1.Contrasuppressive activity of the T cell Subsets with vicia lectin receptor in systemic lupus erythematosus
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Contrasuppressor T cells (TCS) take part in immunoreglation by rendering T help cells re-sistant to the effects of suppressor cells. It was found that both human and mouse TCS expressreceptor for vicia villola letcin (VVR).Human effective TCS are mainly CD8VV~+ T subsetswhich are closely associated with abnormalities of immune activity of many diseases.By usingroutine and double immunofluorescent labelling techniques combined with flow cytometry,dif-ferentVV~+ subsets were analysed.A significant increase was observed for CD8VV~+ cells in ac-tive SLE (23.6%)as compared with the control group (8.5%) and the SLE patients in remis-sion (14.49%).The percentage of CD4VV~+ subset, however, was unchanged. Moreover, thetypical contrasuppressive activities exerted by VV~+ cells, which were also increased significantlyin active SLE patients, were detected in SLE in a dose—dependent manner. In an experimentwith PPD—induced lymphoproliferation as indicating system, for example, the relative respons-es were observed to be increased doses in from 100% to 485% and 625% after the VV~+ cellswere added back in increased doses, suggesting that the contrasuppressive VV~+ or CD8VV~+cells were added back in increased doses, suggesting that the contrasuppressive VV~+ or CD_8VV~+cells Were closely related to the immune disorders of SLE.
2."Analyze SUN Simiao's Virtue Ethics——Take ""Great Medical Sincerity"" as an Example"
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(5):647-649,654
In the article of Great Medical Sincerity,Sun Simiao's discussion of the medical ethics and medical skill reflected the characteristics of his virtue ethics—the integration of internal training and external training.Internal training makes the request for the quality of doctor from the internal subjective mind.External training is specification for external behavior of internal culture. The effective integration of these two aspects reflects Sun Simiao's positive life value which unifies individual life and social life.

China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Purpose: To investigate the effect of HSV-TK/GCV system on human prostate cancer. Methods: MTTassay, flow cytometry( FCM), optical and electron microscopy were used to determine the sensitivity of GCV on prostate cancer cell( PC-3m) after being tranfected with HSV-TK gene. Results: It was found that GCV had significant cytotoxic activity on HSV-TK gene-transduced prostate cancer cells, but little effect on the non-transduced cells. Conclusions: The experiment indicates that HSV-TK/GCV system has significant antitumor activities on the TK gene-transduced prostate cancer cells in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective To assess the level of soluble Fas (sFas) and soluble Fas ligand (sFasL) in the sera of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),rheumatoid arthritis (RA),multiple sclerosis (MS)and insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM).Method The level of sFas and sFasL was determined by a sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Anti ssDNA (single stranded DNA) was detected by indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of sFas in patients with SLE,RA,IDDM and MS was significantly higher than that in healthy individuals. It was interesting that among these autoimmune diseases, the level of sFas in the sera of patients with SLE was dramatically higher than that of the other diseases. The high level of sFasL accompanied by sFas was found in the sera of SLE and RA patients. In the sera of patients with SLE,the anti ssDNA antibody always accompanied by high concentration of sFas and,by contrast,no anti ssDNA antibody was found in all the patients in whose sera no sFas was found. In patients with IDDM,the sFasL level of the serum was significantly lower than that of the serum of healthy donors. Conclusion Serum sFas level of patients with SLE,RA,MS and IDDM is higher than that of healthy individuals. These results indicate that the sFas level can be used as a marker of disease progress and relaxing after treatment with the medicine. It is also demonstrated that there is relationship between the level of anti ssDNA antibody and sFas.The level and significance of serum sFas and sFasL in these autoimmune disease patients are under investigation.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2009;25(12):1133-1140
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by the accumulation and proliferation of inflammatory cells in the synovial (joint) lining.By investigating RA pathologic processes and also through experimental models where immune complexes (inflammatory sediments) play a fundamental role. Many other autoantibodies have then come to our knowledge to be associated with the disease.Though it remains unknown the autoimmune pathology of B cells and why the clones of autoreactive B cells survive and proliferate in RA patients, but no doubt these autoantibodies represent a very useful tool in both diagnostic and prognostic terms. In joint synovial fulid,B cells also secrete cytokines, which can be interacted with other cells.B cells express IL-13 receptor a1 (IL-13Ra1),IL-13 can induce CD23 expression on B cells and promote proliferation of naive B cells. In addition,IL-13 is a cytokine which is produced mainly by activated T helper cell 2 (Th2 cells),it can inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory factor and chemokines, and has a certain relationship with the differentiation of B cells. Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the mechanims of RA pathogenesis related with B cells and IL-13,which has great significance in the diagnosis, treatment and basic immunology research of autoimmune diseases such as RA.
