Objective:To investigate the necessity of this course is open, the rationality of the teaching content and links and the practicability of courses and students'satisfaction to this course.Methods:Using self -made questionnaire in a medical university three grade 89 medical students implement investigation.Results:74.2% of the students think learning this course wares or harvest is larger, 63%of the students like the video observation dis-cussion method and role playing method, the combination of both 61 .8% students do not agree to increase the school, teaching content, teaching process to arrange reasonable teaching appraisal is the difficulty.Conclusion:Based on the perspective of curriculum integration, innovation teaching methods, teaching openness, strengthen practice teaching, improve teaching evaluation is a key to enhance the teaching effectiveness of doctor -patient communication.

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of methotrexate and Chinese herbs in treating placenta increta.Methods 42 cases with stable vital signs were divided randomly into observe group and control group.On the basis of intravenous injection of methotrexate,the observe group were treated with Shenghua decoction while the control group were not.Results 5 cases of the observe group were given hysterectomy because of massive hemorrhage,10 cases were given uterine curettage,the successful rate of conservative treatment was 76.2%.12 cases of the control group were given hysterectomy because of massive hemorrhage,8 cases were given uterine curettage,the successful rate of conservative treatment was 42.9%.After statistics comparison,there was significant difference(P＜0.05)between observe group and control group.Conclusion Combination of methotrexate and Chinese herbs iS a better therapy for placenta increta.

Objective:To investigate the expression of serum microRNA (miR)-195 in patients with esophageal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:The clinical data of 105 patients with esophageal cancer in Beijing Huairou Hospital from April 2015 to April 2019 were retrospective analyzed. Ninety healthy examinees during the same period were selected as the healthy control. The relative expression level of serum miR-195 was detected by real-time quantitative fluorescence polymerase chain reaction. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn, and the predictive value of serum miR-195 for esophageal cancer was analysis. Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis, and log-rank test was used for comparison. Multivariate Cox analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of esophageal cancer prognosis.Results:The relative expression level of serum miR-195 in patients with esophageal cancer was significantly lower than that in healthy control (4.39 ± 1.86 vs. 7.17 ± 2.37), and there was statistical difference ( t = 9.155, P<0.05). The median level of serum miR-195 in patients with esophageal cancer was served as cut-off value.>4.39 was regarded as high expression (50 cases), and ≤ 4.39 was as low expression (55 cases). The relative expression level of serum miR-195 was related to tumor diameter, TNM stage, degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis ( P<0.05); however, there was no correlation with gender, age, pathological type and differentiation degree ( P>0.05). ROC curve analysis result showed that area under curve of serum miR-195 relative expression level in predicting esophageal cancer was 0.819 (95% CI 0.758 to 0.879, Z = 10.265, P<0.05), Yoden index was 0.539, and the optimal cut-off was 6.03, with a sensitivity of 82.86% and specificity of 71.11%. The median survival time in serum miR-195 low expression patients was significantly shorter than that in serum miR-195 high expression patients (25.7 months vs. 36.6 months), 5-year overall survival rate was significantly lower than that in serum miR-195 high expression patients (18.2% vs. 38.0%), and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). Multivariate Cox analysis result showed that miR-195 and tumor diameter were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer ( HR = 0.377 and 0.418, 95% CI 1.276 to 5.599 and 1.478 to 7.608, P<0.01). Conclusions:The relative expression of serum miR-195 in patients with esophageal cancer is significantly lower than that in healthy people. The lower the expression of miR-195, the worse the prognosis. The miR-195 can be used as one of the indicators for early prediction and prognostic evaluation of esophageal cancer.

Objective To explore the effects of hydroxyurea(HU) combined chemotherapy in treating hyperleukocytosis acute leukemia(HAL).Methods All the 21 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The patients of experiment group were treated by HU,(0.1g tid po),continuing 3-7 days,along with allopurinol(200 mg tid po).The 18 patients of controlled group were treated only by chemotherapy.Results The results showed the majority(57.1%) patients were of completely remiss(CR),the proportions of partly remission(PR) and no remission(NB) were 19.0% and 23.8%.To- tal remission rate was 76.1%.Two patients died early(9.5%.In the controlled group,the rate of CR,PR,NR were 16. 7%,33.3%,and 50%.Four patients died early(22.4%).Conclusion The HU combined chemotherapy had higher re- mission rate than that of chemotherapy in treating HAL.

Through analyzing on the statistics of published-year distribution and published-journal distribution of the research paper of China Ethical Committee,the progress and limits of the research from China Ethical Committee during past two decades are summarized.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Catechu anti-diarrhea ointment.METHODS:TLC was applied to identify the properties of medicinal ingredients in the formula;HPLC was adopted to determine the main effective ingredient catechin in Catechu.A stability test was then conducted.RESULTS:TLC determination revealed good results.Catechin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.364～ 1.82? g.The average recovery was 98.94%(RSD=1.28%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The standard can be applied to the quality control of Catechu Anti-diarrhea ointment.

Objective To explore the effective method at different times of the early treatment of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy on motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods According the course of disease ,97 patients with motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:the observation group (48h after onset) and the control group(48h after stable vital signs). The two groups were given to the same acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment at 48h after onset and stable vital signs using 48h after respectively in the premise of conventional treatment. The treatment outcomes after three courses were compared,and each course was 7 ～ 10d. Results The Fugl-Meyer motor function score and FMA motor dysfunction assessed in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P <0.01, P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment for motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction at 48 h after onset was better than that at 48h after stable vital signs.

Liver plays a central role in regulation of nutrition.Due to metabolic abnormalities,patients with end-stage liver disease often demonstrate undernutrition,which has a close relationship with the prognosis of the patients.Correct nutritional assessment and nutrition support is therefore very important.Dietary intake alone could not meet the nutritional needs of patients with end-stage liver disease.In recent years,the use of enteral and parenteral nutrition formulation has significantly improved the nutritional status of such patients,but there still lacks a gold standard. How to develop appropriate nutrition support regimens is a challenge for clinicians.This paper summarizes nutrition-related issues in patients with end-stage liver disease,aiming to provide a reference for individualized nutritional intervention for patients with end-stage liver disease.

Objective To observe the cognitional differences between teachers and students concerning teaching objective,curriculum,teaching methods and effect and teaching reform and to pro-vide references for teaching reform. Methods Medical humanistic questionnaire was designed to survey teachers and students. Data were processed by SPSS 18.0 and were analyzed by Chi-square. P value smaller than 0.05 signifies significant differences. Results There were significant differences in cognition of medical humanistic ability,emotion controlling ability,curriculuma provision and teaching methods between teachers and students.12.9% teachers and 41.3% students considered that the opportunity of medical humanistic practice was plenty while 55.7%teachers and 35.3%students thought that the univer-sity attached little importance to medical humanistic teaching. Conclusions Key points of humanistic reform include making clear the teaching objectives,emphasizing practice of medical humanistic teach-ing,improving curriculum and deepening appraisal reform.
