By analysis on the risk management regulations and the situation of medical device after the product on the market, information list of problems and risk analysis process of the production and after-production were described, simultaneously, the suggestions were put forward to risk management after the product on the market, with the aim of providing reference for manufacturers and administrators.

Muscle-specific microRNAs (myomiRs) are a class of small endogenous non-coding RNAs that expressed specifically in the muscle tissue.By negatively regulating related gene expression at posttranslational level,they participate in a variety of biological processes and affects the occurrence and development of diseases.The occurrence and development of muscle-related diseases,such as chronic obstructive pneumonia disease,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and so on,induce the expression changes of myomiRs and downstream target genes.The effects of myomiRs on the muscle contraction will affect the development of the disease.This paper will review the biological effects of common myomiRs,such as miR-1,miR-133,miR-206,miR-208 and miR-499 in muscle contraction and relaxation,including striated and non-striated muscle.Better understanding of the effects of myomiRs on the biological effects of muscle contraction and relaxation will provide a new idea for the treatment of muscle-related diseases.

Currently the employment situation of graduates in China tend to be grim.This article attempts to describe several representative psycological problems faced by graduate students during job hunting and to analyze their possible causes.On this basis,the author proposes some educational countermeasures against such job-hunting psycological problems.

Objective:To analyse the relationship between the expression of c myc,N ras oncogenes and hepatitis B Virus(HBV)infection in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in Guangxi and the roles of these factors in hepatocarcinogenesis.Methods:c DNA RNA ,N ras mRNA,HBsAg and HBxAg in 40 cases of HCC and their adjacent liver tissues were studied.Rusults:The expression of c myc,N ras oncogenes were very high in HCC and their adjacent live tissues.Their positive rates were all over 85%.No significant difference of the two oncogenes′ expression among different grades of HCC was found.The positive rates of HBsAg and HBxAg were 87.09% and 79.31% respectively.The detections of oncogenes were parallel to the detections of HBsAg and HBxAg.Conclusion:c myc and N ras might be involved in the formation and maintenance of HCC.They may be activated by HBxAg.

Some new viewpoints are put forward by comparing the treatment of acupuncture syncope and the statement of its therapeutic effect in ancient and modern literature and in current textbooks and combining the authors’ understanding in clinical practice. Acupuncture syncope is not an acupuncture contraindication. If the body position is notaffected, the needles may not be withdrawn to avoid the consumption of qi. Clinical doctors should, on the one hand, pay attention to the therapeutic effect of acupuncture syncope in clinical practice and, on the other hand, not perform manipulations withstrong stimulation to blindly seek the therapeutic effect because acupuncture syncope has a more marked psychological effect on acupunctured persons.

25 cases of saddle nose anaplasty with hydroxylaptite ceramics have been reported in this paper.Anaesthesia and the operating methods have been modified to make the operating ef- fects more satisfactory.All of the merits of the modification have been discussed in the paper.

A new radical operational procedure designed by ourselves has been used on 40 cases of congenital megacolon in our department during 1977-1991, The result of the follow-up sur- vey of 35 cases was gained. The operative curative rate was 97.1% and mortality was 2.9%. The characteristic is that the method of extraction by around-anastomosis stitches was used. Several important factors which affected operative effects were discussed. Four radical operational methods were compared. Our results demonstrate that the new method is effec- tive, safe, practical and feasible particularly in Yunnan. This study provides an ideal operational method in the clinical treatment of congenital megacolon.

Objective To explore the multislice CT (MSCT) volumetric representation (VR), curved surface reconstruction (CPR) in diagnosis of ribs and rib cartilage of the clinical value of minor fractures.Methods The X-ray films,axial CT,VR,CPR image performance of 112 cases of clinical suspected ribs and costal cartilage minor fractures were retrospective analyzed.The sensitivity, specificity, positive rate and accuracy,negative rate,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate and the diagnostic value in the diagnosis of rib and rib cartilage minor fractures of four examination method were compared and analyzed.Results VR, CPR examination can clearly display the ribs and rib cartilage minor fractures, the diagnostic sensitivity (94.25％, 98.85％), specificity (88.00％, 96.00％), positive rate (96.47％, 98.85 ％) and accuracy (92.85％, 98.21％) of VR and CPR were higher than X-ray and axial CT examination(82.14％ and 88.51％ ,80.00％ and 84.00％, 94.50％ and 96.25％,82.14％ and 87.50％).And the diagnostic value of CPR inspection(the area under the curve) was 0.974, obviously higher than that of X ray film, axial CT, VR, and the difference was statistically significant (0.814,0.863,0.911;P＜0.05).Conclusion MSCT of VR and CPR examination in the diagnosis of rib in minor fractures and rib cartilage has very important clinical value.

This paper reviewed the 100 cases with definite bone and joint lesions selected from among 3764 burn in-patients. The clinical appearence, blood and urine chemistry determinations, blood cultures, gross and histological examination of autopsy, surgical and biopsy specimens were studied with emphasis on the analyses of the X-ray appearence of various lesions. The lesions were classified, according to their X-ray appearence, into four types:alteration limited to the bone, alterations involving periarticular structures, alterations involving the deformity of the bone and joint in growth. The pathogenesis and radiological findings of the osteoporosis, acromutilation of the fingers as well as incidence and pathogenesis of heterotopic para-articular ossification were analysed and discussed.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the control efficacy of details thinking management on the infusion microne in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). METHODS:One thousaud and two hundred infusion information dispensed by PIVAS and 150 inpatients were collected from our hospital during Jan.-Dec. 2014(before implementation group)and Jan.-Dec. 2015(after implementation group). The number of suspended particles and sedimentated bacteria in different levels of clean area in PIVAS,the number of particles in dispensed infusion and the occurrence of ADR caused by infusion particles were compared before and after the implementation of details thinking management as strengthening working system,improving the quality of staff,implementing management during whole process,etc. RESULTS:After the implementation of details thinking management,the number of sus-pended particles and sedimentated bacteria in different levels of clean area were decreased significantly compared to before imple-mentation,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The number of particles ≥10 μm and ≥25 μm among electrolyte,TCM injec-tion and digestive system agents infusion,the number of particles ≥10 μm among antibiotics infusion and the number of parti-cles ≥25 μm among vitamin infusion were all decreased significantly compared to before implementation;the number of rubber and glass particles among dispensed infusion were decreased significantly with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of ADR as blood vessel blockage,edema,phlebitis and heat source reaction were all decreased compared to before implementation, with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The implementation of details thinking management can improve clean de-gree of different levels of clean area in PIVAS,and reduce the number of particles in various dispensed infusion so as to improve the quality of dispensed infusion to certain extent and guarantee the safety of drug use.
