3.The influence of oxiracetam plus mNGF on serum Lp-PLA2 and S100B protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(20):3067-3069
Objective To study the influence of oxiracetam plus mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF) on serum lysophosphatidic acid 2(Lp-PLA2) and S 100B protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 124 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group (n =62 cases) and the control group(n =62 cases). The patients in the control group were treated through the conventional treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated by oxiracetam plus mNGF on the basis of conventional therapy. They were treated for 21 days.Serum Lp-PLA2 and S100B were detected. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.4%,which was significantly higher than 90.3% of the control group (x2 =3.96,P < 0.05).Serum LpPLA2 and S100B were decreased in two groups after treatment.Serum Lp-PLA2 and S100B in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t =20.9091,3.7273,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam plus mNGF can decrease serum Lp-PLA2 and mNGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
4.Influence of atorvastatin on C-reactive protein level and clinical prognosis for chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(28):21-23
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of atorvastatin on C-reactive protein (CRP) level and clinical prognosis for chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients. Methods One hundred and eight-six chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were divided into observation group(93 cases) and control group (93 cases) by random number table. The control group was given conventional treatment such as cardiotonic and diuretic, while the observation group was given atorvastatin 20 mg one time/night for 1 year on the basis of conventional treatment. Before and after treatment, lipid, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),CRP and clinical outcome were compared. Results Lipid levels of the control group were not significantly different before and after treatment(P > 0.05 ).In observation group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment [ (4.1 ± 0.6) mmol/L vs.(4.8 ± 0.6) mmol/L,(2.7 ±0.3) mmol/L vs. (3.5 ±0.5) mmol/L,(1.0 ±0.1) mmol/L vs. (0.9 ±0.1) mmol/L,P <0.05].After treatment, the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in observation group were improved compared with those in control group (P< 0.05 ).There was no significant difference in left atrial diameter and LVEF before and after treatment in two groups. The levels of CRP before and 1 month and 6 months after treatment were ( 15.2 ±3.8),(12.1 ±2.7),(9.9 ±2.8) mg/L in observation group, and (15.0 ±3.8),(14.0 ±2.9),(13.7 ±2.8)mg/L in control group, and there were significant differences between two groups 1 month and 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05).The incidences of atrial fibrillation recurrence and conversion for persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group [6.5% (6/93) vs.21.5% (20/93),6.5% (6/93) vs.19.4% ( 18/93 ),P < 0.05 ].ConclusionAtorvastatin can reduce CRP level of chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients, and reduce and delay recurrence and progress of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
5.Application of theory of quality control in nursing of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease undergoing interventional therapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(31):6-8
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of quality control theory in nursing of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease undergoing interventional therapy. Methods 64 cases of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease from November 2009 to October 2011 in our hospital undergoing interventional therapy were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given nursing intervention under the instruction of quality control theory. The hospital stay, complication rates, satisfaction and SAS score,SDS score between the two groups of patients were compared. Results The length of stay, complication rate, satisfaction degree,SAS scores and SDS scores after the intervention in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusions Application of the theory of quality control in nursing of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease has a better effect, demonstrating an evident advantage in reducing complications and improving patients' mental state.

10.Treatment of Acupuncture Syncope and the Understanding of Its Therapeutic Effect
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(10):1004-1005
Some new viewpoints are put forward by comparing the treatment of acupuncture syncope and the statement of its therapeutic effect in ancient and modern literature and in current textbooks and combining the authors’ understanding in clinical practice. Acupuncture syncope is not an acupuncture contraindication. If the body position is notaffected, the needles may not be withdrawn to avoid the consumption of qi. Clinical doctors should, on the one hand, pay attention to the therapeutic effect of acupuncture syncope in clinical practice and, on the other hand, not perform manipulations withstrong stimulation to blindly seek the therapeutic effect because acupuncture syncope has a more marked psychological effect on acupunctured persons.
