1.Treatment of hydroxyurea(HU)combined chemotherapy in treating hyperleukocytosis acute leukemia(HAL).
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(S1):-
Objective To explore the effects of hydroxyurea(HU) combined chemotherapy in treating hyperleukocytosis acute leukemia(HAL).Methods All the 21 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The patients of experiment group were treated by HU,(0.1g tid po),continuing 3-7 days, along with allopurinol(200 mg tid po).The 18 patients of controlled group were treated only by chemotherapy. Results The results showed the majority(57.1%) patients were of completely remiss(CR),the proportions of partly remission(PR) and no remission(NB) were 19.0% and 23.8%.To- tal remission rate was 76.1%.Two patients died early(9.5%.In the controlled group, the rate of CR,PR,NR were 16. 7%,33.3%,and 50%.Four patients died early(22.4%).Conclusion The HU combined chemotherapy had higher re- mission rate than that of chemotherapy in treating HAL.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of Yiweining Recipe (YWNR), a compound Chinese herbal medicine, on expressions of metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) mRNAs in rats with endometriosis (EM). METHODS: Operational self-transplantation was applied in establishing the rat models. Detection of MMP-2 and COX-2 mRNAs was conducted with hybridization in situ. RESULTS: There were significant differences in the expressions of MMP-2 and COX-2 mRNAs between the untreated group and the high-dose YWNR-treated group. YWNR could reduce the expressions of MMP-2 and COX-2 mRNAs. CONCLUSION: YWNR can treat EM through reducing the positive expressions of MMP-2 and COX-2 mRNAs.

Objective:To develop scientific and practical sensitive indicators with its own characteristics for nursing quality of breast specialty. Methods:A research team was established in August 2018, which searched the databases both at home and abroad, screened and identified relevant literatures according to John Hopkins' evidence level and quality evaluation standards. A sensitive indicator framework for nursing quality of breast specialty was preliminarily formed based on the indicators involved in the literatures. In January 2019, the expert correspondence questionnaire was prepared. Twenty experts were randomly selected from the Qingdao Medical Doctors Association and the Nursing Experts Committee and received two rounds of correspondence consultations using the Delphi method in order to build, modify and confirm the sensitive indicator system for nursing quality of breast specialty. Results:The authority coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of consultation were 0.815 and 0.858; the expert authority coefficient was> 0.80; and the coefficient of variation of each indicator was< 0.30. Eleven sensitive indicators for nursing quality of breast specialty including the awareness rate of functional exercise of the affected limb and lymphedema prevention measures were developed. Conclusions:The sensitive indicators of nursing quality of breast specialty based on the Delphi method is highly practical and credible, which have distinctive specialty characteristics, may be used for the overall care quality assessment and management of breast disease patients, and provide accurate and scientific evaluation for clinical nursing work.

Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse integration mode health education on the compliance of patients with breast cancer treated with Fulvestrant injection. Methods A total of 89 patients with breast cancer who received Fulvestrant injection in Breast Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were selected from October 2015 to June 2016 by convenient sampling method and they were divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=43) using randomly number table method. Patients in the control group received routine outpatient clinic medication treatment, while patients in the observation group received extra doctor-nurse integration mode health education during the treatment circle. Endocrine therapy compliance questionnaire for breast cancer patients was applied to assess treatment compliance of patients in two groups. Results After the implementation of doctor-nurse integration mode health education, scores of treatment compliance and each dimension of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions For patients with breast cancer treated with endocrine therapy for a long time, the implementation of doctor-nurse integration mode health education could improve the compliance of patients, ensure the completion of the treatment cycle and promote the rehabilitation of patients.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2020;43(1):70-75
Objective:
To investigate the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 19 (CEACAM19) in colorectal cancer tissues, and evaluate the clinical pathological characters and prognostic significance.
Methods:
Ninety-eight patients with colorectal cancer in Beijing Huairou Hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected. The expression level of CEACAM19 protein in primary colorectal cancer and corresponding non-tumor tissues (>2 cm) was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between clinical pathological characters and CEACAM19 expression level was analyzed. The prognostic influencing factors were analyze by univariate and multivariate Cox regression methods. Survival curve was drawn by Kaplan-Meier method.
Results:
The high expression rate of CEACAM19 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-tumor tissues: 69.4% (68/98) vs. 16.3% (16/98), and there was statistical difference (

OBJECTIVETo analyze the clinical features of clonal evolution of acquired aplastic anemia (AA) into myelodysplastic syndrome/acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and review of literatures.
METHODSAA developing MDS/AML patients between December 1994 and December 2011 enrolled into this study to analyze their clinical characteristics.
RESULTSDuring the median follow-up of 49(15-97) months, 19 patients evolved to MDS/AML, of whom 10, 8 and 1 were from VSAA, SAA and NSAA subgroups, respectively. The median G-CSF therapy was 270(29-510) days. There were monosomy 7 in 11(57.9%) of 19 patients with AA evolved to MDS/AML. The median AA evolved to MDS/AML was 33(11-88) months. The median MDS/AML transformation in responders (54.2 months) was significantly longer than of non-responders (25.7 months, P<0.01).
CONCLUSIONAA patients could evolved into MDS/AML concomitant with abnormal karotype and worse prognosis.
