Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(1):77-78
Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction surgery for rhinogenous headache. Methods 82 cases of rhinogenous headache were given endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction. Compared VAS scores before and 6 months after treatment, counted the effective rate. Results Among the 82 patients, 69 patients(84. 1%) were cured, 8 cases (9. 8%) were of obvious effect, 5 cases (6. 1%) were invalid, and the total efficiency was 93. 9%. VAS scores of the mucosal contact headache group before treatment were greater than that of the sinus headache group (P<0. 05). Compared with VAS scores before treatment, both of the two groups had lower VAS scores after treatment (P<0. 05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treat-ment (P>0. 05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgical operation can remove the extrusion of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and factors of nasal congestion, and then reconstruct normal anatomical structure of nasal cavity, thus restoring normal function of paranasal sinuses. It has good therapeutic effect on rhinogenic headache.

Objective To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg3 (GS-Rg3) on the hypertrophic scars of rabbit ears and provide experimental foundation for study on its inhibition on the hypertrophic scars. Methods Hypertrophic scars were proved on 24 white rabbits,of which the whole level of the skin was excised for 2 cm?2 cm,4-6 points for each ear, controlled by itself. GS-Rg3 0.1 mL(concentration 3 g?L-1) was injected into experimental group and the same volume of saline solution into control group, once every three days regionally. The scar tissues were collected 2,4 and 6 weeks after the injection respectively, the thickness of the scar, structure under the microscope, and the expressions of PCNA,Bcl-2 and Bax were observed. Results In control group, three weeks after the epithelization of the wound, the thickness of the hypertrophic tissue was 3-4 times of ventro ear skin. Under microscope, the dermis was hyperplasia and got thicker, consisted with amount of fibroblast cells, collagen and vessels, the collagen was untidy, nodule or vortex, and the cartilage could be observed in some region. In experimental group, six weeks after the injection, the skin got thinner, the collagen became neath and the quantity of the vessels decreased. In the hypertrophic scars, there was high expression of PCNA,the percent of positive cells was higher (39.55%?6.07%) compared normal tissue (11.18%?1.71%).In GS-Rg3 group, the expression of Bcl-2 was gradually decreased two weeks after injection and obviously decreased six weeks later, there was significant difference compared with before injection (P

Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2011;27(3):320-323
OBJECTIVETo explore the mechanism of protective effect of Sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P) in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes dining simulated hypoxia/reoxygenation.
METHODSOn the basis of culturing neonatal rat cardiomyocytes, the model of hypoxia-reoxygennation was built by using method of Liquid Paraffin covering, the impact of S1P on apoptosis and p-Akt and mitochondrial membrane potential were studied by using method of Propidine Iodide staining and Western blot and Bhodanmine123 staining.
RESULTSSiP could reduce apoptosis rate (P < 0.01) and stabilize the mitochondrial membrane potential (P < 0.05) and improved the level of p-Akt1 (P < 0.01) in hypoxia/reoxygenation cardiomyocytes significantly. But wonnannin could block these effects of S1P partially.
CONCLUSIONSiP can obviously restrain apoptosis in curtured rat neonatal cardiomyocytes during simulated hypoxia/reoxygenation. Stabilization of mitochondrial membrane potential by P13K-AM signaling pathway is likely to play a role in protective action of S1P.
