This article aimed at exploring the effects and protective mechanism of β-CM7 on renin angiotensin system (RAS) in diabetic rats myocardial tissue. We divided 32 male SD rats into 4 groups: control group, diabetic model control group, insulin (3.7x10(-8) mol/d) treatment group and β-CM7 (7.5x10(-8) mol/d) treatment group. After 30 days, all rats were decapitated and myocardical tissues were collected immediately. After injection, β-CM7 could decrease the content of Ang II, increase the content of Angl-7. And β-CM7 could improve the mRNA of AT1 receptor and Mas receptor. β-CM7 also could improve the mRNA of ACE and ACE2, enhance the activity of ACE and ACE2. These data confirmed tli β-CM7 could activate ACE2-Angl-7-Mas axis, negative passage in RAS, to inhibit the expression ACE mnRiJA and protein in rat myocardium, alleviate the myocardial tissue damage induced by Ang II. The effect of β-CM7 on inhibiting myocardium damage might be related to ACE/ACE2 passageway.

Objective To study the mechanism of glutamine dipeptide on wound healing after operations on bums. Methods Totally, 30 burned patients were randomly divided into study group and control group (15 cases in each group). All patients received parental nutrition support after operation. Study group patients were supplemented with glutamine dipeptide at a dose of 0. 5 g ·kg-1· d-1. The plasma free hydroxyproline level was measured by a standard amino acid analyzer 1 day before operation and 7 days after operation and the wound healing time was recor- ded. Results The plasma free hydroxyproline levels of both groups were higher than the normal values before opera- tion but without significant difference [control group: (2. 24±0. 84) μg/ml, study group: (2. 32±0.92) jig/ml, normal value: (1.27±0.44) μg/ml]. On the post-operative 7 day, the plasma free hydroxyproline level of study group [ (4. 31±1. 05) ng/ml] was significantly higher than that of control group [ (3. 04±1. 01) μg/ml] (P = 0.002). The wound healing time of study group [ (29. 7±5.3) d] was shorter than that of control group but with- out significant difference [ (33. 3±7.5) d, P = 0. 14 ]. Conclusion The intravenous supplementation of glutamine dipeptide may increase the plasma hydroxyproline level after operation and thus promote wound healing.

Objective To investigate the effect of α-crystallin on the proliferation of rat retinal microglia after optic nerve injury. Methods The effect of α-crystallin on number and proliferation of microglia were analyzed by MTT assay. After the rat model with optic nerve injury was established,α-crystallin was iniected into vitreous cavity and the microglia cell number were counted and compared by retinal fiat counting and immunofluorescence labeling in different groups. Results The proliferation and activation of microglia cells could be stimulated by LPS at 10-6g/L to 10-2g/L.α-crystallin at 10-4g/L and 10-6g/L could inhibit proliferation and activation of microglia cells.Compared to BSA iniection group,α-crystallin could inhibit more significantly the number of microglia cells 1-3 weeks after injury (P<0.05). Conclusions α-crystallin can inhibit proliferation and activation of retinal microglia and alleviate overphagocytosis and secondary damage of retinal microglia to retinal ganglion cells(RGCs),which may be another mechanism that α-crystallin contributes to indirect protection of RGCs.

Objective To explore clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defect in forearm, hand and foot with free super-thin anterolateral thigh perforator flaps. Methods At first the site of perforator vessels were determined by Doppler, then the flaps were designed and harvested with the site as center; the fascia lata and subcutaneous fat were removed by sandhill-likely only the 4.0 cm × 3.0 cm - 3.0 cm×2.5 cm disc-like fascia lata and dermis layer were reserved. 15 traumatic soft tissue defects including forearm, hand and foot were repaired with the ree super-thin antemlateral thigh perforator flaps. Results No vascular crisis happened and all skin grafts survived in donor sites. 2.0 cm×1.2 cm of the distal of flap was necrosis in 1 case and it was healed by dress changing. 15 cases were followed up 3 months-2 years and the average is 6 months. The contour and texture of all flaps were good and two point discrimination (2-PD) was about 8-10 mm of. Conclusions The contour and texture of free super-thin anterolateral thigh perforator flap are good, the feeling of recipient site recovered well, it's less injury for donor site and there is no reshaping for flap. It is a fineness donor site for repairing soft tissue defects in hand and foot.
10.Current status of immediate implant placement in the aesthetic zone of the anterior teeth
Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2020;28(5):331-335
The method of placing an implant immediately into the fresh extraction socket at the same time as tooth extraction has the advantages of reducing the number of operations and the overall treatment time, making full use of the existing bone mass, and resulting in ideal aesthetic effects. However, immediate implant placement also has its own inherent shortcomings. Due to the existence of the extraction socket, it is difficult to close the wound; because the size of the implant does not match the size of the extraction socket, it is difficult to achieve good initial stability, and there is a risk of soft tissue recession. This article reviews the success rate, indications and expansion of immediate implant placement, surgical requirements, complications and the prevention and treatment of anterior teeth in the aesthetic area. A literature review showed that the 5-year success rate of immediate implant placement was over 95%. The indications included intact socket walls, a facial bone wall at least 1 mm in thickness, the presence of thick, soft tissue, the absence of acute infection at the site, and the availability of bone apically and lingually to the socket to provide primary stability. In addition, in recent years, with the improvement of surgical implantation technology and the improvement of bone substitute material performance, immediate implant placement can be used as one of the conventional methods for oral implantation treatment, and its indications have shown a trend toward expansion. Immediate implant placement also has complications, including poor placement of implants and gingival receding that results in poor aesthetic outcomes. In addition, immediate restoration and conventional loading protocols after immediate implant appear to have similar outcomes and result in better aesthetic effects. However, the long-term stability and patient satisfaction after immediate implant placement in terms of soft tissue aesthetics require more research.
