Due to the high technology and the complexity of medical equipment, as well as to the safety and effectiveness, it determines the high requirements of the medical equipment maintenance work. This paper introduces some basic methods of medical instrument maintenance, including fault tree analysis, node method and exclusive method which are the three important methods in the medical equipment maintenance, through using these three methods for the instruments that have circuit drawings, hardware breakdown maintenance can be done easily. And this paper introduces the processing methods of some special fault conditions, in order to reduce little detours in meeting the same problems. Learning is very important for stuff just engaged in this area.

3.The application of ISO 9000 quality control system in the medical equipment management.

OBJECTIVEIn order to improve the quality of medical treatment, and to make standardized, scientific and systematic medical equipment management.
METHODSAccording to ISO9000 standard quality management system and the actual situation in the hospital, designed three sets of procedural documentation "medical equipment repair and maintenance procedures", "Control procedures for the purchase of equipment" and "Control procedures for surveillance and measuring devices" and improved management quality system of Medical equipment. Elements of system were under control.
RESULTSThe implementation of ISO9000 series standard standardizes the management of hospital medical equipment and improved management of medical equipment.
CONCLUSIONSThe management and improvement ensures the medical equipment safe, accurate and effective, improves the effectiveness of medical equipment for the hospital to create a higher interest.

4.Reliability Analysis of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Equipment Based on Non-homogeneous Poisson Process.

In order to evaluate the quality of different brands of magnetic resonance imaging system, optimize the quality of equipment repair and maintenance, and ensure the quality and safety of the equipment in clinical use. Meanwhile build the reliability evaluation model of magnetic resonance imaging equipment based on the large failure data collected by magnetic resonance repair system. In this paper, using the fault data of a certain brand of magnetic resonance in the past two years, applying the statistical judgment criterion, selecting the appropriate statistical distribution model, and finally fitting the equipment reliability evaluation model based on the non-homogeneous Poisson process, and then obtaining the magnetic resonance imaging equipment. Reliability evaluation indicators such as cumulative fault strength function, magnetic resonance imaging equipment fault density function, and mean time between failures. According to the calculated reliability index, on the one hand, it can evaluate the system reliability quality of a certain brand of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, and then evaluate the quality of different brands of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, on the other hand, it can help hospital equipment managers to carry out operational optimization, maintenance strategy development and safety management of magnetic resonance imaging equipment.

The questionnaire was adopted so as to investigate the attitudes and recognition of the manufacture eneprises of TCM diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation equipment (DTRE) to the technical standards of, relevant products. It was found that the construction of the industrial standard and the national standard was lagged behind on TCM DTRE. Under the new situation, the enterprises are highly willing to participate in the development of the industrial, national and international standards and have a certain of understanding on the standard development. Nearly 80 % of enterprises believed that it was necessary to set up the relevant mirror organization for the development of industrial, national and international standard of TCM DITRE. In the future, the standard construction of TCM DTRE must face to the new situation. The constant increasing of the enterprises. and scientific research organizations in the standard construction must promote the development of TCM DTRE.
