ObjectiveTo study the application effect of Orem self-care theory in nursing of postoperative chemotherapy patients after cervical cancer surgery. Methods60 patients receiving chemotherapy after cervical cancer surgery were randomly divided into the self-care group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,on this basis the self-care group was given nursing intervention according to different requirement of patients by using three nursing model of Orem self-care theory-supportive education,part compensation,complete compensation system.The nursing effect was compared between two groups. ResultsCompared with the control group,the rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction was lower,the anxiety and depression symptom alleviated,satisfaction degree of patients and their relatives with nursing improved,self-care ability of patients was enhanced in the self-care group,all had significant differences. ConclusionsApplication of self-care theory in nursing care of patients during chemotherapy after cervical cancer can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of patients and their families and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal side effects.Meanwhile,it can make close nurse-patient relationship,improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their families,improve self-care capacity,improve the quality of care,reduce the psychological symptoms of patients,so it has significant social and economic benefits.

Objective To evalute the clinical significance of the Oblique view of three-dimensional ultrasonography(3DUS) in diagnosis of the fetal cavum septum pellucidum(CSP) malformation.Methods Thirty-eight cases of fetuses with the CSP malformation,found originally by trans-abdominal two dimensional ultrasonography(2DUS),were scanned using Oblique of trans-abdominal 3DUS.The results were compared with MRI inspection and post-natal follow-up.Results Thirty-eight fetuses suspected with 3DUS Oblique were fully confirmed by autopsy and MRI,the distribution of CSP malformation included:①Twenty-one cases with absence of septum pellucidum(ASP),among them 10 cases with isolates of septum pellucidum,1 case with septooptic dysplasia(SOD),10 cases with agenesis of corpus callosum(9 complete agenesis of corpus callosum and 1 partial agenesis of corpus callosum.②Twelve cases with shrinkage of them 9 simple shrinkage and 3 partial agenesis of corpus callosum respectively.③ Five cases with enlargement,all of which also with increasing sizes of cavum vergae.Thirty-five cases are consistent with MRI observations.The diagnosis consistency differences between both methods were not significant.Conclusions 3DUS Oblique view can reveal the structure of fetal cavum septum pellucidum and corpus callosum clearly,which enable more accurate prenatal counseling and boild firm base for further diagnosis.

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of mtrF gene and high-level multiple resistant Neisseria gonorrhoea.Methods ① The susceptibility of 58 clinical Neisseria gonorrhoeae to 5 kinds of antibiotic agents was tested by disc diffusion method.② The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of erythromycin was determined by tube dilution method.③ The expression of mtrD and mtrF gene in susceptive group,inter-mediated resistant group and high-level multiple resistant group was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Results ① There were 30 strains presenting resistance to two or more than two antimicrobial agents,which accounted for 51.7% of the 58 clinical strains.② The number of strains sensitive,intermediate and resistant to erythromycin was 7,21 and 30,respectively,and there were 17 strains with erythromycin MIC≥32.0 ?g /mL.③ Compared with that in susceptive group and inter-mediated resistant group,mtrF expression was up-regulated in high-level multiple resistant group(P

Objective To observe the curative effect and prognosis of cough variance asthma(CVA) evoked by mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) treated by azithromycin combined with pumicort and bricasol.Methods 126 CVAs evoked by MP were divided randomly into two groups:the therapeutic group,were given azithromycin orally and inhaled pumicort and bricasol,the control group,were treated only by azithromycin orally.The remission rate and recurrence rate of cough between the two groups were compared.Results The remission rate and recurrence rate of cough of therapeutic group were 100% and 15.9% respectively while those of the control group were 28.6% and 60.3% respectively.The difference between two groups was significant.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with pumicort and bricasol can improve significantly the curative effect of CVA evoked by MP,decrease the recurrence and make for the prognosis.

Objective:To develop a quantitative HPLC method for the analysis of eight impurities in active pharmaceutical ingredi-ent (API) asenapine maleate. Methods:The substances were analyzed using an Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm), and gradiently eluted by the mobile phase A of 0. 1% aqueous trifluoroacetic acid and mobile phase B of acetonitrile in a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 with the detection wavelength of 220 nm and the column temperature of 35℃. Results:Asenapine was separa-ted completely from the impurities. The calibration curve of asenapine was linear within the range of 0. 45-1 458 μg · ml-1 ( r =1. 000 0), and that the impurities was linear within the range of 0. 4-30. 0μg·ml-1(r>0. 999). The mean recovery of the impurities was 93. 1%-106. 7%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and reproducible with good specificity and reliability,which can be used in the quality control of asenapine maleate.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of preoperative intranasal dexmedetomidine on sedation and preventing postoperative agitation in children inguinal hernia operation .Methods Forty children patients ,aged 1-s5 years old ,ASA Ⅰ ,were selected and equally randomized into 2 groups ,receiving intranasally dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg(group Dex) and the same volume of normal saline (group NS) at preoperative 30 min respectively .The sedation score ,emotion score when separating from their par‐ents ,mask inhalation induction resistance score were evaluated at 30 min after medication ,furthermore the agitation scores were ob‐served and recorded at postoperative 30 min ,1 ,2 h .Results The sedation score ,emotion score when separating from their parents and mask inhalation induction resistance score in the Dex group were superior to the NS group ,moreover the agitation score at each points were lower than those in the NS group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Preoperative intranasal dexmedetomidine can be safely used in children inguinal hernia operation ,has better sedative effect ,meanw hile reduces the postoperative agitation occurrence .

Objective To study the method and effect of lateral arm free flap in reconstruction of severe atresic eye socket.Methods Forteen cases of severe atresic eye socket,from June,2011 to June,2013,were repaired by lateral arm free flap.The flaps were designed and harvested as drop shape with size about 6 cm × 10 cm and then were removed epidermis except distal 6 cm × 6 cm area which were transferred to orbit for eye socket reconstruction.The remaining fascia and dermis were filled to augment temporal defect.Superficial temporal artery was anastomosed with posterior branch of radial collateral artery in 14 cases and superficial temporal vein was anstomosed with radial collateral vein in 11 cases,with middle temporal vein in 3 cases.Results All 14 cases lateral arm free flaps survived with no donor site morbidity.Followed up for 1 year to 3 years,artificial eye could be fitted satisfactorily and temporal contour improved.Conclusion Lateral arm free flap is a recommendable option for severe atresic eye socket reconstruction because of concealed donor site scar,proper volume,matched vascular caliber and minor donor site morbidity.

BACKGROUND:Currently, there are a lot of studies addressing oral microflora variation in patients wearing fixed orthodontic appliance. OBJECTIVE:To determine the changes in Streptococcus mutans, Lactobacil us and oral health in teenagers wearing metal orthodontic appliances. METHODS:Twenty-three who were subjected to fixed metal orthodontic appliances as testing group and 18 adolescent volunteers with no oral diseases served as controls. We col ected saliva samples from al the participants immediately, 90 days and 180 days after fixed metal orthodontic treatment to detect changes in Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacil us, which can lead to dental caries, and other oral parameters, including gingival index and oral hygiene index. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In the control group, there were no difference in Streptococcus mutans, Lactobacil us, gingival index and oral hygiene index at three time points. In the testing group, the hazard levels of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacil us were significantly increased at 90 and 180 days than immediately after fixed metal orthodontic treatment (P<0.05), as wel as the gingival index at 90 days and oral hygiene index at 180 days became worse (P<0.05). At 180 days after fixed metal orthodontic treatment, the hazard levels of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacil us, gingival index and oral hygiene index were severer in the testing group than the control group (P<0.05). These findings indicate that the fixed metal orthodontic appliance could lead to increasing of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacil us, and reduce oral health status badly.

Objective To observe the effects of PM2.5 exposure on A549 cells,and explore the mechanism of toxicity. Method The concentra?tions of PM2.5 exposure were determined utilizing cell viability assay. The morphological characteristics of exposed cell were observed with trans?mission electron microscope. Using big date from RNA?Seq and qRT?PCR,the mechanism was explored. Results The final concentration of PM2.5 exposure was 50μg/cm2;morphological detection showed that chromatin condensation after exposure which was also found on the boundary of nuclear membrane. KEGG pathway analysis and interaction network were finished ,and 8 kinds of apoptosis?related genes were found to be in?volved in the process of damage. Conclusion PM2.5 induces apoptosis in A549 cells by stimulating the changes of apoptosis?related genes ex?pressions.

Objective To investigate the effects and the mechanisms of tissue factor pathway inhibitor（TFPI）on no-reflow（NR）after acute myocardial infarction（AMI）and reperfusion in rabbits.Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group,saline control group and TFPI group.The model of NR after AMI and reperfusion was induced by ligating coronary artery for 60 minutes and reperfusion for 90 minutes.The expressions of interleukin-6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）and tissue factor（TF）were determined by immunohistochemistry.No-reflow area（NRA）was evaluated by thioflavine S staining.The ligation area（LA）and necrosis area（NA） were evaluated by Evans blue and triphenyltetra zolium chloride（TTC）staining.Results After 90 minutes of reperfusion,the levels of IL6 and TF in saline control group were all singnificantly higher than those of TFPI and sham operation group（P 0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the expression of TNF-α（P 0.05）.There was no statistical difference of LA between saline control group and TFPI group（P 0.05）,while NRA and NA were markedly reduced in TFPI group compared with saline control group（P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion No-reflow happened after ligating coronary artery for 60 minutes and reperfusion for 90 minutes in rabbits.TFPI could reduce NRA and NA,and the thrombosis and inflammation might be involved in the mechanisms.
