The papers introduced how to deal with and analyse a psychosexual trauma case.The case was mainly caused by childhood experiences of sex trauma and childhood separation anxiety,which resulted in a series of problems such as child barriers,learning disabilities,interpersonal barriers,and affective disorder.Treatment of this case was mainly psychological analysis,integrated use of cognitive therapy,therapy centers and so on.Treatment consisted of three stages: analysis of early experience — understanding and experience-feel self;analysis of medium-term: childhood trauma of separation anxiety,and deal with the shadow of mother.The last stage: touch and face somatization of trauma symptoms,and the psychological trauma.

Objective To develop a crystal violet-methylcellulose plaque reduction neutralization test for detecting the titerof neutralizing antibody against tick-borne encephalitis virus(TBEV), and to verify and preliminarily apply the method, so asto provide a reliable method for TBEV antibody products in the detection of live virus neutralizing titer.MethodsOrthogo-nal experimental design was used to determine the important parameters involved in the experiment, namely, the best experi-mental conditions of virus culture time, virus-cell incubation time, neutralization temperature and methylcellulose concentra-tion. According to the experimental parameters determined above, the method was verified for specificity, relative accuracy,linearity, repeatability and intermediate precision. The titer of neutralizing antibody in serum of population immunized withinactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine was detected by the developed method.ResultsThe optimum conditions were asfollows: virus culture time of 5 d, virus-cell incubation time of 1. 5 h, neutralization temperature of 37 ℃ and methylcelluloseconcentration of 3%. Under these conditions, clear round plaques were formed, which was convenient for counting. Neutrali-zing antibodies were detected in both diluted test group and accelerated destruction test group in specificity verification withthe detection results not less than 10, while the results of impurity group were less than 10. In the relative accuracy verifica-tion, the relative bias of each titer was 0-10%, all in the range of ± 12%, and the linear regression correlation coefficient(r)was 0. 999 3, which was greater than 0. 98, In the verification of repeatability and intermediate precision, the geometric coef-ficients of variation(GCVs) of each group of samples were between 1. 5% and 4. 1%, not more than 20%. The serum neutrali-zing antibody titers of the population immunized with inactivated tick-borne encephalitis vaccine were less than 10 beforeinitial immunization, and not less than 10 after initial immunization and before and after booster immunization, and theserum neutralizing antibody increased after booster immunization.ConclusionThe developed TBEV neutralizing antibodytiter detection method has good durability, specificity, relative accuracy, linearity and precision, and the results are easy todetermine, which can be used for TBEV neutralizing antibody titer detection.

The apoptotic cascade involving the participation of proteolytic caspases is an important pathway of cell death. Mitochondria play a key role in liver cell death. TNF as an important mediator plays an crucial action in liver cell death. Reactive oxygen metabolites may act directly or through immunological mechanism as initiating factors and modulators in liver cell necrosis and apoptosis. Some intrinsic factors may act on the cascade of liver cell death. The extensive knowledge gained in recent years about the mechanisms of hepatocyte death will lead to new and exciting advances in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of controllable blood pressure depression in combination with acute hypervolmic hemodilutien (AHH) during operation. Methods 40 patients with esophageal or cardiac carcinomas were randomly divided into controllable blood pressure depression in combination with AHH group(group I)and control group (group Ⅱ), each group containing 20 patients. MAP, CVP and HR were monitored during operation. And Hb,Hct and Plt were aslo monitored before operation, 1h after AHH and 24h after operation. The volume of solution infusion,blood loss and blood transfusion were recorded during operation. Results MAP after operation in group I was significantly lower than that before operation in groups I and Ⅱ(P

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is valued in intensive care unit (ICU) patients, but in ICU patients, the diagnosis standard of the European Organization for Research on the Treatment of Cancer/Mycosis Study Group (EORTC/MSG) could easily lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. It’s imaging manifestations are diverse: halo sign, nodules or micro nodules, nodular shadow, pulmonary consolidation, wedge-shaped consolidation, voids, air crescent sign, ground glass shadow, and so on, and with the relative characteristic features. The sensitivity and specificity of galactomannan detection in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) are high for diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in ICU patients, but the significance of the cultivation of lower respiratory tract specimens is limited.

Objective To investigate clinical value of povidone -iodine disinfection for prevention of postpartum endometritis and abdominal incision infection in cesarean, to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods 160 cases of puerpera women were selected, all of them underwent uterine segment cesarean section. According to the digital table,they were divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.In the observation group previous cesarean group remained untreated 30min before cesarean vaginal experiments 0.4%povidone-iodine for disinfection.The maternal postpartum endometritis incidence,abdominal incision infection rate, visual analogue scale,leukocyte index WBC,erythrocyte sedimentation rate index ( ESR) ,C-reactive protein ( CRP) were compared in the two groups.Results There were 32 cases of postoperative endometritis,12 cases (15.00%) occurred in the observation group, 20 cases ( 25.00%) occurred in the control group, the overall incidence of endometritis between the two groups had statistically significant difference (χ2 =5.945,P=0.025);endometritis 5cases (17.86%) premature rupture of membranes occurred in the observation group,the control group had 10 cases (31.25%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.565,P=0.009).Postpartum WBC,ESR,CRP in the observation group were significantly lower compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=5.045,P=0.007;t=7.945,P=0.001;t=8.676,P=0.000).In the observation group,postoperative abdominal incision infection rate was 3.75%,compared with the control group,there was no significant difference (χ2 =1.021, P=0.124).The VAS score of the observation group was (3.94 ±0.74),which was significantly lower than (6.25 ± 1.05) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=6.331,P=0.010).Conclusion Previous cesarean vaginal povidone-iodine disinfection is effective in preventing postpartum endometritis,but can't help to low abdominal incision infection or improve wound healing.

OBJECTIVE: To provide references for the improvement of drug safety of emergent public health events.METHODS: The characteristics of drug demands in emergent public health events were analyzed to guarantee the characteristics of drug safety so as to explore effective safeguard strategy.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Special system and countermeasure are required to guarantee drug safety of emergent public health events.The strategy includes three aspects,i.e.adequate plan in advance,rapid response and timely consummation after the event.

Objective To explore short term curative effects and adverse reactions of two different kinds of intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy (IPHC) drugs in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer after cytoreductive surgery.Methods 76 patients with advanced ovarian cancer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2013 to November 2015 were divided into two groups:single-drugs group of 36 patients (IPHC with 5-fluorouracil after cytoreductive surgery combined with intravenous chemotherapy),combined treatment group of 40 patients(IPHC with 5-fluorouracil and carboplatin after cytoreductive surgery combined with intravenous chemotherapy).Short term curative effects,postoperative clinical indicators and adverse reactions of chemotherapy in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The CA125 effective rates in single-drugs and combined treatment group were 86.11％ and 95％,and the difference showed statistically significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).The ascites remission rates in single-drugs and combined treatment group were 97.22％ and 97.5％,and the difference between two groups showed no statistically significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).Adverse drug reactions showed statistical difference in distribution of the bone marrow,liver damage and gastrointestinal toxicity.No statistical difference were found between the two groups in terms of distribution of renal damage and cardiovascular system damage.Conclusion IPHC after cytoreductive surgery in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer is an effective means as adjuvant chemotherapy.The short-term curative effect of combined treatment group is obvious and adverse reactions can be tolerated.IPHC can be applied according to the patient's specific clinical situation.

PAX2 gene encodes a nuclear transcription factor and plays a pivotal role for embryonic kidney development.It is expressed during the entire developmental process of pronephron,mesonephron and metanephron,involving in the regulation of embryonic kidney development at various fetal stages,but its expression disappeared in mature nephrons.Recently,it was found that PAX2 was re-expressed in nephropathy.Gene mutation and re-expression of PAX2 are closely related with congenital and acquired renal diseases.This paper reviews the role and significance of PAX2 expression in kidney disease from the aspects of normal expression,gene mutation and abnormal expression.

Objective To construct the vector pcDNA3.1 containing VEGF165 gene and examine of pcDNA3.1-VEGF165 vector to the angiopoiesis, composition of collagen in rabbit bone defect model. Methods Extract total RNA from the rabbit tissue. Prepare cDNA by inverse transcription and clone the gene by PCR. Clone plasmid pMD18-T/VEGF165 combined with pcDNA3.1 to reconstruct pcDNA3.1- VEGF165. 28 New Zealand white rabbits weighted (2.0?0.130) kg were made bone defect model for 10 mm length in the bilateral radii. Cut down the skin, resect the bone of 10 mm in length in the middle of radius. The pcDNA3.1-VEGF165 0.2 ml (200 ng) plasmid was injected at one defect side randomly. The defect in the other side was served as control group, and injected with absorbable gelatin sponge and sodium chloride 0.2 ml. After the examination by X-ray the local specimens were obtained at 1,2,4,6,8,and 12 weeks respectively. The expression of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ was examined at 4, 12 weeks by immunohistochemical staining techniques. Results The pcDNA3.1-VEGF165 vector was constructed successfully. The roentgenography: there was no difference between the two sides after 1 week operation; 2 weeks after the operation, there were some callus in the experimental group; there was nothing in the control group. After 4 weeks, there were much callus, synostosis and others in the experimental group, all of these were late in the control group. Two groups were healed after 12 weeks, the bone density was lower in the control group. Inflammatory cell infiltrate, cellular interstitialis, fibroblast, collagen and osteoblast were no difference between the two groups only at the first week, but the density of angiogenesis was much more in the experimental group at the following times. Expression of collagen type Ⅰ, Ⅲ were more intensity in the experimental group than the control one at 4,12 weeks. Conclusion Transcription to local bone cells at defect position with pcDNA3.1-VEGF165 plasmid can enhance quantity of the angiopoiesis, extra cellular matrix and the healing of bone defect.
