We should explicitly put forward the concept of health quotient(HQ).That is to say,HQ reflection of the health consciousness,health knowledge and health level of individual and residents in a region;also the degree of HQ can be reflection through peoples' having health consciousness,health knowledge,health ability with those should have.The author thinks HQ is very important for people's health;furthermore,some suggestions how to raise HQ was proposed.
