By changing medical psychology into the required course, increasing class time, fractionizing teaching content and carrying out case teaching and practice teaching can enhance Chinese medicine graduates’ability to understand and apply the principle of modern psychology and technology.
2.The thinking and suggestion of psychology specialty in medical university
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
The construction of psychology specialty in medical universities is adapted to the needs of social development and to meet people's growing need for mental health. However, there are some problems in the construction of psychology specialty, such as the difficulty to unify teaching mode, the curriculum dilemma, awkwardness of graduates'employment, which greatly affected the psychology specialty in medical universities. To resolve this dilemma,we propose a clear specialty goals, the establishment of medical colleges for psychology professionals as well as the alternative policy in the present state.
3.The detection and clinical significance of circulating tumor cells in the peripheral blood of patients with colorectai cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(8):552-555
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancer.Despite the survival rate of patients with metastatic disease has been raised due to the combination therapy of chemotherapy and opetation, few longterm survivors exist. The detection of circulating tumor cells (CTC) is an evolving technology whose significance has been discussed for more than a century. The advence of modem technology has allowed for more reliable detection of CTCs,and recent studies have provided compelling evidence that CTCs can predict clinical outcome in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).In this review,we will discuss the evidence for CTC significance, with particular focus on detection methods, novel markers, and clinical outcomes in CRC,and future challenges in testing them as a means to individualize the therapy of mCRC patients.

7.The progress of induced pluripotent stem cells in neural developmental diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):455-457
Induced pluripotent stem cell ( iPS cell ) , similar to embryonic stem cell, can be repro-grammed to the pluripotent state by ectopic expression of specific transcription factors. The iPS cells have pluri-potency and can be induced into neuron cells, which represent a promising cellular tool to study human neurode-velopmental disease, drug screening, diagnosis and personalized treatment. This article reviews the latest progress on iPS cell and its applications in neural developmental disease.
8.Research progress of cytokines in asthmatic airway remodeling and its regulation of traditional Chinese ;medicine
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):416-419
Airway remodeling is one of the main pathological changes of bronchial asthma. It has shown that a variety of cytokines, including chemokines, growth factors, matrix proteins, participate in and even strengthen airway remodeling through building complex signal transduction pathways. Many traditional Chinese medicines, such as shegan mahuang decoction, have a regulatory role in airway remodeling.
9.Curative efficacy of safflower yellow sodium chloride in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and its effects on cardiac function and oxidative stress
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(22):3464-3466
Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of safflower yellow sodium chloride in the treat-ment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI)and its effects on cardiac function and oxidative stress. Methods 110 cases of AMI meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given conventional drug treatment and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI),while the observation group was given con-ventional drug treatment and PCI in combination with safflower yellow sodium chloride. Then, the curative efficacy, indices of cardiac function and oxidative stress were observed and compared. Results The observation group had a total effective rate of 94.5%,which was significantly higher than 81.8% in the control group (χ2 =4.94,P =0.026).After the treatment,SV (t =3.23,P =0.002),CO(t =3.82,P =0.000)and LVEF (t =3.14,P =0.002) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05 ).As to oxidative stress,in comparison with the control group,SOD (t =8.42,P =0.000)was significantly higher and MDA (t =3.99, P =0.000)was significantly lower in the observation group (all P <0.05 ).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of safflower yellow sodium chloride for AMI was effective, which could significantly increase curative efficacy, improve cardiac function and alleviate oxidative stress.
