1.The application of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinomas
Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;17(8):1135-1139
Hysteroscopy is an important method for early diagnosis of endometrial carcinomas, and is extensively used in clinic. Its unique advantages include intuitive, comprehensive, and accurate observation of the uterine cavity and orientating biopsy. It can compensate for shortcomings and disadvantages of traditional diagnostic methods such as dilatation, curettage, and ultrasound. However, during the hysteroscopy examination, malignant cells may disseminate into peritoneal cavity under the pressure of medium used for distention of the uterine cavity, and this dissemination of endometrial cancer cells may influence prognosis of endometrial carcinomas. These are the main limitation factors of hysteroscopy, which restricts its clinical application. This present article reviews advantages and problems of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinomas.

3.Effects of maternal obesity on the offspring
Tianjin Medical Journal 2016;44(1):124-126
The prevalence of maternal obesity has risen dramatically in recent years. Maternal obesity increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and can lead to chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, the change of cell factor homeostasis. The metabolic status of maternal obesity in the pre-pregnancy and pregnancy can alter the level of DNA methylation in the placenta, change the fetal programming, influence the pregnancy outcomes, and increase the risk of obesity related metabolic syndrome and other chronic diseases of offspring. Actively preventing and intervening in the maternal obesity can reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes and increase the survival quality of the offspring.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(8):547-549
Objective To evaluate the safety and reliability of laparoscopic in treatment of gastric gastric stromal tumor (GST).Methods 48 GST patients were selected for laparoscopic operation who had no distant metastases, adjacent organ invasion and non-cardia and pylorus infiltration confirmed by preoperative examination. The postoperative treatment,follow-up and the effect was observed. Results 48 patients included 22 males and 26 females, and mean age was 56 years old.The tumor diameter was 0.6-10.0 cm,in which 36 cases had tumor size ≥ 2 cm.12 cases of tumor occurred in gastric antrum,12 cases in gastric fundus,16 cases in anterior wall of gastric body,8 cases in posterior wall of gastric body. The mean operative time was 85 min,the mean operation blood loss was 65 ml,the postoperative average start eating time was 3 d,and the mean postoperative in-patient time was 7 d.All patients were followed up for 12-36 months. There were no local recurrence and distant metastasis and tumor-related deaths. Conclusions For the GST patients who have no distant metastases, adjacent organ invasion and non-cardia and pylorus infiltration, laparoscopic operation is safe and effective, which is not only applied to less than 2 cm diameter GST,but also to larger diameter tumor.

Chinese Journal of Virology 2015;31(4):463-467
Group A rotaviruses (RVs) are major pathogens associated with acute gastroenteritis in young children and animals worldwide. VP4 is responsible for interaction with the host and viral attachment. Recent study showed that the distal portion of rotavirus (RV) VP4 spike protein (VP8*) is implicated in binding to human histo-blood group antigens (HBGAs), which is new cellular receptors on rotavirus, Published in Nature and Journal of Virology in 2012. The paper describes advances in correlation between rotaivrus and HBGAs, summarizes the main achievements has gotten, Clarify the significance of study on Rotaivrus and HBGAs.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2014;36(2):86-90
Objective To investigate the effects of local mild hypothermia on the expression of EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats and to explore the possible neuroprotection mechanism of mild hypothermia. Methods Forty-four male Wistar rats were divided randomly into a sham-operation group (Sham),a normothermia group (NT) and a hypothermia group (HT).Middle cerebral artery occlusion was performed using Longa's method, and reperfusion was allowed after 2 hours of occlusion.Mild hypothermia (33.0 ± 0.5)℃ for 6 hours was initiated at the start of reperfusion, followed by rewarming.Brains were harvested after 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours of reperfusion and used for HE staining to evaluate cellular apzoptosis and immunohistochemical staining for detecting the expression EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ.Results The expression of EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ in the ischemic penumbra was significant at 6 hours in the normothermia and hypothermia groups. It peaked at 12 hours in the normothermia group and 24 hours in the hypothermia group, and then decreased gradually. At 72 hours the expression of EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ in the ischemic penumbras was very close to that in the sham group.EMAP-Ⅱ-positive cells were significantly fewer in the hypothermia group than in the normothermia group at all time points.ProEMAP-Ⅱ-positive cells were significantly more numerous in the normothermia group than in the hypothermia group at 6,12 and 24 hours. Conclusions Mild hypothermia (33.0 ± 0.5) ℃ has a valid neuroprotective effect which involves reducing EMAP-Ⅱ and proEMAP-Ⅱ expression in the ischemic penumbra and inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory reactions after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,at least in rats.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;21(11):832-835
As an effective therapeutic approach for acute ischemic stroke, endovascular interventional therapy has received increasing attention. However,a large number of revascularization clinical trials have shown that its mortality rate and the incidence of complications are higher than intravenous thrombolysis. This article reviews the perioperative complications of endovascular interventional therapy of acute ischemic stroke and thek treatment.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(9):821-824
Objective To explore the IL-8 and ICAM-1 in premature infants with cerebral white matter damage (CWMD) and their correlations with prognosis. Methods One hundred and two cases of CWMD were selected from March 2009 to June 2012 as experimental group and 42 cases of normal preterm children were selected as control group. Serum IL-8 and ICAM-1 levels were measured during 48-72 h after birth. Motor development index (psychomotor developmental index, PDI) and mental development index (mental development index, MDI) were evaluated by Bayley scale. The correlations of IL-8 and ICAM-1 levels with prognosis were analyzed. Results Serum IL-8 and ICAM-1 levels in the experimental group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). MDI and PDI scores in the experimental group were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were negative correlations of serum IL-8 and ICAM-1 levels with MDI (r=-0.64, P<0.05;r=-0.66, P<0.05)+and PDI (r=-0.70, P<0.05;r=-0.71, P<0.05). Conclusions Serum IL-8 and ICAM-1 levels in infants with CWMD are signiifcantly increased, and are negatively correlated with MDI and PDI scores.
