Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(10):1327-1328
Objective To investigate the choice of treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods 128 patients with tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into 43 patients of drug group,42 cases of laparoscopy group,43 cases laparotomy group. The differences of pregnancy status, time to pregnancy, tubal smooth the situation, length of stay, discharge of blood β-HCG were compared. Results Lapamscopic surgery therapy whose intrauterine pregnancy rate reached 80.9%,one year intrauterine pregnancy rate was up to 66.7%,tubal flow rate was 78.6%,and the pregnancy and discharge time was significantly shorter, and the level of β-HCG decresaed when they would go out hospital. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery therapy had small trauma, better pregnancy rate, low ectopic pregnancy rate, better tubal patency rate, and it could improve fertility, and make discharging quickly, and was an effective treatment for patients with tubal pregnancy.
4.Influence of atorvastatin on C-reactive protein level and clinical prognosis for chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(28):21-23
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of atorvastatin on C-reactive protein (CRP) level and clinical prognosis for chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients. Methods One hundred and eight-six chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were divided into observation group(93 cases) and control group (93 cases) by random number table. The control group was given conventional treatment such as cardiotonic and diuretic, while the observation group was given atorvastatin 20 mg one time/night for 1 year on the basis of conventional treatment. Before and after treatment, lipid, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),CRP and clinical outcome were compared. Results Lipid levels of the control group were not significantly different before and after treatment(P > 0.05 ).In observation group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and highdensity lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment [ (4.1 ± 0.6) mmol/L vs.(4.8 ± 0.6) mmol/L,(2.7 ±0.3) mmol/L vs. (3.5 ±0.5) mmol/L,(1.0 ±0.1) mmol/L vs. (0.9 ±0.1) mmol/L,P <0.05].After treatment, the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in observation group were improved compared with those in control group (P< 0.05 ).There was no significant difference in left atrial diameter and LVEF before and after treatment in two groups. The levels of CRP before and 1 month and 6 months after treatment were ( 15.2 ±3.8),(12.1 ±2.7),(9.9 ±2.8) mg/L in observation group, and (15.0 ±3.8),(14.0 ±2.9),(13.7 ±2.8)mg/L in control group, and there were significant differences between two groups 1 month and 6 months after treatment(P < 0.05).The incidences of atrial fibrillation recurrence and conversion for persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group [6.5% (6/93) vs.21.5% (20/93),6.5% (6/93) vs.19.4% ( 18/93 ),P < 0.05 ].ConclusionAtorvastatin can reduce CRP level of chronic cardiac insufficiency combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients, and reduce and delay recurrence and progress of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
5.Application of theory of quality control in nursing of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease undergoing interventional therapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(31):6-8
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of quality control theory in nursing of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease undergoing interventional therapy. Methods 64 cases of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease from November 2009 to October 2011 in our hospital undergoing interventional therapy were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given nursing intervention under the instruction of quality control theory. The hospital stay, complication rates, satisfaction and SAS score,SDS score between the two groups of patients were compared. Results The length of stay, complication rate, satisfaction degree,SAS scores and SDS scores after the intervention in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusions Application of the theory of quality control in nursing of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease has a better effect, demonstrating an evident advantage in reducing complications and improving patients' mental state.
6.Effect of survivin on the apoptosis of non-small lung cancer induced by celecoxib
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of celecoxib on non-small cell lung cancer in vitro and the role of survivin. Methods The inhibitory effect of celecoxib was detected by MTT.Flow cytometry and electron microscope were used for evaluation of apoptosis. The expression of survivin was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results ①Celecoxib inhibited cell survives in a time-dependent and concentration-depended manner, and the effect of celecoxib was more significant in NCI-H520 than in A549.②Celecoxib caused apoptosis in concentration-depended manner.3.Celecoxib decreased the expression of survivin. Conclusion The decrease of the expression of survivin may play a critical role in the apoptosis of NSLLC in vitro induced by celecoxib.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(01):-
Objective:To observe the effect of periodontal initial therapy on the serum level of lipid in the patients with both periodontitis and hyperlipidemia. Methods:Twenty patients with both hyperlipidemia and moderate to severe chronic periodontitis were enrolled in this study.Periodontal parameters [plaque index(PLI),bleeding on probing(BOP),bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD) and attachment level(AL)] were evaluated prior to and 3 months after periodontal initial therapy.Simultaneously, the patients' serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-lipoprotein cholesterol,low-lipoprotein cholesterol were also measured.Results:(1) Three months after periodontal therapy, the periodontal infection and inflammation in patients reduced comparing with baseline. The PD,PLI,BI,and BOP decreased significantly(the PD,PLI,BI,and BOP reduced from 3.98?0.12 to 2.39?0.13,1.23?0.10 to 0.84?0.08,2.63?0.14 to 1.48?0.08 and 94.26?1.84 to 33.57?2.06,respectively;P

10.Progress in the biological effects of muscle-specific microRNAs on muscle contraction and relaxation
Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2017;44(3):385-391
Muscle-specific microRNAs (myomiRs) are a class of small endogenous non-coding RNAs that expressed specifically in the muscle tissue.By negatively regulating related gene expression at posttranslational level, they participate in a variety of biological processes and affects the occurrence and development of diseases. The occurrence and development of muscle-related diseases, such as chronic obstructive pneumonia disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and so on,induce the expression changes of myomiRs and downstream target genes. The effects of myomiRs on the muscle contraction will affect the development of the disease. This paper will review the biological effects of common myomiRs,such as miR-1,miR-133,miR-206,miR-208 and miR-499 in muscle contraction and relaxation, including striated and non-striated muscle.Better understanding of the effects of myomiRs on the biological effects of muscle contraction and relaxation will provide a new idea for the treatment of muscle-related diseases.
