The high-pass filter which is designed to overcome the polarization voltage in the ECG measurements can affect the measurement of the ST-segment; but the accuracy of the ST-segment will have an impact on the diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases. This paper used the ECG detection platform to test the effect of the high-pass filter at different frequency and studied the effect of the high-pass filter on the ST segment to ensure proper use of different application modes.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2009;33(3):176-178
This paper proposes a method of automatic ECG analysis and arrhythmia diagnosis for telemonitoring system. A multi-buffer technique is applied to organize dispersive ECG data. Then, according to second order derivatives of ECG signals, peaks of R waves are automatically detected. Finally, real-time heart rhythm is decided by results of R wave detection. Tests prove that the proposed method is precise, efficient and stable to be applied in real-time ECG telemonitoring system.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;27(3):666-670
The development and application of the portable device for cardiac remote monitoring are introduced in this paper. The portable device can supply real-time heart monitoring to the users out of the hospital The device collects, records, displays and analyzes ECG, and transmits ECG to the hospital through GPRS and Internet. When cardiac arrhythmia or ischemic heart disease is found, the device can give a warning of heart trouble in time. The device is convenient to carry and easy to use. It can be widely used for monitoring heart diseases in patients outside the hospitals.

7.Application of coordinate parallel method in the research on standard lead vector by theoretical inference.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2009;26(2):288-322
The coordinate parallel method was adopted in this study on the double pole lead vector by inference. The standard lead was used as an example, and the theoretical adjustment lead axis was compared with the Burger experiment adjustment lead axis, and with the Einthoven ideal symmetrical lead axis, too. The theoretical adjustment lead axis was noted to be very close to the Burger experiment adjustment lead axis.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;25(5):1044-1047
In this paper, an adaptive notch filter based on QRD-LS algorithm for power line interference in ECG is researched. It can automatically eliminate the power line interference in order to improve the signal-to-interference ratio. Furthermore, QLD-LS algorithm, which is recursive least-squares minimization using systolic arrays, is employed to adjust the weight vector. Compared with the adaptive notch filter based on LMS (least mean square) algorithm, it has good robustness. Simulation examples confirm the results. QRD-LS adaptive notch filter has better performance in comparison with LMS method.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;25(6):1307-1310
In this paper is described a comprehensive system, which can acquire heart sounds and electrocardiogram (ECG) in parallel, synchronize the display; and play of heart sound and make auscultation and check phonocardiogram to tie in. The hardware system with C8051F340 as the core acquires the heart sound and ECG synchronously, and then sends them to indicators, respectively. Heart sounds are displayed and played simultaneously by controlling the moment of writing to indicator and sound output device. In clinical testing, heart sounds can be successfully located with ECG and real-time played.
