1.Designing and delivery of nursing interventions
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(30):2273-2276
Objective To explore the designing and delivery strategies of nursing interventions, in order to improve the design level and delivery effect. Methods We expounded the idea through litera-ture review and the author′s practical experience in research work. Results The adoption and design of nursing intervention were discussed from literature review, theoretical framework, meta- analysis, and expert opinions. Strategies were recommended for effective delivery of nursing intervention, including integrity of in-tervention, compliance of participants, and randomization of grouping. Conclusions The above strategies should be insisted to design and carry out nursing intervention research, in order to make the intervention applicable, standardized and easy to generalize in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Medical Ultrasound (Electronic Edition) 2010;07(12):2025-2030
Objective To investigate the permeability changes of prostate cancer cells membrane under low intensity ultrasound in vitro. Methods The culture of monolayer adherent LNCaP prostate cancer cells in six-well plate was exposed to continuous ultrasound at frequency of 1 MHz.The cells membrane permeability (stained with Calcein)and cells viability(stained with PI)were evaluated by fluorescent microscope (FM) and cells morphological changes were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) under ultrasound with acoustic intensity of 160 mW/cm2 for 5 s.The rate of cells with increased cells membrane permeability as function of acoustic intensity (80 mW/cm2,120 mW/cm2 and 160 mW/cm2,for 5 s) and exposure duration (5 s,10 s and 15 s,acoustic intensity of 120 mW/cm2) was evaluated by flow cytometry.ResultsAfter low intensity of ultrasound, the cells with increased cell membrane permeability could be clearly shown with Calcein uptake under FM while no cell showed Calcein uptake in the control group. The SEM showed less microvilli on the cells after low intensity of ultrasound exposure and few cells showed holes on the cell membrane. The rate of cells with increased membrane permeability increased with acoustic intensity and exposure duration. Conclusion Low intensity ultrasound alone could increase membrane permeability of prostate cancer cells and cells with increased membrane permeability showed surface plane, uncommon holes on the cells membrane. The rate of cells with increased membrane permeability positively correlated with acoustic intensity and exposure duration.

0.1 improved significantly, while the eyesights of the other patients improved slightly or not at all. In the 53 cases of mass diseases,45 cases (84.9 %) required complete removal whereas 8 cases required bulk removal. No cases of sunken eyeball was found. Snuffle was improved in all cases. Most symptoms disappeared and no optic nerve injury resulted after the tumors in the orbital apex were removed. CONCLUSION Selecting the proper operative approach is important to the uncovering of the operative area. The use of navigation systems and endoscope could increase the rate of complete removals, result in fewer injuries of vessels and nerves, and avoid facial incision.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(31):2359-2364
Objective To explore the quality of life and its influencing factors among permanent colostomy patients. Methods Totally 219 permanent colostomy patients were recruited by convenient sampling method from January 2013 to December 2014 and investigated by Stoma Quality of life-Chinese Version, Stoma self-efficacy Scale, Stoma Self-care Scale-general version , and demographic questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The score of Stoma-QoL-C among permanent colostomy patients was (54.86±12.17) points, which showed a dynamic V-type change as time went by. The quality of life of patients with colostomy for 1 to 3 years was especially low (50.46±13.77) points, P<0.01. The influencing factors of quality of life among permanent colostomy patients included self-efficacy, body image change, family members′acceptance of stoma except their spouses and self-care ability, while self-efficacy was the most important influencing factor. Conclusions The enterostomal nurses should pay more attention to the quality of life of the patients who have had colostomy for 1 to 3 years, enhance the patients self-efficacy and self-care ability, and help the patients to accept their body image changes and their family members′acceptance of stoma to improve their quality of life.

Objective To explore life experience in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with the habit of exercise for more than 5 years,to enhance the confidence of participating in the rehabilitation in other patients, to help the medical staff pay more attention to guide the patients with COPD to take up the rehabilitation exercise. Methods The narrative research method in qualitative research was used to analyze the collected data. Results The study found that the coping approach of the contradiction between exercise and dyspnea, the ability to live together with the disease peacefully and the enthusiasm of persuing life were deserved to be learned. Conclusions Full of perseverance and persisted rehabilitation exercise may alleviate the symptoms, reduce the number of acute exacerbation of COPD and improve the quality of life for COPD patients. Medical staff should encourage COPD patients to participate in the rehabilitation in the right time with appropriate methods.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the effects of the HLA-Ⅰ and co-stimulators CD_(80)and CD_(86)on HT-29 cells surface, after heat killed Bifidobacterium and HT-29 cells were mingled culturing for 12 hours. Methods The HLA-Ⅰ and co-stimulators CD_(80)and CD_(86)on HT-29 cells surface were measured by Flow Cytometer. Results Heat killed Bifidobacterium can improve the expressions of HLA-1, CD_(80)and CD_(86)on HT-29 cells significantly, the livability of colon carcinoma cell was more than 90 %. Conclusion Heat killed Bifidobacterium have potential antitumorous features.
