Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(1):76-81
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation (EVL)in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding (EVB)in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 84 liver cirrhosis patients with EVB who were admitted to The Third People′s Hospital of Shenzhen,Guangdong Medical University, from December 2010 to July 2013 were divided into ligation group (group A,treated with EVL combined with somatostatin and esomeprazole)and control group (group B,treated with somatostatin and es-omeprazole),with 42 patients in each group. The hemostasis rate, rebleeding rate, incidence rate of complications, and mortality rate were observed in both groups,as well as the variceal eradication rate after EVL and risk factors for early rebleeding. The t -test was used for com-parison of normally distributed continuous data between two groups, and an analysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups;the Mann -Whitney U test was used for comparison of non -normally distributed continuous data between two groups, the Wilcoxon signed -rank sum test was used for comparison within each group, and the Kruskal -Wallis H test was used for comparison between multiple groups. The chi -square test or Fisher′s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. The Kaplan -Meier method was used to calculate survival rates, and the log -rank test was used to compare survival rates between groups. The logistic regression meth-od was used to investigate the influencing factors for dichotomous data. Results There was a significant difference in the hemostasis rate be-tween groups A and B (97.62% vs 80.95%,P =0.029).Compared with group B,group A had significantly lower rebleeding rates in 1 -2 years (15.38% vs 38.89%,χ2 =5.323,P =0.021)and 2 -3 years (15.38% vs 48.48%,χ2 =10.448,P =0.001).A total of 14 patients (33.33%)in group A and 7 patients (16.67%)in group B experienced adverse events, and 4 patients in group A and 9 patients in group B died within 3 years.Group A had significant improvements in the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and aspartate amin-otransferase at 1 week after treatment (Z =-2.177 and -2.044,P =0.029 and 0.041).Both groups had significant improvements in pro-thrombin time activity (PTA),prothrombin time (PT),international normalized ratio (INR),and albumin at 1 week after treatment (group A:Z =-4.007,t =3.866,Z =-4.152,t =-4.623,all P <0.001;group B:t =-5.069,Z =-3.870,Z =-3.909,Z =-5.245,all P <0.001).There was a significant difference in PTA at 1 week after treatment between the two groups (Z =-3.902,P <0.001).In group A,the overall disappearance rate of varices was 85.71% and the recurrence rate was 14.29%,and there was a signifi-cant correlation between the Child -Pugh score and diameter of the portal vein (F =3.319,P =0.047).Symptoms on admission, length of hospital stay,Child -Pugh score, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, diameter of the portal vein,PT,INR,and ALT were risk factors for ear-ly rebleeding after ligation (all P <0.05).Conclusion EVL is a safe and effective method for the treatment of EVB in patients with liver cirrhosis and causes few complications.

Objective To evaluate the key role of development of medical and biological techniques correlating with medical protection against New Concept Weapons(NCWs) and put forward a development strategy in medical protection against NCWs. Methods Data on the present medical techniques protecting against NCWs were obtained by tracing references. On the basis of analyzing and studying the obtained data, an evaluation was made by consulting experts, system analysis, scientific selection, clustering analysis and policy analysis. Results The correlation coefficients correlation, indexes and scores in the present progress of 36 techniques were determined. Furthermore, the evaluation was made. Conclusion Different developing strategy should be taken in accordance with the important and the present research on medical and biological techniques correlating with medical protection against NCWs. This study will give us some advice on protecting against NCWs in medicine.

Objective To establish a perfect method that is based on the complexes of DNA-binding-C/EBP? for detection of nuclear transcription factor C/EBP? (CCAAT enhancer binding protein ?). Methods To search specific oligonucleotides sequence and establish a labeling method of consensus oligonucleotides and the standard curve was regressed. The electrophoresis conditions were optimized. Results The combination of 20pmol of ?- 32 P-ATP and 4 pmol of C/EBP? oligonuleotides in reaction can express the highest probe activity and corporation effect. The linearity was established (r2=0.975). 0.5?g of nuclear extract can be detected and bands are clear and specific. Conclusion The method is good at specificity. It can be a method to detecting nuclear factor C/EBP? or its DNA-binding site.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1999;5(3):106-109
In the paper,in vitro degradation of DL polylactic acid (PDLLA) film was studied.Regulation and tendency of degradation were showed by molecular weight regulator and monomer ration mass lossing.Degradation mechanism was discussed in light. It was thought that degradation of PDLLA in vitro was a simple hydrolysis reaction. The hydrolysis reaction was self catalytic reaction caused by terminal carboxyl group.

Lactide一glycolide copolymerization with stannous octanoate as an initiator and dedecanolas regulator was carried out.The effect of reaction condition such as reaction time, temperature, initiatorconcentration, regulator and monomer ratbonpolymerization conversion, molecular weight and its distrbu-tion were investigated. The obtained results show that the finest reaction condition are initiator 0. 075%,ternperature 170℃ and reaction time 6hr.At this reaction condition, both molecular weight and polymer-ization conversion obtained are vecy high.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
By using undecalcified bone sections, accompanied by tetracycline double labeling and analysis of infrared spectrogram, the bone formation, mineralization and crystal feature of induced ectopic bone and self femora in rats were compared. The results showed that from the 21th day to the 26th day as well as from the 26th day to the 30th day of the experiment, the rate of induced bone formation, mineralization was more active than that of the self femora: on the 30th day, in the induced bone, the count of bone cell was much more, the volume of bone cell was much larger too; but the crystal structure of induced bone was indentical with that of self femora. The molecular formula was Ca_5[(OH)/(PO_4CO_3OH)_3].

Objective To investigate the expression level of collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 ( CTHRC1) in human gastric carcinoma and the relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer? Methods The expression of CTHRC1 in human gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry ( S?P method ) , and the correlation with various clinical characteristics, including gender, age, tumor diameter, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis,TNM stage, was analyzed? Results ( 1 ) CTHRC1 expressed positive for 41 cases ( positive rate=53?95%) in 76 gastric carcinoma specimens, but only 1 case ( positive rate=3?33%) expressed positive in 30 normal gastric mucosa, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =23?0332, P=0?000 )? ( 2 ) In early stage of gastric carcinoma,CTHRC1 was predominantly positive in the nucleus, but with the progression of the tumor,CTHRC1 expressed predominantly in cytoplasm?( 3) The expression of CTHRC1 was correlated with the depth of invasion (P=0?000),lymph node metastasis(P=0?009) and TNM?stage(P=0?007),but not with age, gender, size of the tumor and differentiated degree ( P>0?05 )?Conclusion CTHRC1 might play important roles in the occurrence, invasion and metastasis in human gastric carcinoma, and may be new therapy targets.
