1.Improvement of Body Function with Physical Exercise in People with Disabilities (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(3):315-318
Based on the theory and approach of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), the literatures on the improvement of physical function by physical exercise were reviewed. People with disabilities can improve their body functions, in-cluding mental function, cardiovascular, blood, immune and respiratory function and neuromuscular skeletal and motor related functions via sport and exercise rehabilitation. Some advice was suggested about sports rehabilitation for the disabled.

ObjectiveTo study the effect of the cognition training on aphasia after stroke. Methods60 patients with aphasia and cognition functional impairment after stroke were divided into 2 groups. The control group received comprehensive treatment, including speech therapy, while the treatment group accepted cognitive functional training in addition. They were assessed with the Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment Battery (LOTCA) and China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE) before and after training. ResultsThe scores of LOTCA (P<0.05) and the CRRCAE (P<0.0001) improved in treatment group compared with the control group after training. ConclusionThe cognition functional training above the aphasia functional training facilitates the recovery of aphasia in patients with aphasia and cognition disorder after stroke.

The validity and reasonableness of emotional data are the key issues in the cognitive affective computing research. Effects of the emotion recognition are decided by the quality of selected data directly. Therefore, it is an important part of affective computing research to build affective computing database with good performance, so that it is the hot spot of research in this field. In this paper, the performance of two classical cognitive affective computing databases, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) cognitive affective computing database and Germany Augsburg University emotion recognition database were compared, their data structure and data types were compared respectively, and emotional recognition effect based on the data were studied comparatively. The results indicated that the analysis based on the physical parameters could get the effective emotional recognition, and would be a feasible method of pressure emotional evaluation. Because of the lack of stress emotional evaluation data based on the physiological parameters domestically, there is not a public stress emotional database. We hereby built a dataset for the stress evaluation towards the high stress group in colleges, candidates of postgraduates of Ph. D and master as the subjects. We then acquired their physiological parameters, and performed the pressure analysis based on this database. The results indicated that this dataset had a certain reference value for the stress evaluation, and we hope this research can provide a reference and support for emotion evaluation and analysis.

Objective: To probe into distribution on characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes elements of menopausal syndrome. Methods:The literature about menopausal syndrome in past 20 years were collected. The principle of evidence-based medicine was used to establish the databank with EpiData2.0,and the literature meeting the enrolled criteria were recorded and checked.SPSS12.0 software was adopted to analyze frequency-times of syndromes and syndromes elements. Results:The top three syndromes are yin-deficiency of both liver and kidney,yin-deficiency of kidney,yang-deficiency of kidney; The kidney, liver, and heart are the top three locations of syndromes elements; And yin-deficiency,yang-deficiency and fire are the top three pathogenesis types of syndromes elements. Conclusion: Distribution of TCM syndrome types of menopausal syndrome is scattered. It lead to clinical syndrome differentiation is complicated.Compared with it,syndrome elements can reflect the substance of disease more concise and active.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Object To isolate and identify the flavones from the flower of Paulownia tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud., which has been used as traditonal herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases. Methods The flavones were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR). Results Five flavones were isolated and identified as 5, 4′-dihydroxy-7, 3′-dimenthoxyflavanone (Ⅰ), 5-hydroxy-7, 3′, 4′-trimenthoxyflavanone (Ⅱ), diplacone (Ⅲ), mimulone (Ⅳ) and apigenin (Ⅴ). Conclusion All these compounds are obtained from the flower for the first time and the flavones should be as bioactive constituents.

Objective To evaluate the biochemical function of rat nature three-dimensional acellular pancreatic bioscaffold (3D-APB) in promoting cell proliferation and differentiation in vitro. Methods The fresh pancreas from 10 rats were perfused to prepare 3D-APB.The biocompatibility of 3D-APB was eva luated. The experiment was divided into 4 groups based on 4 kinds of three-dimensional media for AR42J culture, including blank control group,ECM group,PLGA group and 3D-APB group. We compared the proliferation and differentiation of AR42J pancreatic acinar cell at 3 days,5 days,7 days and 10 days after seeding among 4 groups. Results The 3D-APB could represent a biocompatible scaffold capable of integrating within host tissue. The proliferation rate of AR42J cells by MTT in 3D-APB was higher, while the apoptosis rate by flow cytometry was lower than those in other 3 media, which were all significantly different (P < 0.05),respectively.The protein expression of PDX-1 and PTF-1 by western blot in 3D-APB group was greatly higher than those in other 3 groups (both P < 0.05).The mRNA expression of PDX-1 and PTF-1 through qRT-PCR was significantly higher than those in other 3 groups (both P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the commonly used chemical and natural scaffold at present,3D-APB could promote cell proliferation and differentiation, which was more appropriate for regenerative medicine.

Hypertension is one of main risk factors for the occurrence and death of stroke and coronary heart disease. Its prevalence rate is rising year by year. It severely threatens the health of the human beings. The acupuncture method of "activating blood and dispersing wind, harmonizing Gan-Pi" for treating hypertension launched by Academician SHI Xue-min has aroused great attention due to good cur- ative effect and less adverse reactions. In this paper principles of the circular motion covered by the acupuncture method of "activating blood and dispersing wind, harmonizing Gan-Pi" were clarified.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(4):242-244
Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of venous drug-induced infective endocarditis(IE). Methods The 17 cases of drug-induced IE were found to have valvular vegetations,16 patients had involvement of tricuspid valve, 1 mitral valve associated with ventrieular septal defect. Preoperative blood culture was positive in 8 patients. The operations included tricuspid valve repair (6 cases),tricuspid valve replacement(8 cases), mitral valve replacement and VSD closure(1 cases). Results All patients were alive and discharges. After follow-up of 6 months to 6 years, 1 case had severd tricuspid alve regurgitation, 1 had haemoptysis because of incorrect anticoagulation. Conclusions This study indicated surgical intervention is effective treatment of venous drug-induced infective endocarditis.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
AIM:To study the effects of thrombopoietin (TPO) and other hematopoietic cytokines on platelet activation. METHODS: Using fluorescent-labeled monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry.RESULTS: The per- centage range of platelets activated by 120 ng/mL TPO was 8. 89% -39. 92%,mean value was 17.43%; However, there were no effects of TPO 40 ng/mL and GM - CSF 100 ng/mL and IL- 3 100 ng/mL on platelet activation. CONCLUSION: Higher concentration of TPO directly stimulated platelet activation.
