Objective: To explore the significance of examination of spectrum ECG in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Spectrum ECG and ECG、 vectorcardiogram examination were meanwhile executed in 254 patients with coronary heart disease. Results: Diagnose coincidence rate of CHD was 66.9% by spectrum ECG and ECG、 vectorcardiogram examination. Conclusion: Spectrum ECG is a new detect method for electrocardiogram information.

AIM: To establish a fingerprint analytical method for ensuring the quality of Banlangen Granule (Isatis indigotica Fort). METHODS: According to pre column derivatization HPLC method, gradient elution with sodium acetate buffer (pH6.4) acetonitrile (95∶5) in a BDS C 18 column, was applied to detect amino acid at UV 360nm; and the coefficients of cosine of include angle and distance were employed to judge the quality similarity of the samples. RESULTS: The HPLC method is accurate and reproducible and makes almost all the peaks separated; and the two coefficients can show the similarity of each sample. CONCLUSION: The developed method is simple, accurate and operable and can efficiently control the quality of Banlangen Granule.

Objective:To study an identifying model of HPLC fingerprint for the overall quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: A HPLC method is used to establish the standard fingerprint as well as sample fingerprint first. Then through the principles of numerical taxonomy and statistics, the similarity of the sample to the standard is tested by coefficients of cosine and distant, which are calculated with computer. Results: The combination of the two coefficients of cosine and distant can test the similarity of the sample to the standard correctly and accurately. Conclusion: The coefficients along with HPLC fingerprint can be applied to the on-line control in workshop to ensure the products' quality of all batches.

Objective To discuss the relationship between pulmonary infection, offline difficulties and airway abnormalities and to discuss the type of airway abnormalities. Methods The clinical data of 43 patients of severe pneumonia with inspection of electronic fibro-bronchoscope in PICU from Feb 2008 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 43 cases,24 cases existel different degrees of airway abnormalities, most of airway cartilage softening,in 15 cases; laryngeal dysplasia in 3 cases; absence of the right bronchus and right lung in 1 case. Conclusion Many children may exist airway abnormalities,if they have such performance as the clinical manifestations of recurrent wheezing after birth, refractory respiratory infection or difficulties in clinical offline, the increase of PCO2 though the effective suction, paroxysmal cyanosis and excluded with heart disease. Those children should undergo inspection with electronic fibro-bronchoscope to confirm the diagnosis as early as possible.

Objective:To provide reference for the treatment of lipoprotein glomerulopathy and to investigate the participation of clinical pharmacists in the whole treatment course. Methods: Three different treatment regimens, including immunosuppressive thera-py, dual plasma filtration therapy and lipid-lowering combined with reducing urinary protein therapy was respectively adopted for one patient with lipoprotein glomerulopathy, and the efficacy was evaluated. Clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in deciding treatment regimen, performed pharmaceutical care, adjusted medication and analyzed the prognosis of the patient during the follow-up. Results:1. Immunosuppressive therapy was ineffective for the patient;2. The dual filtration acted quickly, while the expense was high and the disease was easy to relapse;3. The third therapy was relatively safer and more economical with long-term effect. Conclusion:Combi-nation therapy of lowering lipid and reducing urinary protein is the most suitable treatment regimen for the patient with lipoprotein glo-merulopathy. Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the whole course of treatment to assist physicians in obtaining the maximum benefit of patients.

To investigate whether human umbilical cord plasma (HUP) can be used to culture human cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (HUCMSCs), we collected 20 surplus HUP. After being treated with salting out and diasysis, the HUP were used to culture HUCMSCs as 10% volume, and compared with fetal bovine serum (FBS). Morphological characteristics, growth curve and reproductive activity of HUCMSCs cells were observed. The concentration of bFGF and noggin secreted by HUCMSCs cultured with HUP and FBS medium were detected by ELISA. It was found that compared to FBS, the morphology, reproductive activity and characteristic of HUCMSCs cell cultured with HUP were not distinctively different from FBS. The concentration of bFGF in HUP group was significantly higher than that of FBS group, and the concentration of noggin was also different in the two groups. So we concluded that HUP could be used to culture HUCMSCs for a long-time, and the HUP mediumcoild could be more suitable for the culture of human embryonic stem cell (hESC).

Purpose Early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease is lack of objective imaging marker.This study evaluates characteristics of cerebral blood flow (CBF) and gray matter atrophy in patients with mild Alzheimer's disease (AD) by using 3D arterial spin labeling (3D ASL) and thin slice 3D T1 weighted images of voxel-based method (VBM).Materials and Methods Sixteen mild AD patients (mild AD group) and sixteen normal control subjects (control group) were recruited.3D ASL and T1WI SPGR sequences were performed.By using voxel-based method,the whole brain CBF and T1WI images were analyzed.CBF and volume of gray matter were compared between two groups,and correlation analysis was done.Results Compared with control group,CBF hypoperfusion was detected in bilateral precuneus,cunei,middle temporal cortex,superior temporalcortex,left parahippocampal gyrus,left superior temporal pole and right superioroccipital gyrus in mild AD group (t=3.84,Pcorrected＜0.05).Compared with control group,gray matter atrophy was found in bilateral hippocampi,amygdalae,superior temporal pole,left parahippocampal gyrus,left inferior temporal cortex in mild AD group (t=4.12,Pcorrected＜0.05).There was a correlation in left parahippocampal gyrus and left upper pole of the temporal between changes of CBF and volume of gray matter in mild AD patients (r=0.50,P＜0.05).Conclusion Voxel-based VBM and ASL can evaluate AD patients' cerebral atrophy and CBF change in early stage,and there is a correlation between changes of CBF and gray matter atrophy in some overlap areas.
