1.PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH GAMETOCYTAEMIA OF PLASMODIUM CHABAUDIIN THE RAT
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(01):-
Large numbers of Plasmodium chabaudi gametocytes can be produced in the splene-ctomized Wistar rats 3-4 days after the intravenous inoculation of high parasitaemia mouse blood. On the 8-9th day, the number of gametocytes reduced greatly. The level of gametocytaemia was related to the time of splenectomy and the amount of the infected blood inoculated. The gametocytes in the rat were normal in their ability of exflagellation and their infectivity to anophelines.

3.C2H2 zinc-finger recognition of biomolecules.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2013;48(6):834-41
C2H2 zinc-finger motif presents in 3% of proteins that are encoded in the human genome, and has the abilities to recognize DNA, RNA and protein. With nearly 3 decades of efforts, the mechanisms of zinc-finger mediated biomolecule recognitions have been studied to various extents. Zinc-finger binds into the major groove of DNA double helix, establishes an one-to-one recognition format between DNA bases and certain amino acids in a zinc-finger, and achieves specificity based on DNA sequences. While RNA molecules show a large variety in their structures, zinc-finger recognizes RNA through the collected information of specially displayed bases and special backbone folding. Initial studies have been performed on zinc-finger mediated protein-protein interactions. Existing data indicate multiple recognition modes. The studies on molecular mechanism have supported the development of engineered zinc-fingers, which have been introduced into applications. For its wide existence, large functional diversity and potential in translational applications, zinc-finger deserves a systematic study in every aspect.
4.Study on the efficacy and mechanism of probiotic assisted glucocorticoid on the treatment of the patients with eczema
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):27-28
Objective To study the efficacy and mechanism of probiotic assisted glucocorticoid on the treatment of the patients with eczema. Methods 92 cases with eczema from February 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods, the conventional group and the combined group, 46 cases in each group. The conventional group were given glucocorticoid, and the combined treatment group were received probiotics combined with glucocorticoid. The levels of serum inflammatory factors, the treatment effects of eczema and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The treatment effect of eczema in combined group was higher than that in routine group (P<0.05). No severe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment. The level of serum inflammatory factors in combined group was significantly better than that in tconventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Probiotic assisted glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of eczema. It can lower the level of inflammation and improve the condition of the body. It has no obvious adverse reaction which has the characteristics of safety and effectiveness.
5.The application of somatostatin during the perioperation of porta-azygous disconnection for the patients with portal hypertension
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Objective:To study the effects of somatostatin on portal pressure and operative complications in patients of portal hypertension treated with porta-azygous disconnection. Methods:Twenty patients with portal hypertension were treated with azygoportal disconnection. The severity of liver disease according to the Child-Pugh's grade was B in all patients. The patients were divided into two groups. The patients in group A were treated with intravenous infusion of somatostatin (6 mg/24 h) one day before operation and five days after operation. The patients in group B were treated with azygoportal disconnection without the use of somatostatin. The portal pressure, the volume of bleeding during operation, and the ascites and complications after operation were evaluated. The serum concentration of GLU, NO and ET-1 were determined. Results:The portal pressure and GLU concentration in patients of group A were lower than those in patients of group B. There were no differences of NO, ET-1 in patients between group A and group B. The volume of bleeding, ascites and complications in patients of group B were higher than in patients of group A. Conclusion:The use of somatostatin before and after porta-azygous disconnection can decrease portal pressure. It is beneficial in reducing the volume of bleeding in operation, ascites and complications after operation.
6.Clinical application of inferior vena cava filters
Chinese Journal of Interventional Imaging and Therapy 2010;7(1):82-85
With the advent of inferior vena cava filters as the main means to obviate pulmonary embolism (PE), there has been a rise in the number of filters inserted globally. This article reviewed several currently available filter models, outlined the clinical indications and complications for filter insertion and presented the clinic application of filters.
7.Comparison of the clinical effect of different delivery mode of the re-pregnancy after cesarean section
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(2):267-269
Objective To observe and research the influence of vaginal delivery and cesarean section by two kinds of mode of delivery on maternal infant outcome of re-pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods 258 patients with re-pregnancy after cesarean section were selected, they were divided into vaginal delivery group(73 cases) and cesarean section group(185 cases) according to the different delivery mode. The maternal puerperal infection rate,24h postpartum hemorrhage volume, days, cost of hospitalization, lochia time and neonatal in hospital of both two groups were compared. Results The success rate of vaginal delivery was 69.52%,the rate of cesarean section was 71.71%.In vaginal delivery group, maternal puerperal infection rate,24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume, length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization, lochia time were 1.73 %,(201.54 ± 107.54) mL,(3.41 ± 0.09) d,(1 540.12 ±117.21),(21.36 ± 13.12) d,which were significantly better than the second cesarean section group [8.11%,(354.64 ± 215.54) mL,(7.45 ± 0.32) d,(4 932.62 ± 786.35),(27.11 ± 17.04) d],the differences were statistically significant (x2 =4.08,t =4.75,7.24,8.91,3.98,all P < 0.05).Delivery of two kinds of mode of delivery of the newborn had no significant differences in birth weight,Apgar score, the rate of infection, intracranial hemorrhage rate and the asphyxia rate(t =0.15,0.09,0.46,0.00,x2 =0.03,all P>0.05).Conclusion Re-pregnancy after cesarean section is not the choice of cesarean section delivery clinical indications of operation, when the pregnant women with indications of trial production,in strict monitoring downlink vaginal delivery.
8.Advances in the study of aspirin in colorectal cancer prevention and treatment and related mechanisms
China Oncology 2016;26(9):795-800
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world with high morbidity and mortal-ity. Clinicians spare no effort to look for effective prevention and treatment strategies for colorectal cancer. Research shows that aspirin plays a unique role in colorectal cancer prevention and treatment. However, the effect is associated with the course of treatment, users’ genetic backgrounds and some other factors. This review aimed to summarize the prevention and treatment effects of aspirin on colorectal cancer, the possible molecular markers for predicting aspirin effcacy and related mechanisms.
