To explore the relationship between eosinophilic hyperplasia lymphogranuloma (ELG) and nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods 3 cases of ELG associated with NS were collected. The specimen of ELG and renal biopsy were confinned by pathological method, and clinical characteristic, therapeutic course and follow up were summarized. Results Two cases were ELG associated with minimal changes disease (MCD), another was early membranous nephropathy (MN) . ELG and NS were cured by prednisone therapy. Conclusion About 12% of ELG may be associated NS. The pathogenesis of ELG, MCD and MN are similar, and curative effect occured by same therapy. Suggesting that, they are identical allergic disease caused by one pathogeny.

By analyzing and summarizing the previous research results regarding acupuncture for insomnia, factors influencing the efficacy of acupuncture on insomnia were discussed, and a summary was made from aspects of age, gender, duration of insomnia, use of medication, types of syndrome differentiation, acupoint selection, acupoint combination, acupuncture timing, etc. With respect to the influencing factors, precautions during the clinical syndrome differentiation were briefly reviewed, and the treatment plan of acupuncture for insomnia was optimized, which could provide new methods and thoughts for clinical and scientific research regarding acupuncture for insomnia.

Objective To investigate the influence of high-voltage electrical burn on the throm-bomodulin (TM), protein C (PC), protein S (PS) and D-Dimer (D-D) in SD rats. Methods One hundred and twenty healthy SD rats were divided into the fake high-voltage electrical burn groups (FHEB), high-voltage electrical burn groups (HEB) according to the random number table, with 60 rats in each group. Ten rats were taken from each group at 15 minutes before injury. Plasma were collected from heart blood. Fifty SD rats of HEB group with voltage regulator and experimental transformer. The remaining fifty SD rats of FHEB group were sham injured with the same devices without electric current. At 5 minutes and 1, 2, 4, 8 hour (s) post injury, 10 rats of every group were randomly chosen at each time point for observation of the concentrations of TM, PC, PS and D-D. Plasma were collected from heart blood. Data were processed with analysis of variance of factorial design and LSD test. Results Compared with the FHEB group, the concentration of TM from 5 minutes to 8 hours post injury in HEB group was higher significantly (P < 0.05). Exception of the concentrations of PC and PS at 15 minutes before injury, the concentrations of PC and PS were lower than those of FHEB group (P < 0.05). The concentration of D-D in HEB group peaked at 8 hours post injury in (173.05 ± 4.08) ng/mL. Conclusion High-voltage electrical burn at early stage can increase the concentrations of TM, D-D, as well as decrease the concentrations of PC and PS, which are not only causing the vascular endothelium damage but also possessing serious effect on the thromboplastin function of SD rats.

Objective To discuss the efficacy of the flexible ureteroscopy combined with Holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney calculi with HIV positive patients. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016,47 cases of patients with renal calculi were treated by the flexible ureteroscopy combined with Holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital. There were 29 cases male,18 cases female, aged from 22 to 56 years old, average 39 years. There were 38 cases with single stone,9 cases with multiple stones. There were 9 cases with stones on both sides.Flexible ureteroscopy channel sheath was used in surgery.Stones were fragmented by Holmium laser.During one-month follow-up after surgery, stone removal and stone free rate were recorded.Residual stones were re-treated with a secondary lithotripsy or ESWL.Results The flexible ureteroscopy channel sheath was indwelled successfully in all the cases. All stones were detected. The average operation time was 63min (range,42-141min) and the median postoperative stay was 4.5days (range,2-16 d).Among the 47 patients,41 patients underwent first-stage lithotripsy,6 patients underwent second-stage ESWL after lithotripsy, and 1 patient underwent third-stage lithotripsy. The one-month stone free rate was 87.2% (41/47).The total stone free rate was 97.9% (46/47) after second-stage lithotripsy.Postoperative fever occurred in 4 cases after lithotripsy. No blood transfusion, systemic infection, ureteral perforation,or ureteral avulsion occurred. The total complication rate was 8.5% (4/47).The mean number of CD4 +T lymphocytes before lithotripsy was 402/μl,and was 410/μl 3 days after lithotripsy. There was no Statistical differences between them. Conclusions Flexible ureteroscopy combined Holmium laserlithotripsy could be a safe and effective treatment for kidney calculi patients with HIV/AIDS positive.
