OBJECTIVE To understand the disinfection, use and management of ventilator for the sake of regulation.METHODS By interviewing and on-site survey,we understanded the method and the process of disinfection and found out the using cycle of the ventilator system and the conditions of its management.RESULTS Among 44 ventilators 7 models were found:the management of 18 ventilators was irregular;the other 26 ventilators were disinfected by 2 kind and 4 types disinfect methods.their using cycles were unsure, their processes of disinfection were irregular. The responsibilities for the disinfection were unclear, lacking of monitoring the effect of disinfection and their management was irregular.CONCLUSIONS The disinfection of ventilator using and management must be regulated.

Objective:To evaluate the association of oral lichen planus (OLP) with Candida albicans infection by Meta-analysis,and to provide basis for the antifungal treatment of OLP.Methods:Bibliographic searches were conducted in PubMed,EMBase,Medline,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases from inception to December 30 in 2016.The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria by two reviewers independently, the methodology quality was evaluated after data abstraction, and then the RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0 software were used for Meta-analysis to calculate the crude odd ration (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI).Funnel plot and Egger's methods were used for the evaluation on the publication bias of papers. Results:Thirteen trials were included in this study.Collectively,1 073 OLP patients and 766 controls were available for analysis. The detection rate of Candida albicans in the OLP patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (OR:2.30,95% CI:1.60-3.31,P<0.01).Seven studies of these included literatures were performed on clinical typing of the OLP patients, and the risk of Candida albicans infection in the patients with erosive-atrophic OLP (E-OLP) was significantly increased (OR =10.12,95% CI:4.05-25.28,P<0.01).Conclusion:OLP has a clear association with Candida albicans infection, and this association is particularly significant in the E-OLP patients.

Objective:To explore the application effect of micro-video combined with scenario simulation teaching in the training of orthopedic surgery posture placement for intern nursing students, so as to lay a foundation for improving the operation skills of nursing interns. Methods:A total of 86 nursing students in the operating room of Xijing Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group ( n=42) and the intervention group ( n=44) according to the time of enrollment. The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching and learning method, while the intervention group adopted the micro-video combined with scenario simulation teaching method. The effect of intervention was evaluated by theoretical assessment scores, skill operation assessment scores, medical education environmental scores and two-way teaching satisfaction. Results:The theoretical and technical performance assessment scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05) . In addition, the correct rate of surgical positioning in the intervention group increased, while the time required to complete the positioning was reduced ( P<0.05) . In terms of medical education environment scores, students' perception of learning, students' perception of teachers, students' perception of the environment, and students' social self-perception scores and total scores of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05) . However, there was no statistically significant difference in academic self-perception of students between the two groups ( P>0.05) . At the same time, the two-way teaching satisfaction of nursing students and teachers in the intervention group was improved ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The application of micro-video combined with scenario simulation teaching in the training of orthopedic surgical position placement of intern nursing students can effectively improve the teaching quality.
