional Chinese medicine "Duhuo" and "Qianghuo" with medicinal literatures. Medical literatures of past dynasties were analysed and combined with the modern material. The "Duhuo" in Herbal writing Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing include traditional Chinese medicine "Duhuo" and "Qianghuo", "Qianghuo" was separated from "Duhuo" due to the distinguish of clinical application. The origin of "Qianghuo" is Notopterygium incisum and N. forbesii, However, The origin of "Duhuo" is very complex, Angelica pubescens f. biserrata as authentic "Duhuo" was used from Song Dynasty. "Qianghuo" was originated from "Duhuo".

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(4):53-59
Objective:To analyze the mechanism on integration of health care services at the county and town-ship level from the perspective of stakeholder theory. Methods: The stakeholder interest demand was determined by word frequency analysis of interview data from stakeholders in the three regions of Qianjiang, Huangpi, and Zhen-jiang;the degree of attention and gains and losses of stakeholders towards various demands was investigated from the three regions through interest demand questionnaires;the impact of demand benefits on behavioral responses has been evaluated through comprehensive evaluation theory and game theory. Results:Regional integration policies reflect the interest demands of stakeholders in varying degrees; the higher were the scores of demand benefits in interest de-mands questionnaires, the stronger was the willingness of stakeholders to coordinate integration policies. Conclusion:The policies of integration of health care services in rural China should consider all stakeholder interest demands;the better the interest demands of the stakeholders are satisfied, the stronger their motivation for integration reform will be, which may affect the implementation effects of local integration reforms to some extent.

Objective To explore the expression of PRR11(Proline-rich protein 11) in human osteosarcoma and investigate the effect of PRR11 on the proliferation of human osteosarcoma cells. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the PRR11 expression in 75 cases of osteosarcoma and corresponding normal tissues.Western blotting was used to examine PRR11 protein expression levels in osteosarcoma cell lines. We used siRNA to knock down the expression of PRR11 and tested the effects of PRR11 down-regulation on the proliferation in SaOS2 cells. Results PRR11 was overexpressed in osteosarcoma specimens compared to their paired normal tissues, the over expression rate of PRR11 in osteosarcoma and corresponding paracancerous tissues were 76%(57/75) and 9.33%(7/75) with statistical difference(P<0.05).The high expression of PRR11 was correlated with tumor pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).PRR11 was expressed in 4 osteosarcoma cell lines which were SaOS2,143B,U2OS and MG63 respectively, the expression was highest in SaOS2 cells.Silencing PRR11 inhibited cell growth as compared with control cells(P<0.05).Conclusion PRR11 is overexpression in human osteosarcoma and promotes its progression by enhancing proliferation. The increased expression of PRR11 in osteosarcoma is a new target for treatment and early diagnosis of human osteosarcoma patients.
