Objective: To establish the assay methods for paeoniflorin and baicalin in Jianweishu Granules (Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Notoginseng, etc.). Methods: Radix Astragali, Radix Notoginseng; Radix Paeoniae Alba and Herba Dendrobii in Jianweishu Granule were identified by TLC. The paeoniflorin and baicalin in Jianweishu Granule were determined by HPLC on shim pack CLC ODS C 18 Column (6.0mm?150mm,10?m); using methanol water phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2) and methanol water (30∶70) as mobile phases, respectively; the flow rate were at 1.0 mL?min -1 ; the detection wavelength were 280nm and 230nm, respectively; the column temperature were at room temperature and 40?C respectively. Results: The average recoveries are 98.94% and 98.67%. RSD are 2.31% ( n =5) and 1.36% ( n =5). Conclusion: The methods are simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.

Purpose To explore the ultrasonic features of tibial nerve (TN) in tarsal tunnel of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), and to provide the basis for assessment and treatment. Materials and Methods Fifty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into the DPN group including 31 patients with diabetic periphreal neuropathy and the non-DPN group including 23 patients without diabetic periphreal neuropathy, 22 cases of non diabetic patients were also enrolled as the control group, all the subjects underwent medial tibial nerve ultrasound examination, and the ultrasonic features of tibial nerve (including morphological parameters:left-right diameter, anterior-posterior diameter, thickness sectional area and color Doppler lfow signals) were compared. Results Left-right diameter and anterior-posterior diameter of DPN group were larger than those of non-DPN group and the control group (P<0.01). Ultrasonic features of tibial nerve of DPN group included nerve bundle hypoechoic, vaguedscreen clothstructure, thickening and fuzzy of neural membrane, and the unclear boundaries to adjacent tissue. There was no statistically signiifcant difference in color Doppler signal of TN (P>0.05) among the DPN group, non-DPN group and the control group. Conclusion There are some characteristics features of tibial nerve in tarsal tunnel of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with DPN, ultrasound can be used to evaluate the morphology of TN in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with DPN and to provide morphological basis for evaluation and treatment selection.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small cell lung cancer(SCLC) treatment with recombinant human endostatin injection and cis-platinum complexes.Methods 100 patients with SCLC were divided into 2groups.The experiment group used cis-platinum complexes while the control group used recombinant human endostatin injection.Results The effective rate of experiment group was obviously higher than the control group ( 74.0％ vs60.0％,x2=2.16,P ＜ 0.05 ).The median survival time of experiment group was better than control group( t=2.02,P ＜ 0.05 ).The diverse of untoward effect of two groups had no difference ( P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human endostatin injection and cis-platinum complexes were better therapy for SCLC,which had stable effect,no severe untoward effect and overcome the drug-fast of cis-platinum complexes.

Methods The activities of cholinesterase in hemolyzed blood samples and non-hernolyzed blood samples from 112 healthy individuals in Ji'nan were determined by the ferric trichloride chro-mometry, and the activities of cholinesterase in hemolyzed blood samples were adjusted by the concentration of ho-moglobulin (Hb) in blood samples. Objective:To investigate the effect of methylprednisolone that decrease plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) in plasma through mediating the PA/plasmin system.Methods:Employed immunohistochemical technique-ELISA to determine PAI-1 level in plasma.Results:①PAI-1 in LN patients is significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05).Conclusion:It is thus proved that methylprednisolone is capable of decreasing PAI-1 in plasma through mediating the PA/plasmin system and two shocks is the minimum for effective cure. Objective To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin content in Qiansheng Baizhusan Jiawei Granule (QBJG). Methods The content of hesperidin was determined by HPLC. Results Hesperidin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 22-1.1ug(r = 0. 9998). The average recovery was 103. 0 % and RSD was 3. 12 %. Conclusion The methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of QBJG.

Objective: To determinate the content of isoimperatorin in Exocarpium citri grandis from 10 various species and origins. Methods: The isoimperatorin was determinated at 305nm by TLC Scanning. Results: The content of isoimperatorin in Exocarpium citri grandis was very low, and the law of distribution could not be found. Conclusion: Although the content of isoimperatorin in Exocarpium citri grandis was very low, the method is very sensitive and simple and the result is accurate.

Object To establish the HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids in Exocarpium Citri Grandis (ECG) Methods HPLC fingerprint of ten samples were established. The naringin was used as standard. The relative migration time and the percentage of peak area were used as parameters Results More than 30 peaks occurred on the HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids of ECG. The fingerprints of C. grandis ‘Tomentosa’ and C. grands had obivous differences Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility. It could be used for quality control and identification of ECG
